うに形成され、ワイヤロープ挿入部21aおよびワイヤロ
ープ3のソケット7が挿入される係止部21bが形成され
ている。また、この係合孔21は、第1図に示すように、
ワイヤロープ3を取り付けた際にワイヤロープ3の延長
線がドラム2の周側部と接するような位置に配設されて
いる。22はソケット7の下部を支持するための支持金具
