The partition member has a recess formed on the upper surface thereof, and the cold storage material can be accommodated in the recess, and the cold air from the cold storage material flows downward during transportation through the cold air holes formed in the recess. The transported air can be kept cool by this cold air. Further, the partition member is provided with a pair of leg portions on both sides, and the leg portions can be bent through the hinge portion to be housed in the outer box. At that time, the bending force is applied to the inner wall surface of the outer box. The reaction force causes the legs to come into pressure contact with each other, so that the partition member can be favorably fixed in the exterior box, and the position of the recessed portion can be fixed to favorably prevent the cold storage material from falling downward. Further, the middle partition member is formed made of foamed resin
Therefore, since it has a buffering ability and also has heat insulating properties, it is possible to satisfactorily prevent damage to the transported object during transportation and improve the cold insulation effect.

In the figure, a partition material 1 is formed by vacuum molding or pressure molding of foamed resin such as expanded polystyrene and expanded polyethylene , and the upper surface side is a horizontal portion 2. Is formed with a recessed concave portion 5 having an upper opening, and a plurality of cold air holes 6, 6, 6 are formed through the bottom surface of the concave portion 5 in a recessed shape. Further, ribs 7, 7, 7 are formed along the longitudinal direction on the back side of the bottom surface of the recess 5 to reinforce the recess 5. A partition plate 5a that divides the interior of the recess 5 into two chambers may be provided in the recess 5. The partition plate 5a can be bent and can be appropriately removed, and the capacity of the recess 5 can be changed as necessary. It can be stored as a structure. The number of partition plates 5a can be two or more.

Further, hinge portions 3a, 3a, which are thinly formed in a linear shape, are formed on both sides of the horizontal portion 2, and the pair of leg portions 3, 3 are bendable via the hinge portions 3a, 3a, respectively. 3 are formed on both sides. This leg 3,
The leg portions 3, 3 are reinforced by forming a large number of ribs 4, 4, 4 in the vertical direction on the outside in the bent state. In addition, several folding curves 3b are formed in the lower portion of each leg 3, 3 at predetermined intervals in the lateral direction, and any one of the folding curves 3b is bent inward to adjust the height of the leg 3 appropriately. You can do it. Further, in order to make the width dimension of the leg portion 3 adjustable, the leg portion 3 is bent in the longitudinal direction to form a fold line 3.
You may form c. Further, a cutout portion 3d into which the flap of the exterior box 8 can be inserted may be formed in the lower portion of each leg portion 3,3.

The partition member 1 thus formed can be inserted into the outer box 8 made of corrugated cardboard from the upper side, and the legs 3 and 3 are lowered via the hinges 3a and 3a. Bend to the side, and in that state legs 3,3
Can be inserted into the exterior box 8 by abutting against the inner wall surface of the exterior box 8, and the legs 3 and 3 face the exterior box 8 by the repulsive force that tends to bend upward of the legs 3 and 3. The inner partitioning member 1 is pressed against the inner wall surface, and the partition member 1 can be firmly housed in the outer box 8. In order to store the partitioning material 1 in the exterior box 8 more firmly, a double-sided tape may be attached to appropriate positions of the legs 3 and 3, and the partitioning material 1 may be fixed with the double-sided tape. After that, the concave portion 5 of the partition material 1
The regenerator material 9 in a frozen state can be housed therein.

A storage space S is formed between the lower portion of the horizontal portion 2 of the partition member 1 and the legs 3 and 3, and the storage space S is formed.
You can put flowers, fresh vegetables, matsutake mushrooms, fresh confectionery, medicines, etc. to be transported in the legs 3, 3 even during transportation.
Since the partition member 1 is fixed by this, the position of the recess 5 is fixed, and the cold storage material 9 stored in the recess 5 does not crush the transported article M stored in the storage space S. Moreover, during transportation, the cool air from the regenerator material 9 flows down through the cold air holes 6 to the lower side, so that the transported article M can be kept cool.

Next, FIG. 5 shows a modification of the partition member 1. That is obtained by forming the recess 5 in the U-shaped cross section in FIG. 5, the cold accumulating sheet 9 can be accommodated by bending in a U-shape or V-shape along the recess 5 of the U-shaped If the cold air holes 6, 6, 6 on the bottom surface of the recess 5 are further formed in the shape of a bowl that bulges downward, the bag portions 9a, 9a of the cold storage sheet 9 are fitted into the cold air holes 6, 6 respectively. As a result, the cool storage sheet 9 can be prevented from being displaced, and the cool storage sheet 9 can be favorably stored in the recess 5. In this case, since a considerable space is formed in the upper part of the cold storage sheet 9, it is possible to simultaneously store and transport other articles such as ham H in this space (FIG. 6).

Next, FIG. 7 shows a further modified example of the partition member 1. That is, in FIG. 7, the cold air holes 6, 6, 6 are formed not only on the bottom surface of the recess 5 but also on the side surface of the recess 5, and thus the cool air hole 6 is formed on the side surface of the recess 5 as well. As a result, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 8, during transportation, cold air circulates around the transported article M stored in the storage space S, the cold air distribution is made uniform, and a good cold insulation state can be obtained. .

Since the ribs 4 and 4 are formed and reinforced on the intermediate partition material 1, the intermediate partition material 1 is not crushed,
Medium partition member 1 And because it is formed of a foamed resin material such as expanded polystyrene, can be heat insulating property improves the relief less cold effect of good cold. Also, foam resin
Since it is manufactured, it can be transported inside even if it is impacted from outside.
Can be well protected. In addition, after transportation, the middle partition member 1 can be repeatedly used by taking out and storing the middle partition member 1 from the outer box 8.

Reservoir seals with water-absorbent resin enclosed in each bag
The bag is formed in a U-shaped cross section that can accommodate
A recess having a large number of cold air holes that bulge downward and foldable via hinges on both sides of the recess and presses against the opposing inner wall surfaces of the exterior box when housed in the exterior box. By having a pair of legs reinforced with ribs, the legs can be easily bent through the hinges to store the partitioning material in the outer box, and the legs bend when stored. Can be firmly fixed in the outer box by being pressed against the inner wall surface of the outer box by the repulsive force of the outer box, and each bag of the cold storage sheet fits into each cold air hole.
It is possible to eliminate the gap of the cold storage sheet,
The cool storage sheet can be stored in the recess well,
In case of, a considerable space is formed on the upper part of the cool storage sheet.
Therefore, you can store other items such as ham in this space at the same time.
It can also be transported. Further, the cold air from the cold storage material can be made to flow to the transported object during transportation through the cold air holes of the concave portion, and the transportation can be performed in a good cold state. In addition, since the partitioning material is made of foamed resin, it has heat insulation properties, and it is possible to obtain a better cold insulation state. Also, it exerts a buffering function against shocks and the like to prevent damage to the transported goods. Has the effect of being able to.
