When the guide rail is attached to the hoistway by such a construction method, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the uppermost part of the hoisting machine 1 is hung from a hoisting machine (not shown) on the hoistway 1 by a rope 2 via a hanging metal fitting 3. Lift the guide rail 4A attached to the inside of the hoistway 1. Then, when the lower end of the guide rail 4A rises to a level near the upper end of the next guide rail 4B standing on the curing plate 5 in the lower pit in the hoistway 1 as shown, the hoisting machine Stop, and in that state the worker abuts the upper and lower guide rails 4A, 4B,
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the concavo-convex portions 4a and 4b formed on the joint end surfaces are meshed with each other, and the both guide rails 4A and 4A,
Bolts 8 are inserted through four fastening holes 5 formed near the joint end of the flange portion of 4B, and four fastening holes 7 formed in the upper and lower halves of the rectangular plate-shaped joint plate 6 respectively. By tightening 9 (see FIG. 8), both the guide rails 4A and 4B are fastened by the joint plate 6. Each of the fastening holes 5 and 7 has a diameter slightly larger than that of the bolt 8. The hoisting machine is operated while the bolt 8 and the nut 9 are temporarily tightened, and the hoisting machine is slightly lifted. After confirming / correcting the straightness of the rail surface, that is, after centering, the bolt 8 and the nut 9 are finally tightened and completely connected by the joint plate 6. Then, the hoisting machine is operated again to lift the guide rails 4A and 4B, and the third guide rail 4C (see FIG. 8) is connected to the lower end of the guide rail 4B and lifted in the same manner as the previous time. In this way, the guide rails are successively added to the lower end while hoisting, and the required number of guide rails, that is,
When the number of guide rails corresponding to the entire height of the hoistway 1 or the case of divided hoisting is increased, the guide rails of the number corresponding to the divided length are connected and hoisted, and the bracket is attached to the inner wall of the hoistway 1 as it is (Fig. (Not shown) is installed vertically.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, when the guide rail is hoisted via the rope 2 by the hoisting machine and the lower end of the guide rail is successively spliced by the joint plate 6 to lift, as described above, Seam board 6
Therefore, there is a problem in that a gap is generated between the upper and lower guide rails that are aligned and connected with each other, and it is necessary to re-work again.

That is, since the fastening holes 5 and 7 formed in each of the guide rails and the joint plate 6 have a diameter slightly larger than that of the bolt 8, the upper and lower guide rails are tightened with the joint plate 6 by the bolt 8. It is connected by the frictional force F and supports the lower load. This frictional force F is F = 4 μP, where P is the tightening force of each of the four bolts 8 and μ is the coefficient of friction between the guide rail and the joint plate 6. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, the uppermost guide rail 4A
If the total length of the second and subsequent guide rails except L is L,
The load G applied to the joint plate 6 between the uppermost guide rail 4A and the second guide rail 4B that supports this is given by the weight of the unit length of the guide rail is a and the total weight of the joint plate 6 is b. , G = aL + b .... Further, the load applied to the joint plate 6 between the second guide rail 4B and the next third guide rail 4C is less than that of G by the weight of one guide rail. Similarly, the load applied to the lower joint plate 6 decreases in sequence. When the load G becomes larger than the frictional force F of the joint plate 6, a gap is created between the upper and lower guide rails during lifting. That is, G> F is in the case of L> (4 μP-b) ÷ a, and if the guide rails are connected and lifted longer than this L, the upper and lower guide rails 4A as shown in FIG. , 4B
A gap δ was generated between them, and a gap δ ′ was generated between 4B and 4C, and it was very troublesome to re-adjust the guide rails centered and connected.

Since the acceleration α of the hoisting machine needs to be taken into consideration when hoisting, the length L of the guide rails that can be hoisted at one time is further shortened, and a desired number of guide rails are connected and integrally hoisted. There was a problem that I could not stack.
