部に異物排出部を設けるとともに、前記2次処理室の処
理原料室に処理原料排出部を設け、さらに前記2次処理
室のストレーナの孔径を1次処理室のストレーナの孔径
よりも小さくするようにしているので、タブ内の原料に
対して2回にわたって充分な離解作用を施すことがで
き、効果的な離解を行って有用繊維を極めて効率よく回
収することができるという効果がある。また、原料の滞
留時間を短くし、処理能力を増大させて安定した運転が
可能になり、信頼性が大幅に高まり、しかも、設備の縮
小にもつながる等の多くの有用なる効果を奏する。さら
に、1次処理室を2次処理室よりも高く位置させるの
で、移送管に処理原料の詰まることがなく、これを通じ
て円滑なパルパー作業が大いに期待できる。
