<Means for Solving the Problems> The gist of the present invention for achieving the above object is to fix a bracket to a shank to which an electrode tip is attached in an insulating state, and to attach leaf springs to both sides of the bracket. A back electrode plate, which is fixed by bolts so that the posture can be changed between an axial line position parallel to the chip and a tilted position, and a plurality of arch-shaped conductive materials are stacked with gaps on both sides, is stacked on the leaf spring to form an electrode chip. It is fixed with a gap between the tip and the arch surface so that they can contact each other.

<Operation> With the above configuration, the work contacts the arch surface of the back electrode plate, the arch surface is elastically deformed by the gaps on both sides and the leaf springs by the pressure action, and the arch surface follows the shape of the work and contacts. At the same time, it is brought into contact with the tip of the electrode tip to perform an energizing action.

In the present invention, the bracket 4 is tightened and fixed by bolts 6 with the insulating pipe 5 interposed in the shank 2, and the leaf springs 7 extend on both sides of the bracket 4 along an axis parallel to the shank 2 and the electrode tip 3. At the same time, the bolt 8 is fixed so that it can be tilted.

Further, a back electrode plate 9 is fixed on the leaf spring 7. This back electrode plate 9 is a plurality of copper plates
As shown in FIG. 3, it is formed by the polymer of 11 and has an arch surface 10 and is overlapped with a gap 12 formed on both sides, and both are formed between the tip of the electrode tip 3 and the arch surface 10. It is fixed to the leaf spring 7 with a gap that can be abutted.

Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the tip of the electrode tip 3 and the arch surface 10 of the back electrode plate 9 are separated from each other as shown in FIG. 1 when no pressure is applied to the arm 1. ing.

However, when a work (not shown) is sandwiched by the arm 1 and the arm 1 is pressed, the arch surface 10 of the back electrode plate 9 comes into contact with the work, and the arch surface 10 elastically deforms following the shape of the work. Follow the work shape. The elastic deformation of the arch surface 10 at this time is absorbed by the gaps 12 on both sides.

Simultaneously with the elastic deformation of the arch surface 10, the pressing force of the arm 1 is also applied to the leaf spring 7, and the leaf spring 7 bends so that the arch surface 10 of the back electrode plate 9 comes into contact with the electrode tip 3 and the back electrode plate 9 is contacted. Energize and spot weld the work.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the present invention, the bracket is fixed to the shank to which the electrode tip is attached in an insulated state, and the leaf springs are provided on both sides of the bracket in the axial position parallel to the electrode tip and the tilted position. The back electrode plate is fixed by bolts so that the posture can be changed, and a plurality of arch-shaped conductive materials are superposed on each other with a gap formed on both sides. The back electrode plate is placed on the leaf spring between the tip of the electrode tip and the arch surface. Is fixed so that there is a gap in which the arch surface of the back electrode plate can be brought into contact with the arch surface of the back electrode plate. It absorbs the elastic deformation and deforms following the work according to the shape of the work to ensure a state of close contact with the work, so good current can be obtained and one back electrode can be used for various work shapes. It is possible to improve the work efficiency by eliminating the need to replace the back electrode due to the change of the work.

Further, since the back electrode plate is supported by the leaf spring, when the workpiece is brought into contact with the arch surface of the back electrode plate, the bending action of the leaf spring ensures the contact with the arch surface of the back electrode plate. Due to the gaps formed on both sides of the back electrode plates which are overlapped with each other, the close contact effect with the work is synergistically obtained.

さらに、板バネを傾倒することにより、バック電極プ

Further, by tilting the leaf spring, the back electrode plate is separated from the electrode tip, so that replacement and polishing work of the electrode tip can be easily obtained.
