ャネル溝型にし、さらに接続する角形管より小径にして
も、接続体の中空部を左右対象に遮断する補強板を設け
ているため強度が高く、使用に適するものである。また
この補強板の一端が接続体の外周から突出しているた
め、この接続体の両側に角形管を挿入した際のストッパ
ーとなり、センター出しを容易にし、接続作業を簡便に
できるものである。
