And a moving surface lattice with a protruding guide
In each of the upper and lower horizontal frames, a guide groove that is located on the indoor side or the outdoor side of the fixed surface lattice and that slides and guides the guide protrusion is integrally formed over substantially the entire length of the horizontal frame. The guide groove is formed with a branch groove for drawing the moving surface lattice into the same plane as the fixed surface lattice through the guide protrusion when the moving surface lattice is closed, and the pulling groove portion is connected to the guide groove. On the opposite side of the fixed surface lattice, and an inclined groove portion that extends obliquely toward the indoor side or the outdoor side, and from the tip of the inclined groove portion in a direction parallel to the guide groove and toward the opposite side of the fixed surface lattice. Forming parallel groove portions that extend,
Further, it is a surface lattice device in which a space portion is formed between the end portions of the double-sided lattice in a state where the moving surface lattice and the fixed surface lattice are flush with each other.

状態となる。(Operation) When each protrusion of the moving surface lattice is located in the guide groove of the upper and lower horizontal frames, the moving surface lattice is parallel to the fixed surface lattice and overlaps with the indoor side or the outdoor side thereof. Then, when the moving surface lattice is moved in the direction away from the fixed surface lattice along the guide groove from this state, the moving surface lattice is retracted while the protrusion slides along the guide groove. By drawing into the parallel groove part of the groove part, the moving surface lattice is aligned flush with the fixed surface lattice, and is in a closed state in which a space is formed between the end pieces of the double-sided lattice.

納まって開放状態となる。On the other hand, the moving surface grid 7 is, as is apparent from FIGS. 1 to 3, a pair of upper and lower horizontal bars 17 made of an aluminum extruded shape member having a length which is about half the length of the upper and lower horizontal frames 2, 3. , 18 and these upper and lower horizontal bars 17, 18 are formed by a plurality of standing members 19 ... Which are made of the same mold material as the standing member 12 of the fixed surface lattice 6 and are connected and fixed at the same pitch. A cylindrical guide protrusion 20 protruding vertically is attached to each of the horizontal rails 17 and 18 with a bolt 21.
The lower end of the 18-sided protrusion 20 is formed into a spherical shape,
Each of the guide protrusions 20 is formed so as to be slidably engageable with the guide grooves 13 and 14 and the pull-in groove portions 15 and 16 of the upper and lower horizontal frames 2 and 3. Therefore, the moving surface lattice 7 is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame along these guide grooves 13 and 14 by engaging the upper and lower two guide protrusions 20 with the guide grooves 13 and 14 of the upper and lower horizontal frames 2 and 3, respectively. It becomes slidable, and this moving surface lattice 7 is also attached to the upper and lower horizontal frames 2,3.
2 from the right side to the left side in FIG. 2, that is, when the front end of the moving surface lattice 7 comes close to the left vertical frame 4 of the outer frame 1 by sliding in the direction toward the opposite side of the fixed surface lattice,
The upper and lower guide protrusions 20, 20 on the left side of the moving surface lattice 7 are the upper and lower horizontal frames.
It is possible to move from the guide grooves 13 and 14 of 2, 3 to the left-side drawing groove portion 16, and the upper and lower right guide protrusions 20 and 20 from the guiding grooves 13 and 14 to the right-side drawing groove portion 15, respectively. When the guide protrusions 20, 20 on both the left and right sides enter the parallel groove portions 16b, 15b of the corresponding left and right pull-in groove portions 16, 15, respectively, the moving surface lattice 7 is provided with the fixed surface lattice 6 as shown by the solid line in FIG. One state and the area lattice device are closed. However, in the flush state, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a space S is formed between the left side mast 12 of the fixed surface lattice 6 and the right mast 19 of the moving surface lattice 7. Has been done. In the drawing, it can be understood that the width of the space portion is almost the same as the width between the standing particles. This space is characterized by the scenery.
Incidentally, FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, a block piece 22 that guides the guide protrusion 20 so as to surely pull the guide protrusion 20 into the pull-in groove portion 16 is screwed to a portion where the pull-in groove portion 16 branches from the guide groove 14. When the moving surface lattice 7 is pulled to the right with respect to FIG. 2 from the above closed state, the left and right guide protrusions 20, 20 at the upper and lower ends of the moving surface lattice 7 are parallel groove portions of the left and right pulling groove portions 16, 15. Guide groove from the stop position of 16a, 15a
Move in the direction parallel to 13, 14 and then the inclined groove 16
By entering the upper and lower guide grooves 13 and 14 via a and 15b and further moving the moving surface lattice 7 to the position of the one-dot chain line in FIG. It is housed inside and is open.

A locking device that can be operated only from the indoor side is interposed between the left end portion (in the drawings, FIG. 2) and the left vertical frame 4 of the outer frame 1 facing the left side portion, and the moving surface lattice 7 is fixed. The movable surface lattice 7 can be fixed to the outer frame 1 in a state where the movable surface lattice 7 is flush with the surface lattice 6 and the surface lattice device is closed. In this case, since the pull-in groove portions 15 and 16 have the parallel groove portions 15b and 16b in the inner portions, respectively, when the moving surface lattice 7 is locked, the moving surface lattice 7 does not move to the inside of the room, which facilitates locking. If the parallel groove portions 15b and 16b are not provided,
If the pressure of wind or rain or the pressure of human beings is applied from the outside of the room, the protrusions of the moving surface lattice will move along the inclined grooves, which will cause vibration noise and noise, and will not move even when locking. Not only is it troublesome to keep it, but it is not possible to keep it in the same state, which damages the scenery.

ができることも理解できよう。That is, when used as a crime prevention surface lattice device, the outer frame 1 of this surface lattice device is attached and fixed to the outdoor side of the window opening portion as in this embodiment, and the movable surface lattice 7 is always first. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 2, the movable surface lattice 7 is arranged flush with the fixed surface lattice 6, and the movable surface lattice 7 is fixed to the outer frame 1 by a suitable locking device. Make it impossible to lock. Thus, in an emergency such as a fire, the locking device can be unlocked from the indoor side and the moving surface lattice 7 can be moved toward the fixed surface lattice 6 side to easily and quickly open the door for emergency evacuation. . In this case, even if the front end of the moving surface grating 7 is grasped and the moving surface grating 7 is fully opened, the front end of the moving surface grating 7 protrudes from the fixed surface grating 6 by an appropriate length as described above. Therefore, there is no risk of catching a finger with the fixed surface lattice 6. In addition, since it is designed to open and close within the window opening surface, even if there are obstacles outside or on the side of the window, it is possible to perform emergency opening of the moving surface lattice without being obstructed by them. You can understand.

ことができる。In the above-described embodiment, as is apparent from FIG. 2, the left guide protrusion 20 is guided when the moving surface lattice 7 is opened due to the arrangement of the left and right guide protrusions 20, 20 and the left and right guide groove portions 16, 15. Since it passes through the branch point from the groove 14 to the right-side pull-in groove portion 15, a block piece as a stopper is not provided at this branch point, and the block piece 22 is provided only at the branch point to the left-side pull-in groove portion 16. Although provided, when the left and right guide protrusions 20, 20 and the left and right pull-in groove portions 16, 15 are arranged as shown in FIG. As is apparent from the drawing, the left guide protrusion 20 is moved from the guide groove 14 to the right pull-in groove portion 15.
Since it does not pass through the branch part to the branch part, a block piece 23 similar to the block piece 22 on the opposite side is also provided at this branch part, whereby the guide protrusions 20, 20 on both sides are provided with respective pull-in groove portions 16. , 15 to guide groove 14 or guide groove 1
It is possible to transition from 4 to the pull-in groove portions 16 and 15 very smoothly.

部が形成された状態で、閉鎖状態となる。(Effect of the Invention) According to the area grating device of the present invention, when each protrusion of the moving area grating is located in the guide groove of the upper and lower horizontal frames, the moving area grating is parallel to the fixed surface grating and Overlapped inside or outside.

いるので閉状態において景観に特徴がある。In this state, the moving surface lattice does not move because the protrusion is housed in the parallel groove portion due to wind and rain pressure from the direction outside the room, that is, the direction perpendicular to the width direction of the surface lattice, or other pressing force. . Therefore, the flush state is maintained. In addition, since the space is positively formed between the ridges at the ends of the double-sided lattice, the landscape is characteristic in the closed state.

A fixed surface grating and a moving surface grating having a plurality of guide protrusions at the upper and lower ends are arranged between upper and lower horizontal frames of an outer frame composed of left and right vertical frames and upper and lower horizontal frames. The upper and lower horizontal frames are integrally formed with guide grooves located on the indoor side or the outdoor side of the fixed surface lattice for slidingly guiding the guide protrusions over substantially the entire length of the horizontal frame. At the same time, the guide groove is formed with a branch groove for pulling the moving surface lattice into the same plane as the fixed surface lattice through the guide protrusion when the moving surface lattice is closed. On the opposite side of the fixed surface lattice from the groove, and on the opposite side of the fixed surface lattice, from the tip of the inclined groove portion extending inwardly toward the indoor side or the outdoor side in parallel with the guide groove. Parallel grooves extending in the direction of the moving surface grid and the fixed surface grid are formed. Surface lattice unit space is formed between Ritsuko the end of double-sided grating in one state.
