(B) Conventional technology In order to collect product samples in the conventional formula feed production,
Use a small container such as a spoon or cup to artificially carry out the part of the transporting machine after the compounding machine or the part in the middle position that flows through the carrier, or mechanically at any time. Or continuously. In addition, no special technical method is used when the sample after collection is stored in a container at hand from a high place through a chute or the like.

(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention In general, mixed feeds are generally in the form of a mixture of granules, and raw materials having different hardness, shape, fluidity, viscosity, etc. are used.
Since the fine powder raw material is also used for blending, no matter how complete the blending operation is performed, it has the property of being easily separated by the mechanical action thereafter. That is, in the glued portion of the conveyor after the compounding machine, there is a tendency that a relatively coarse particle portion is distributed in the upper part of the product flow and a powder part is more distributed in the lower part of the flow. Also in the product transport conveyor, the distribution of the coarse part in the upper part of the flow, the powder part in the lower part and the part with a large specific gravity is large. Therefore,
Even if a sample is taken from the product stream using a small container such as a spoon or cup, it is extremely difficult to sample the upper, middle, and lower parts of the flow evenly, and it is inevitable that the middle portion of the flow will be sampled. Therefore, a representative sample will not be obtained. Further, there is a drawback that the once-collected sample is flown downward using a chute or the like, and when the sample is stored in a container, particle size separation occurs, resulting in a non-uniform state.

(D) Means for Solving Problems The present invention has a product flow in the central part of the batch,
Sampling is performed by a gate 2 provided at the bottom of the trough of the chain conveyor 1 so that it can be cut at a constant length, and a rectangular parallelepiped case 3 having a gate 4 connected to the gate 2. The collected sample is further flown down through the chute 5 and is supplied to the inspection conveyor 7 after being made into a constant flow by the rocker valve 6.

(E) Action To obtain the middle part of the batch of the product being conveyed by the horizontal chain conveyor 1, for example, for 45 seconds after the product flowing through the chain conveyor 1 for 90 seconds, the gate 2 When opened faster than the speed of the chain of the chain conveyor 1, the products flowing directly above the gate 2 are all contained in the case 3 regardless of whether they are in the upper layer, the middle layer or the lower layer. Gate 2 closes after a few seconds and returns to its original state. If the capacity of Case 3 is preset to 1/100 of one batch, the sample taken will correspond to 1% of the product. Next, the gate 4 at the bottom of the case 3 is opened, and the sample is made to flow down using the chute 5. When the gate 4 is opened slowly, the longer the chute 5, the better the flowability, and the higher the specific gravity, the faster the fall. In addition, those with poor fluidity, small specific gravity, fine powder parts, etc. become slow and cause particle size separation, making them unsuitable as samples. According to the experiment, gate 4
It was found that when the film was instantly opened in 0.5 seconds or less, it fell into the chute 5 as a lump and the separation phenomenon did not occur. Therefore, the opening speed of the gate 4 according to the present invention is
The rocker valve 6 connected for 0.2 to 0.5 seconds through the chute 5 makes it possible to obtain a better product sample than the belt conveyor 7 while keeping the flow conditions constant.

(F) Example After discharging one batch of 2.0 tons of product from the compounding machine in 90 seconds, a slide gate 2 of 35 cm in length and 35 cm in width was provided for 45 seconds in the trough bottom of the chain conveyor 1 having 80 t / h capacity. When the time has elapsed, fully open Gate 2 at a speed of 0.5 seconds,
The sample was placed in Case 3 having a volume of 40 liters. Then, after 3 seconds, the gate 2 was closed, and then the gate 4 of the case 3 was fully opened at a speed of 0.3 seconds and closed 3 seconds later. By this operation, the sample contained in the case 3 instantaneously flows down the chute 5,
It was collected on a rocker valve 6 15 m below and with a discharge capacity of 2 t / h, it was flowed to a belt conveyor 7 of 2 t / h capacity covered with the following transparent resin plate, and this was used as a sample for inspection. In addition, the part which was not collected was returned to the conveyor before sampling through the chain conveyor 8 of 2 t / h capacity to be connected.
