Description of the Related Art With the development and spread of OA equipment, the influence of radio waves on the human body has been studied worldwide, and some studies have found causal relationships. The miniaturization and portability of electronic devices are increasing the influence of electromagnetic waves. Conventionally, as a material of clothes for protecting the human body from these electromagnetic waves, an apron, a vest or a so-called uniform using a mixed or woven fabric with a conductive fiber (carbon fiber, metal fiber, metal-plated fiber, etc.) for the outer material is used. Have been. In each case, since the conductive fiber is used as a thread, there is a problem that in order to effectively shield an electromagnetic wave, an effect is not produced unless a considerable amount of the conductive fiber is mixed.

Attempts have been made to coat the surface with a material, but there is a problem that it is hard to be accepted by the user due to the feeling and color.

以下、本考案の1実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。[0005] That is, the electromagnetic wave shielding interlining of the present invention mixes synthetic fibers such as polyester or nylon fibers with silver-plated fibers, and forms a web with an ordinary web forming machine.
The basis weight of the fiber web is determined in order to satisfy the required performance as an electromagnetic wave shielding interlining, but it is preferable that at least the amount of the silver-plated fiber contained therein is in the range of 5 to 10 g / m 2 . The obtained fiber web is bonded with a binder, or a web in which 20 to 60% of heat-fusible fibers are mixed in advance is prepared, and then a non-woven fabric substrate is obtained by means of fusing and fixing with a hot roll. A dispersion or mixed powder mainly composed of a polyamide or polyester resin in which a powder of conductive carbon, nickel, aluminum or the like is mixed into the obtained base nonwoven fabric is applied to the base nonwoven fabric in the form of dots and dried or dried. By fusing and fixing, an adhesive interlining excellent in shielding effect is obtained. The mixing amount of the conductive powder is desirably in the range of 10 to 40% that does not impair the adhesiveness.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

A cross web having a basis weight of 30 g / m 2 with a blend fiber of 51 mm and 25% was embossed at a surface temperature of 200 ° C. and a pressure of 5.
A hot roll treatment was performed partially at 0 kg / cm 2 to obtain a non-woven fabric having an apparent thickness of 0.3 mm and containing 7.5 g / m 2 of silver-plated fibers. Furthermore, on the surface of the nonwoven fabric, 15 parts by weight of the paste adhesive having the above composition
g / m 2 was applied in the form of dots to obtain an adhesive interlining having electromagnetic wave shielding properties. The adhesive forming the dots is not limited to the polyamide resin. FIG.
1 shows a schematic configuration diagram obtained in the above-mentioned embodiment, wherein 1 is a silver-plated fiber, and 2 is a synthetic fiber such as polyester or nylon.
Is uniformly mixed to form the heat-sealed portion 3 to form the nonwoven fabric 4. Dots 6 of a polyamide resin in which carbon 5 is dispersed as conductive powder adhere to the surface of the nonwoven fabric to form an electromagnetic wave shield interlining.

Of about 5 to 10 g / m 2 with respect to the weight of the nonwoven fabric constituent fiber by mixing the silver-plated fiber plated on the surface of the non-woven fabric with the required amount for satisfying the shielding property, that is, the cost of the conductive powder. Adhesive interlining with extremely excellent electromagnetic wave shielding properties can be obtained by the combined effect of mixing in the adhesive resin, and without limiting the color, design, pattern, etc. of the clothing material, it is possible to create fashionable electromagnetic wave shielding clothing. It has practical effects such as being able to provide.
