イザ本体を車室天井面に沿う格納位置に回動したとき
に、前記支軸の外周面両側に形成された平坦面とそれぞ
れ係合する係止面が形成され、 さらに、前記係止部材は、一枚のばね板材が、その一対
の係止脚下端において2つ折りされて形成されるととも
に、同係止部材の係止筒部上端が開放端となっており、 しかも、前記係止筒部が弾性拡開されるときに前記一対
の係止脚が拡開されることがないように、前記一対の係
止脚の上端部が相互に結合されていることを特徴とする
