Conventionally, when the roof field is made of concrete material such as RC slab, the roofing work is performed by fixing the sink A to the field C with the anchor plug B as shown in FIG. A heat insulating material is embedded between the two and the roofing sheet D is laid and the crosspiece E is moved to fix the roof tile F, or the heat insulating material G made of self-extinguishing styrofoam is bonded by an adhesive as shown in FIG. This is done by adhering the roof tile F to the heat insulating material G while adhering to the material C.

However, in the case of each of the above-mentioned conventional structures, when unevenness due to unevenness or the like is generated on the ground formed by the concrete plate or dust is attached, the sink bar A and the heat insulating material C float and the construction is difficult. In addition, there is a drawback that the heat insulating property and the waterproof property are impaired.

In addition, due to the above-mentioned unevenness, it is difficult to construct the roofing sheet D in the structure shown in FIG. 7, which causes a breakthrough after sticking, and it is difficult to select an appropriate amount of adhesive applied in the structure shown in FIG. However, there was a problem that construction became more difficult.

That is, in the heat insulating structure of the roof of this invention, rafters are arranged at predetermined intervals on a plywood sheet in which heat insulating materials are integrally laminated, a roofing sheet is laid on these rafters, and a peg is formed from the roofing sheet. A base panel that integrates the above plywood, heat insulating material, rafters, roofing sheet, and pier by being pressed down and attached to the anchor bolts that are erected at a constant interval on the concrete ground surface It is characterized in that the roof tiles are roofed on the base panel, which are mounted by sandwiching them with nuts while floating the intervals.

In the heat insulating structure of the roof of this invention, rafters are arranged at a predetermined interval on the plywood 1, and the heat insulating material 3 is integrally laminated between the rafters 2, 2 and the rafters 2 and the heat insulating material. 3, a roofing sheet 4 is laid on the base sheet 3, and a splint 5 is attached by pressing the roofing sheet 4 to integrate the plywood 1, the rafter 2, the heat insulating material 3, the roofing sheet 4 and the splint 5 into a base panel. 6 is attached to the anchor bolts 8 which are erected at a constant interval on the concrete field material (RC slag) 7 by sandwiching them with nuts 9 and 9 at a predetermined interval from the field surface. Roof tiles 10 ... Are engaged with the pier 5 on the base panel 6 and the nails 11 are driven into the base panel 6 to be roofed.

The anchor bolts 8 may be integrally embedded when concrete is poured into the base material 7, but may be attached to the base material 7 later as shown in FIG. In addition, at the joint portion of the base panels 6 and 6, the roofing sheets 4 and 4 of the panels are overlapped and connected by a double-sided butyl tape or the like.

〔作用〕[Action]

According to the above structure, since the base panel 6 is attached at a predetermined distance from the field surface, the base panel 6 and the roof tile 10 can be constructed regardless of the unevenness of the field surface, and the field surface and the base panel can be installed. By forming the ventilation gap 12 between the base material 6 and 6, the water vapor generated from the field material 7 can be diffused from the gap. In addition, since the roofing sheet 4 is attached to the base panel 6 in advance, construction of the sheet on the roof can be eliminated and the heat insulating material 3 can be used.
When the sheets are stacked between the rafters as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sheet 4 is not stamped out.

As described above, according to the present invention, the roof can be constructed independently of the unevenness of the ground, and the workability is improved because the work of attaching the roofing sheet is eliminated, and at the same time, the heat insulation material or the like can be applied to the base panel. Since they are laminated and integrated in advance, it is possible to suitably secure the heat insulating property and the waterproof property. In addition, since it has a structure in which water vapor from the ground surface side is quickly discharged to the outside, it has various practical effects such as elimination of corrosion of the base panel due to water vapor.
