Conventionally, by making a storage tube container for a plurality of different types of kneaded seasoning food products and the like into a single container by a connection type, to the purpose of eliminating the inconvenience of separately handling different storage containers, For example, there is a synthetic resin tube with a rupture band described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-78245 previously proposed by the applicant of the present invention shown in FIG. That is, the tube 1 is divided into a plurality of storage chambers 1A and 1B along the welding line 2, and the open ends of both storage chambers 1A and 1B are sealed after filling the contents. In the vicinity of either one of the sealing portions 1C at both ends provided in this way, a loop-shaped break zone 3 is formed which goes around the outer circumference and intersects with the welding line 2. By separating the containment chamber
One of the sealing parts of 1A and 1B is removed from the tube body side and opened to allow the contents to be poured out.

In order to achieve such an object, the method for producing a connected double-tube container according to the present invention is to form a welding zone portion 11 extending in the longitudinal direction by pressure-bonding a resin-made tubular molding material 10 from the side direction, and forming this welding zone. Multiple sleeve-shaped storage chambers via part 11
In the previous step before welding the spout neck portion 13 to each one-side opening end of the storage chamber 12 while forming 12 in series, the welding zone portion 11 is predetermined in the longitudinal direction from the end surface of the one-side opening end. Cut out only the length, and a loop-shaped band portion having a width W obtained at the open end on one side of each storage chamber 12 by this cutout portion 15,
The expected welding area 16 with the spout neck 13 is used.

In welding between each of the storage chambers 12 and the spout neck portion 13, the expected welding margin portions 16 formed on the storage chamber 12 side,
Since the connection is cut off by providing the cut portion 15 in the weld zone 11 between them, the weldability to the spout neck portion 13 and the workability of assembling are easy in the next step.

FIG. 1 shows a resin-made molding material 10 which is prepared for molding a connected compound tube container. This molding material
10 is set in the mold, and pressing force P is applied to the molding material 10 from two opposite directions by press working, and the welding zone 11 is provided in the longitudinal direction (FIG. 2). Two sleeve-shaped storage portions 12, 12 having openings at both ends are connected in series through a welding zone portion 11 having a length H of the molding material 10 to form a pair of glasses.

Next, in FIG. 2 as well, on one side of the open ends of both ends of the storage chamber 12, at the open end on the front end side as a molded product, the weld zone 11 is cut from the open end face by an area of a predetermined length W. Is processed. Due to the formation of the cutout portion 15, the connection between the storage portions 12 on both sides is cut off only at the portion of the loop-shaped band portion having the width W at each open end. Hereinafter, this loop-shaped band portion is referred to as a welded margin portion 16.

As shown in FIG. 3, the prospective welding margin portions 16 are provided at the respective tip open ends of the accommodating portions 12, 12, so that the spout neck portion 13 is joined to the tip open ends of the accommodating portions 12, 12 by welding or the like. The previous step for finishing is completed.

That is, in FIG. 3, the welding prospective margin portions 16, 16 which are disconnected from each other are used for the spout neck portion 13,
13 are joined by means such as welding. At this time, the welding connection of the spout neck portions 13 and 13 to the storage portions 12 and 12 is not pulled by each other because the welded margin portions 16 and 16 that are disconnected are provided, and the assembling work is also performed. Easy and reliable.

As described above, the method for producing a connected compound tube container according to the present invention is a welding step formed on the storage chamber side in the joining process such as welding of the tip open ends of the plurality of storage chambers in series and the spout neck portion. Since the prospective margin parts are disconnected from each other, the open ends of the storage chamber do not pull each other, improving the compatibility with the spout neck and the assembling, and the welding process Easy, accurate and efficient. Moreover, it is preferable that the continuous compound tube container thus obtained is adopted as a container for repeated use, rather than being used as a single-use disposable container.
