In the figure, the structure of the pull tab 50 is such that a grip 52 made of resin is attached to a core member 52 having an engaging portion 51 rotatably engaged with a slider body (not shown) at one end.
3 is attached. And this grasping section 5
When attaching 3 to the core material 52, one stopper piece 55 is commonly attached to a pair of locking pieces 56 protruding to the opposite surface side through a window hole 54 formed in the other end side of the core material 52. Then, the stopper piece 55 is attached so as to prevent it from coming off. More specifically, the pair of elastically deformable locking pieces 56 are integrally provided on the lower surface of the grasping portion 53,
Further, a locking claw 57 is formed at the tip of each locking piece 56 so as to project outward. On the other hand, the stopper piece 55 has an engaging hole 58 penetrating in the central portion and is formed in a ring shape having an outer diameter dimension larger than that of the window hole 54.

Next, the engaging holes 58 are made to correspond to the pair of locking pieces 56 projecting from the surface on the opposite side of the core material 52, and the stopper piece 55 is stronger toward the grasping portion 53 side than the surface on the opposite side of the core material 52. Press down. Then, the locking claw 57 of each locking piece 56.
The pair of locking pieces 56 are elastically deformed and bent inward until they have passed through the engaging holes 58, and are inserted into the engaging holes 58. Further, when the locking piece 57 has finished passing, it is self-elastically restored, the locking claw 57 engages with the surface on the opposite side of the stopper piece 55 and is prevented from coming off, and the grasping portion 53 is attached to the core material 52. The grasping portion 4 is formed of a synthetic resin material in a substantially plate shape, and is made thicker than the core material 3 so as to be easily grasped. Further, as shown in detail in FIG. 3, a pair of elastically deformable locking pieces 8 are integrally provided on the lower surface on the one end side, and each locking piece 8 has a distal end portion of the main body portion 8a. The locking claw 9 is formed so as to bulge outward from the side surface of the body portion 8a. The tip portion of each locking piece 8 is formed as an inclined surface 10 that faces inward as it goes to the tip side. The stopper piece 5 is formed of a synthetic resin material in a disk shape, and an engaging hole 11 is formed in the center thereof. 4 and 5 show this stopper piece 5
Is shown as a single item. The outer dimension of the stopper piece 5 is formed to be sufficiently larger than the window hole 7 of the core material 3, and the inner diameter dimension of the engaging hole 11 is set to each locking piece 8.
It is formed to be approximately equal to the dimension T (see FIG. 3) between the outer surfaces of the main body 8a. In addition, the stopper piece 5 has a cantilevered elastic rocking piece 1 that crosses the substantial center of the engaging hole 11.
2 are integrally provided so as to be elastically deformable in the vertical direction, and the width dimension of the elastic rocking piece 12 is substantially equal to the dimension t (see FIG. 3) between the inner surfaces of the main body 8a of each locking piece 8. Has been formed.

る。FIG. 6 shows a method of attaching the grasping portion 4 to the core material 3. Therefore, in the zipper slider shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a method of attaching the grasping portion 4 to the core material 3 will be described with reference to FIG. First, the pair of locking pieces 8, 8 of the grasping portion 4 are attached to the window hole 7 larger than the upper surface side of the core material 3.
It is loosely inserted inside and protruded to the lower surface side . Then, FIG. 6 (a)
As shown in FIG. 3, the elastic rocking piece 12 is positioned between the pair of locking pieces 8 and 8 which are projected on the lower surface side of the core material 3. The engaging pieces 11 are made to correspond to each other, and the stopper piece 5 is strongly pressed against the grasping portion 4 side. Then, the pair of locking pieces 8 and 8 come into contact with the elastic rocking piece 12,
While pressing the elastic rocking piece 12, the pair of locking pieces 8, 8 is bent and deformed inward by the engagement between the inclined surface 10 and the hole edge of the engaging hole 11, and the elastic rocking piece 12 is engaged with the engaging hole. Each pushing piece 8 is inserted into the engaging hole 11 while being pushed out from inside. FIG. 6B shows a state in the middle of this.
Further, the stopper piece 5 is pressed against the grasping portion 4 side,
When the locking claw 9 of each locking piece 8 is projected to the back side of the stopper piece 5, the locking piece 8 is elastically restored and opens outward.
Then, the locking claw 9 is provided on the rear surface side of the stopper piece 5 and the engaging hole 1
1 is engaged with the peripheral edge portion of 1, and a pair of locking pieces 8,
The elastic rocking piece 12 that has been bent and pushed out to the opposite surface side of the stopper piece 5 by 8 returns to the engaging hole 11 by self-returning, and this elastic rocking piece 12 causes the pair of locking pieces 8, 8 and 8 are abuttingly arranged on the side surface of the main body portion 8A of each locking piece 8, whereby the attachment is completed. FIG.6 (c) shows
This state is shown. That is, in this state, the locking claws 9 are provided on the peripheral portion of the engagement hole 11 on the back surface side of the stopper piece 5.
Are engaged and are prevented from coming off. In addition, in this state, the engagement
The core material 3 and the stopper are provided between the retaining claw 9 and the lower surface of the grasping portion 4.
-Since the piece 5 is immovably sandwiched and the elastic rocking piece 12 is inserted between the pair of locking pieces 8 and 8 , the engaging claw 9 is temporarily engaged with the engaging hole 11. Even if the locking piece 8 receives an external force to move in the direction of disengagement, the locking piece 8 collides with the elastic rocking piece 12 and moves unless the elastic rocking piece 12 is removed from between the pair of locking pieces 8, 8. I can't. As a result, reliable attachment can be performed.

The tip portion of the locking piece 26 is formed as an inclined surface 28 that faces inward as it goes to the tip side. The stopper piece 25 is made of a synthetic resin material and has a disk shape, and has a substantially half-moon shaped engaging hole 2 at the center.
9 is formed. 8 and 9 show the stopper piece 25 as a single piece. The outer diameter of the stopper piece 25 is formed to be sufficiently larger than that of the window hole 7 of the core member 3, and the inner diameter of the engaging hole 29 is received without the main body portion 26a of the locking piece 26 moving. It is formed in a size that allows it. In addition, at the center of the stopper piece 25, the slit 30 is formed continuously from the engagement hole 29.
Is provided, and the engagement hole 2 is formed by the slit 30.
The cantilevered elastic rocking piece 31 adjacent to 9 is formed.
