線上に裏面にある突子（８）を差し込んで裏側に設けた
保持部材に係合固定したものとしている。そして、不使
用時にはシートバック（２）の表側のフック（７）に前
記長ベルト（６）の中間を直接掛止めするとともに、前
記バックル（３）にターンプレート（５）をを連繋させ
て短ベルト（４）と長ベルト（６）とがシートバック
（２）の表側に図示するようにたすきがけ状として添わ

も、巻取りリールなど複雑な機構を要しないので安価に
提供できるうえに長期間使用しても故障が生じることも
