イスの下降により被かしめ部材の打ち抜きとナットのか
しめを同時に行うとともに、被かしめ部材から打ち抜か
れたスクラップを筒状かしめダイスの筒孔を通じてこれ
に付帯するスクラップ除去装置で外部に排出するように
したものであった。

たかしめ装置において、前記下型の周囲にばねをもって
下方より弾発支持された受けピンをその上端が常時は前
記下型の上面より上方に位置するように配設する一方、
前記かしめダイスはばね収納部を有するものとしてその
下面に該ばね収納部に収納されたばねをもって下向きに
附勢される先細のパイロットピンを出没自在に嵌装した
ことを特徴とするかしめ装置を第の発明とするもので
