2. Description of the Related Art Conventional technology and its problems Conventionally, an inorganic joint material mainly composed of Portland cement was used for filling joints of ceramic tiles. Since the inorganic joint filler is water-based, even if the tile surface is contaminated by the attached joint filler during the joint filling work, it can be easily cleaned by wiping it with a sponge moistened with water.
However, inorganic joint fillers are not suitable as inorganic joint fillers recently because of their poor elasticity and the possibility of cracking or chipping, the fact that they cannot follow the movement of the substrate, causing tile cracks, and their poor waterproofness. Instead, elastic organic jointing materials tend to be used. Although the problems of the above-mentioned inorganic jointing material can be solved by using the organic jointing material, since the organic jointing material is non-aqueous, when the tile surface is soiled with the attached jointing material at the time of joint filling construction, this dirt is removed by the organic solvent. It is necessary to wipe it off and clean it, which is very troublesome. Such problems can be solved by, for example, carefully filling the tile surface so as not to stain the tile surface, or by masking the tile surface, but the former causes a decrease in work efficiency, and the latter causes It is necessary to form a masking for each tile and further remove the tiles, which is not a preferable solution.

MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS The present invention provides a unit tile prepared by adhering an adhesive sheet on the upper surface of a plurality of ceramic tiles arranged with i joint intervals, the adhesive sheet having the lower tile back surface facing upward. Ii) Place the net material on the inverted unit tile so as to cover the entire unit tile, and apply this net material to the entire back surface of each tile of the unit tile in the form of a coating film, and then remove it again. Adhering to the back surface of each tile with a possible paint, and forming a removable masking coating film integral with the above net surface on the entire back surface of each tile, iii. Through the eyes, the organic elastic joint material is released within the joint interval, and if the joint material has adhesiveness to the adhesive sheet, the adhesive sheet side is subjected to release treatment, and if it is not adhesive, release treatment is performed. You And a step of iv to remove each masking coating film from the back surface of each tile along with the peeling of the net material during the uncured state of the filling joint material. , A method of manufacturing unit tiles connected by elastic joint materials.

The unit tile (1) is then flipped over on the platform (a),
As shown in FIG. 2, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (2) is placed on the bottom and the back surface of the tile (11) is placed on the table (a).
In the state shown in FIG. 2, the net ground (2) is placed on the unit tile (1), and the removable paint is a thin film from the top of the net ground (2) to the entire back surface of each tile (11). And then dried. By applying and drying this paint, the net (2) is adhered to the back surface of each tile (11), and the back surface of each tile (11) is removably masked with the net (2). A film (3) is formed.

In this unit tile (1 '), the top surface of the tile (12) was protected by the adhesive sheet (13) and the back surface thereof was protected by the masking coating film (3) during the joint filling work. There is no need for cleaning and wiping. Since the joint material (5) filled in the joint space is placed in a non-adhesive state with the adhesive sheet (13), the surface is not roughened when the adhesive sheet (13) is peeled off, and the surface is smooth. And it will be a beautiful finish. Adhesive sheet (13)
The release layer (4) and the release layer (4) are not necessarily removed at the time of manufacturing the unit tile, and may be removed at the use site.
