A lower receiving plate which is provided with a receiving piece 27 and a locking projecting piece 23 projecting to the front side on the upper edge of a plate 25 having a predetermined width and length, and to the rear side projecting to the lower edge of the plate 25. 26 and a decorative plate 20 having locking projections 24, a body 28 narrower than the plate 25 and slightly longer, and a locking piece 29.

A decorative cap, characterized in that the decorative plate 20 and the locking member 21 are connected to each other in a shape having a top D 1 projecting upward from the upper edge of the decorative plate 20.
