巻胴又は内向膨出部とに当接するよう、0.5〜2.0ミリの
金属薄板からなる断面略L字形の補強用リングを設け、
かつ補強用リングの一片と円環状部との当接部分および
補強用リングの他片と巻胴側端と内向膨出部との当接部
分にそれぞれ周方向に複数箇所溶着したことを特徴とす

ンジ円環状部の内面にかかる側圧が各溶着部に分散され

で、フランジ円環状部の外側方向へのそり返りを防止で

した。また、リールの変形を防止でき、タイヤコードの
巻状態が良好になり、タイヤコードの品質を損なうこと
