がある。又、製造にも熟練を要するという問題点があ

図の示すような構造となっている。管状フィルタ5の一
端は、あらかじめ内管2に溶着された突起6に係止され
ており、他端は管状の耐熱ガラス製のスペーサ7を介し
て係止用突起8に係止されている。

破損の発生が生じることがなく、長寿命である等の利点
がある。
