回路の管路抵抗等により、突起Waの溶け込みで両ワー
クW、Wの隙間が減少したときの瞬間的なエア供給の遅
れを生じ、突起Waの溶け込みに対するガンアームの追
従性が悪くなって、溶け込みで生じた溶融金属が両ワー
クW、Wの隙間からスパッタとなって飛散してしまい、
その結果溶接不良を生ずるものと考えられる。本考案
は、以上の点に鑑み、突起の溶け込みに対するガンアー
ムの追従性を向上させて、プロジェクション溶接を良好
に行い得られるようにした溶接ガン装置を提供すること
をその目的としている。

動ガンアーム5の電極チップ2a、5a間に図3に示す
