DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Industrial field of application This invention relates to a drug-impregnated pad package for applying drugs, cosmetics, etc. to the skin surface, etc. This is a device for simplifying and rationalizing. (B) Conventional Technology When applying a drug or the like to the skin or the like using a conventional pad, a commercially available pad is used by directly impregnating the drug from a drug container such as a bottle or by using a sprayer or the like and impregnating it with a commercially available pad. The impregnated pad was packed in small sachets for one package, but this impregnated pad is also a single-layer base material, which is simply impregnated with a fixed amount and then applied. When a plurality of them are integrated and packaged, inconveniences such as non-uniformity of impregnation rate of chemicals and the like between the pads occur depending on the position within the package, that is, the vertical relationship, the inclination angle, and the like. (C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention As described above, the present invention solves the drawbacks of the conventional chemical impregnated pad, that is, makes it possible to accommodate a plurality of pads in the package and uses the laminated pad. The present invention has been completed for the purpose of improving the impregnated amount, preventing the movement of chemicals and the like between the pads, and preventing contamination of fingers and the like in the coating operation. (D) Means for Solving the Problems and Their Actions The present invention uses a hot-melt resin (hereinafter referred to as a hot-melt resin) to form a base material having different properties, for example, different impregnating properties such as a drug, a solvent and water. Characteristically, it is obtained by laminating by adhesive lamination (also referred to as dot coating), using this as an impregnating pad, impregnating it with a drug or the like according to various uses, and accumulating one or two or more of this laminated impregnated pad. The present invention relates to a pad package for impregnating chemicals. As described above, the conventional impregnating pad impregnates the drug in use,
Alternatively, a single-layer pad was impregnated with a drug or the like, and the pad was individually packaged. Some conventional impregnated pads also have a laminated body, but in this case, since the whole surface is adhered with an adhesive, the chemicals and the like do not move and merely provide a knob. Of course, the outermost surface of the laminated body may have this structure. In the present invention, since the base materials are laminated by the point adhesion, the drug or the like is distributed, and the two base materials to which the point adhesion is applied have different properties. 1) and (2) By making the impregnation rate of both base materials different for the drug, it is possible to make a laminated material of base materials having different impregnated amounts, and to limit the flow and transfer amount and rationalize the use of the drug etc. It is useful. Note that the point adhesion (also referred to as dot coating adhesion) is, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, hot-melt resin is dot-shaped (granular) on the surface of the base material (1).
(3) is printed on the surface of the base material, the base material (2) is superposed on the surface of the base material, heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the resin, and then cooled to obtain a laminated body having breathability and flexibility. You can The printing method of hot melt resin is roughly classified into a wet method (dispersion method) and a dry method (powder dot method), but a mass production method includes a direct method using a rotary screen and a direct method using a gravure roll. Has been done. In any case, the medicine impregnated pad package according to the present invention adjusts the impregnation of the medicine and the like and increases the amount of impregnation of the medicine and the like by the layered body that is flowably bonded by point bonding, and at the same time, It is also possible to give a completely different affinity to the drug and mix them at the time of use. As shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to further stack a non-impregnating layer on the outside of the impregnated pad laminate to form a grip portion during use. Although only the case is shown, more pads can be laminated depending on the application. As the packaging body of the pad, a lidded container with a screw is shown in FIG. 3, but the packaging body is required depending on the properties of the drug to be impregnated, that is, volatility, water absorption, oxidizability, reducibility and the like. The material, structure, thickness, etc. should be taken into consideration when selecting. (E) Effect of the Invention As described above, the chemical-impregnated pad package according to the present invention uses the impregnated pad as a laminated body having a point-adhesive structure, so that the impregnated amount of the chemical can be adjusted according to the properties of the chemicals used and the application. Not only the increase adjustment but also the prevention of drug transfer between the pads,
It is also a device that helps prevent contamination of hands and clothes during use.
