In recent years, windings such as transformers and chokes have tended to be thinner and smaller. However, especially when thinner, the windings become flatter, the leakage flux increases, and the coupling between windings worsens. In many cases, electrical characteristics, temperature characteristics, and the like are affected.

1 (a) and 1 (b) show conventional and thin transformers having the same capacity, wherein 1 is an iron core, 1a is a central yoke, and 2 is a winding. Compared to the conventional structure shown in FIG. 1A, in the thin structure shown in FIG.
, The coupling between the primary and secondary windings 2 becomes poor, and the leakage flux increases, adversely affecting the transformer characteristics.

FIG. 2 shows the basic configuration of a transformer, where N 1 and N 2 indicate a primary winding and a secondary winding, respectively. The volume occupied by the winding is determined by the capacity and characteristics of the transformer. To reduce the size of the transformer, it must be constituted by a thin iron core as shown in FIG. The following problems occur. In order to construct this as shown in FIG. 3, iron cores divided into P pieces having a total sectional area equal to the iron core of FIG. Windings divided into P pieces are wound around each of the iron cores forming a path, and these windings are connected in series to constitute one transformer. Therefore, each split winding has n 1 = N 1 / P on the primary side and n 2 on the secondary side.
= N 2 / P may lose the windings. As a result, the winding space is reduced (thinned), and the thickness can be reduced. However, the overall size, occupied area, price, and the like are not always advantageous, and a division loss occurs, which is not effective. The present invention is the third
By integrating the iron cores using the principle based on the drawing, the division loss is made as close to zero as possible, and the thickness is reduced. FIG. 4 or FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the iron core of one embodiment of the present invention. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, n 1 and n 2 windings are wound around each yoke of a set of P E-shaped cores 1 as shown in FIG. 3 to form a magnetic path. Cover the magnetic material 3
Next, it may be connected in series for each secondary winding. As shown in FIG. 5, two sets of P E-shaped cores 1 may be used. 6 (a) is a top view, FIG. 6 (b) is a front view, and FIG. 6 (c) is a side view of the P-shaped E-shaped core according to the present invention. The EE core may be assembled by using two sets of E-shaped cores as shown in FIG. 6, or may be assembled as an EI core by using one of them as a plate-shaped core. In addition, even if it is not the core of the integral structure as described above, each single E-shaped core is immovably arranged on a magnetic or non-magnetic plate at a fixed interval in consideration of a winding space and integrated. May be. With such a configuration, if a transformer including a transformer or a choke is assembled, 1 /
It can be realized by the combination configuration of P, and it is possible to realize particularly thin windings with little division loss.

Therefore, according to the present invention, electrical characteristics of windings such as transformers,
It can realize thin windings at a relatively low cost without impairing temperature characteristics and other characteristics.
It is particularly effective when used in a D converter or the like.
