2. Description of the Related Art A core holder in a noise absorbing device of this type is used in a noise absorbing device for absorbing induced noise in a signal line. Generally, this type of device is used by inserting a signal line between two divided cylindrical cores. The core holder is for clamping and holding the split type tubular core in a tubular shape, and an example of a conventional core holder is shown in FIG. 7 together with the core piece.

In FIG. 7, a core piece 1 is obtained by dividing a cylindrical magnetic core having an octagonal cross-section into two equal parts by orthogonal lines orthogonal to the sides of the octagon, and forming a square shape at each end of the bottom of the central groove 2. The engaging recess 3 is formed.

The core holder is made of an insulating resin material and has two box-shaped holder divided bodies 4 each capable of accommodating the core piece 1 with the surface having the central groove 2 exposed, and one of the opening edges is hinged. It is connected at the part 5. The side wall of the holder divided body 4 is provided with an engaging portion 6 and an engaging portion 7 which can engage with each other. A locking claw 9 is provided at a portion of the inner wall of the holder divided body 4 which is in contact with the bottom of the semicircular cutout portion 8. The interval between the engaging claws 9 facing each other is slightly larger than the interval between the two engaging recesses 3 of the core piece 1, and the degree of freedom is increased by the vertical grooves 10 formed on both sides thereof. On the inner bottom of the holder divided body 4, two cantilever springs 11 (only one is shown) are formed by partially projecting inwardly by U-shaped notches.

Here, when the core piece 1 is pressed and inserted into the holder divided body 4, the locking claw 9 is fitted and locked in the engaging concave portion 3 and the back surface contacts the cantilever spring 11. It is housed in contact. The core piece 1 projects slightly from the opening surface of the holder divided body 4 by being elastically contacted with the cantilever spring 11 and the engaging concave portion 3 being locked by the locking claw 9.

When the core piece 1 is housed in each of the holder divided bodies 4 and then the engaging portion 6 and the locking portion 7 are engaged so that the opening edges of the holder divided bodies 4 are aligned with each other, the core piece 1 is divided. The faces are brought into contact with each other, and the locking claw 9 moves away from the engagement recess 3 to further bend the cantilever spring 11. As a result, both core pieces 1 are pressed against each other and held as a tubular core.

1. A cylindrical magnetic core is formed on a split surface including a cylinder axis.
With two core pieces, each with an opening
2 boxes with 2 cores each
Yes, the two boxes can be assembled with their openings facing each other.
In a noise absorber having a core holder that is capable of
A flexible member made of a flexible material is interposed between each of the two core pieces and each box body, and the flexible member includes a leg portion that engages with the box body, When it transforms itself
A pressure spring that generates a pressing force by elasticity and the core piece
To hold the core piece in cooperation with the pressure spring
The locking claw is integrally provided, and the locking claw of the flexible member engages with a recess formed in the end piece and the inner side surface of the cylinder of the core piece. sex
In the state of being housed in the box body with a member interposed, the core
In the piece, the part including the dividing surface projects more than the opening edge of the box body.
The pressure spring of the flexible member is
(A) The piece is displaced from the protruding state toward the inside of the box
Elastically deformable in a direction that allows
In the state where the two boxes are assembled to each other,
From the protruding state, the core piece goes into the box body.
The flexibility that is displaced and deformed by this displacement
The pressure spring of the member makes the divided surfaces abut each other.
A noise absorbing device characterized in that they are mutually pressurized .
