DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of application] The present invention comprises a plate having air bubbles such as plastic foam and cellular rubber, which is kept cold around the outer peripheral surface of a beverage container by elastic force so as to be wound tightly. The present invention relates to a heat insulating cover of a beverage container for keeping heat.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, a plate-shaped member made of a synthetic resin or the like is used to keep the beverage in a container such as a bottle, a cup or a can cold and hot, and to prevent the temperature of the beverage from being transmitted through the container for easy holding. There was a heat insulating cover in which the foamed material was rolled into a cylinder and the joint portion was heat-welded.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the heat insulating cover has elasticity in the foam material and tries to return to the original plate shape, it does not adhere to the surface of the container and a gap is formed between the surface of the container and the surface. Therefore, not only the surface of the container is easily dewed, but also the heat insulating effect is poor, and the bottle and the can are easily pulled out, the heat insulating cover needs a bottom, and the shape is easily limited to the bottomed cylindrical shape.

Since both ends of the bonded foam material are elastically released in the opening direction, they are easily peeled off. Further, a foam material with a thickness of 4 to 5 mm has a small bonding margin and cannot be used. I had no choice.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides, in the first invention, a closed-cell type plate of plastic foam or cellular rubber, the plate being heated from one surface side. And then cooled, the air bubbles on the cooling surface side shrink, and the heat insulating cover is wound in a tubular shape with the surface side facing inward. In the second invention, it shrinks to one surface of the plate. A heat-insulating cover is provided, in which a difficult layer is provided, the plate is heated from the other surface side and then cooled, and the bubbles on the cooling surface side shrink, and the surface side is inwardly wound into a tubular shape. In the invention of, the plate is made by laminating plates of the same material having different expansion ratios, and is cooled after being heated from the surface side of the layer having a high expansion ratio, and the bubbles on the cooling surface side shrink, The heat insulating cover is wound with the surface side facing inward.

[Operation] When the heat-insulating cover configured as described above is attached to the outer peripheral surface of a container such as a can by opening the plate wound in a tubular shape from the end, the heat-insulating cover is wound on the side where the bubbles of the plate are contracted. Due to the elastic force, the outer peripheral surface of the container is tightly attached.

Therefore, the heat insulation effect of heat retention and cold insulation is extremely high, there is no sweat of the container, and since it is a plate with air bubbles, it has a large friction resistance with the container surface, and because it is in close contact, it is a bottom part on the heat insulation cover. The container does not come out even without

Reference numeral 1 is a heat insulating cover, and as shown in FIG. 1, since it is made up of a plate 2 having air bubbles in a tubular shape, the plate 2 has impact resilience, so even if this winding is unwound. Also, even if it is wound further, it will return to this state.

This plate 2 is a closed-cell type plastic foam plate or a closed-cell type cellular rubber plate, and as shown in FIG. 2, when heated from one side (arrow direction) of this plate 2, As shown in FIG. 3, the bubbles 3 on the heated side of the plate 2 are expanded by the air in the bubbles 3 being warmed, and the bubbles 3 are expanded and the internal pressure of the bubbles is increased, so that the air in the bubbles 3 is removed from the bubble wall. A part of it has expanded to the outside.

After that, when the heating is stopped and the air is cooled by natural cooling or forced cooling, the air remaining in the expanding bubbles 3 is cooled and contracts, causing the bubbles 3 to contract. Since the bubble walls prevent the absorption of air from the outside, the plate 2 is shrunk on the heated and cooled side as compared with the other side. The cooling is mainly to room temperature. The plate 2 with the cooling side contracted is in a state of being wound in a tubular shape of about 1 to 2 windings with the cooling side inward, and is intended to maintain this state by the repulsive elasticity of the plate 2. is there.

FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the heat insulating cover 1, in which a metal film such as aluminum, a plastic sheet, a laminated layer such as a plastic film, and a metal vapor deposition film such as aluminum are formed on one surface of the plate 2 having air bubbles. Layers, or these, cloth,
Another layer 4 such as an adhesive layer which is difficult to shrink is provided. By heating and cooling the other surface side of the plate 2 on which the layer 4 is not provided, as in the first embodiment, the surface on the heating and cooling side is inwardly wound, and at the same time, is rolled. The layer 4 which is difficult to shrink makes it easy to give a certain direction to the deformation of the plate 2 and prevents random deformation. The arrow indicates the heating direction.

FIG. 7 shows a third embodiment of the heat insulating cover 1, in which a plate 2 having bubbles is integrated by laminating plates 2a and 2b made of the same material but having different expansion ratios. , For example 20
A double foam board 2a and a 30 times foam board 2b are laminated and integrated,
The side having a high expansion ratio, that is, the surface side of the layer of the 30-fold foamed plate 2b in this case was heated and cooled as in the first embodiment, and was wound in a cylindrical shape with this surface side being inward. It is a thing.

If the heat insulating cover 1 opens the cylindrical plate 2 and fits it on the outer peripheral surface of the beverage container A, the heat insulating cover 1 comes into close contact with the surface of the container A due to the elasticity of the plate 2 to return to the rolled state.
In particular, since the plate 2 is pressed against the surface of the container A due to its elasticity, there is no gap between the cover 1 and the surface of the container A.

Further, it is desirable that the cover 1 be wound around the entire circumference of the container A, but the cover 1 can also be used as a lap winding or a satisfactorily winding on a container A having a different outer diameter.

[Effect] Since the heat insulating cover of the beverage container according to the present invention is made of the closed-cell type bubble plate of plastic foam or cellular rubber as described above, the beverage contained in the can, the bottle, etc. is kept cold and kept warm, Prevents the phenomenon of sweating or condensation on the container surface in the case of cold beverages.

Further, since the cover has a curl of winding the plate in a tubular shape by shrinking the bubbles contained on one surface side of one bubble plate, it is easy to attach to the container and Since it is a plate that is closely attached to the outer peripheral surface without gaps and has a bubble, it has a large friction resistance with the outer peripheral surface of the container and the container does not fall out even if there is no bottom.
