層板、プリント配線板にあっては内蔵気泡や樹脂量バラ
ツキによる電気回路の信頼性低下を極度に嫌い、内蔵気
泡や樹脂ムラのない樹脂含浸基材が強く要望されてい
た。このため樹脂含浸基材長尺基材に供給される樹脂ワ
ニス内に気泡が内蔵されたり粘度ムラのないことが必要
となっていた。

ため、連続一定量供給ラインでは常に使用、蒸発、飛散
する溶剤量を補充し、非連続供給ラインにおいては周囲
温度の変化、樹脂含浸工程等でのラインスピードの変化
等の外的条件によって樹脂ワニス粘度が上昇した時、樹
脂ワニスが循環ラインを1循環する時間だけ、一定量の
溶剤を供給するものである。

なっている。従って攪拌装置全く使用することがないの
で気泡を内蔵することがなく、含浸状態が均一な樹脂含
浸基材を得ることができるものである。なお本発明の樹
脂供給装置にあっては、粘度管理上全体を温度調整する
ことが好ましく、溶剤タンク、連続一定量供給ライン、
非連続供給ライン、樹脂ワニス循環供給ラインを夫々個
別に温度調整してもよく、全体を温度調整室に配設して
もよく任意である。
