2. Description of the Related Art Garbage collected from homes, companies, factories, etc. has generally been roughly classified into non-combustible materials such as metal and glass, and other normal garbage. They are either incinerated collectively at the incinerator or landfilled in a landfill site, and are not subdivided by material (type, material).

However, since many of the garbage can be reused as resources, it is uneconomical to incinerate or landfill a huge amount of garbage as in the past from the viewpoint of effective use of resources. Not only is there a problem in terms of environmental hygiene, etc., but it is becoming more and more difficult to secure landfill sites every year, and drastic measures against garbage are required not only on the administrative side but also on the private side. ing.

The method of classifying dust according to the present invention is based on the above-mentioned actual condition, and the dust is immersed in running water to remove metal, stone, glass, etc. by specific gravity. After roughly sorting out mineral-based waste and other plant-based waste, the mineral-based waste is further poured into running water and re-gravity sorted according to the flow-down distance to be subdivided. Except for those that have floated on the surface, it is classified by large and small volume by sieving and frozen respectively, and after freezing, it is classified by type such as wood, vegetable waste, paper by wind sorting.

EXAMPLE A method of classifying dust according to the present invention will be described by way of example. First, a certain amount of collected dust is immersed in running water to remove mineral-based dust such as metal, stone and glass having a high specific gravity. Sinks to the upper side of the running water, and plant-based debris such as wood, vegetable scraps, cloth, and paper, which have a lower specific gravity than that, flow to the lower side and can be collected separately. It can be roughly divided into plant-based garbage. At this time, oils and the like lighter than water float on the surface of the water and can be captured by an oil fence or the like. In this way, after roughly classifying the garbage into mineral-based and plant-based ones, this time, by further flowing the above-mentioned mineral-based dust into running water, the difference in specific gravity due to the type (substance) such as metal, stone, glass, etc. Since the flow-down distance is different, it can be subdivided by re-specific gravity selection. On the other hand, the above-mentioned plant-based waste is put in water and washed. Then, after removing the plant-based dust except for those that have floated to the surface of the water, it is sifted and sorted into appropriate categories according to size. After sieving and sorting, the plant-based wastes are individually packed by volume, that is, they are placed in a large freezer so that they can be taken out separately without being combined by freezing. Frozen plant-based dust is sorted by dropping it into a wind-selecting chamber in which air of a predetermined wind speed is passed. As a result, even garbage having the same volume has different weights depending on the content of water due to the difference in substances such as wood, vegetable waste, and paper, so that it can be classified by type such as wood, vegetable waste, and paper. By thawing after separating in this way, it is possible to collect waste by type, so that waste can be minimized and resources can be effectively used.

It has extremely useful new effects such as
