れ溶接し、前記雌金具の内側のものは板状であるが、外
側のものは棒状で突出部の高さ方向に適宜間隔で配設
し、隣接の地中壁用鋼製単位体の対応する前記雌・雄両
金具が係合した状態において、対向する突出部の端面間
に内側の雌金具で裏当てされた溶接用の溝が形成される
ようにした点にある。

容易であって、経済的である。現場溶接が真正面からの
突合せ溶接であり、施工性が良く、強度的に信頼できる
溶接部を容易に形成することができる。掘削側表面を最
終的には平坦にすることができる。
