If so, there is a problem that mechanical strength and the like are sharply reduced.

本発明を詳細に説明する。The present invention is a molded product of a phenol resin molding material, which is obtained by adding a curing agent, a filler, a release agent, a colorant, and other additives to a phenol resin, and mixing and kneading the phenol resin molding material under heat and pressure. In the production method of, the additive contains boric acid, and the content of boric acid is 10
A molded product obtained by heat-pressurizing a phenol resin molding material that is 5 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 0 parts by weight at 150 to 210 ° C.
To improve the thermal decomposition temperature of the phenol resin by reacting the phenol resin and boric acid during the after-curing because it is a method for producing a molded product of a phenol resin molding material characterized by after-curing for 3 to 18 hours. The heat resistance was improved, and the present invention will be described in detail below.

All resins can be used, and each may be a novolac type or a resol type. The amount of boric acid added is preferably 5 to 50 parts with respect to 100 parts by weight of the phenol resin (hereinafter simply referred to as "part"). That is, if it is less than 5 parts, it is difficult to improve the heat resistance and the strength during heating, and if it exceeds 50 parts, the appearance of the molded product deteriorates. Further, for novolac type phenolic resin, it is necessary to add hexamine as a curing agent.
As additives other than phenol resin and hexamine and boric acid which are additives, fillers such as wood powder, calcium carbonate, glass fiber, asbestos fiber and the like which are usually used for phenol resin molding materials, stearic acid, wax, metal soap, etc. The release agent, colorant, and further additives such as coupling agents are added, and these materials are mixed, kneaded, pulverized, and granulated as needed to obtain a phenol resin molding material. For molding of phenolic resin molding material, heat and pressure molding is performed by any molding method such as compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding, extrusion molding to obtain a molded article, and the molded article is after-sales at 150 to 210 ° C for 3 to 18 hours. By curing, a molded product excellent in heat resistance and hot strength is obtained. If the after cure is less than 150 ° C. and less than 3 hours, it is difficult to improve the heat resistance, and if it exceeds 210 ° C. and exceeds 18 hours, the appearance of the molded product tends to deteriorate.
以下本発明を実施例に基づいて説明する。 The present invention will be described below based on examples.
