Abstract

The present invention discloses a partial wig for hairline that can naturally create the appearance of downy hair, improve the comfort of wearing the wig, and can be freely attached and detached according to the shape of the upper part of the head and the forehead of the user. The partial wig for hairline according to the present invention includes a skin layer including a line portion, a first hair portion including a plurality of first hairs planted in a first direction on the skin layer, and a second hair portion including a plurality of second hairs planted in a second direction on the skin layer, the first hair portion and the second hair portion being planted in different regions based on the line portion, and the line portion of the skin layer is disposed adjacent to the user's hairline. Description

The present invention relates to a partial wig for the hairline that can create a natural look with fine hairs.

A wig is worn on the head to cover areas where the scalp is visible due to hair loss, scars, burns, etc.

In recent years, wigs have come to be used not only to hide hair loss, but also as a decorative means to give volume to hair or to create various hairstyles.

A wig includes a wig cap with an externally convex curved surface that conforms to the shape of the user's head, and a large amount of hair attached to the wig cap. The wig cap is mainly made of netting, and the wig has fastening parts such as snap buttons and pins so that it can be attached to the user's head.

However, conventional wigs and commercially available wigs are designed to cover the entire head of the wearer, and are designed to either hide the entire bald area or to easily distinguish it from the wearer's forehead, so they can only be used to create a style in which the forehead is hidden by the bangs. This causes the bangs and back hair to look unnatural, making it easy for people to notice that it is a wig.

In particular, if the user wanted to only partially express their hair, there were no wigs suitable for this purpose, and the only option was to use a full wig that covered the entire head.

For example, if you want to create the illusion of abundant downy hair at the boundary between the forehead and the hair section, you have no choice but to use the hair on the front side of the wig. The hair on the front side of the wig is formed to a similar thickness to the overall hair and supports the hair at the back, so there are limitations to how naturally you can create the desired style with thin hair like downy hair.

Therefore, there is a need to research partial wigs that can be used to create a natural style by partially modifying the hairstyle.

The object of the present invention is to provide a partial wig for the hairline that can create a natural parting style and naturally express downy hair.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a partial wig for the hairline that is comfortable to wear due to its thin skin layer and can produce a natural scalp color.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a partial wig for the hairline that can complement partial hair loss areas of the user.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a hairline partial wig that can be attached and detached to the user's forehead, the back of the neck, the border where hair begins between the ears and the scalp, the area where the sideburns of the beard that grow in succession from under the ears to the chin are located, and the hair from the concave point at the back of the neck down to the area where the downy hairs at the nape are located.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a partial wig for the hairline that can be freely attached and detached depending on the shape of the user's upper head and forehead.

The object of the present invention is not limited to the object mentioned above, and other objects and advantages of the present invention not mentioned can be understood from the following description and can be more clearly understood from the embodiments of the present invention. It can also be easily understood that the object and advantages of the present invention can be realized by the means and combinations thereof set forth in the claims.

The partial wig for hairline according to the present invention includes a skin layer including a line portion, a first hair portion including a plurality of first hairs planted in a first direction on the skin layer, and a second hair portion including a plurality of second hairs planted in a second direction on the skin layer, the first hair portion and the second hair portion being planted in different regions based on the line portion, and the line portion of the skin layer is positioned adjacent to the user's hairline.

The first hair section and the second hair section can be planted in different directions based on the line section.

The average length of the first hair portion may be shorter than the average length of the second hair portion.

The average thickness of the first hair portion may be less than the average thickness of the second hair portion.

The thickness of the skin layer may be 0.2 cm or less.

The length of the skin layer may be approximately 35 cm or less.

An adhesive tape may be placed on the lower surface of the skin layer to adhere to the user's hairline, or an adhesive liquid may be applied to the lower surface of the skin layer to adhere to the user's hairline.

The partial wig for the hairline of this invention has the effect of creating a natural parting style and fine hair.

The above-mentioned objects, features and advantages will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, so that a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily implement the technical concept of the present invention. In describing the present invention, if a detailed description of known technologies relating to the present invention is deemed to obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description will be omitted. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same reference symbols in the drawings are used to indicate the same or similar components.

In the following, when an arbitrary configuration is disposed "on (or on) the top (or bottom)" of a component or "above (or below)" a component, it means that the arbitrary configuration is not only disposed in contact with the top (or bottom) surface of the component, but also that other configurations may be interposed between the component and the arbitrary configuration disposed above (or below) the component.

In addition, when a component is described as being "coupled," "bonded," or "connected" to another component, it should be understood that the components may be directly coupled or connected to each other, but that other components may be "intervening" between each component, or each component may be "coupled," "bonded," or "connected" via other components.

Below, we will explain partial wigs for hairlines according to some embodiments of the present invention.

In contrast to a full wig that covers the entire head (scalp), the present invention aims to provide a partial wig for the hairline that can be detached and attached to a portion of the user's hairline.

The partial wig for the hairline of the present invention has the effect of making the downy hair look natural, improving the comfort of wearing the wig, and allowing the wig to be freely attached and detached depending on the shape of the user's upper head and forehead.

In the present invention, "hairline" refers to the boundary where hair begins between the forehead, back of the neck, and around the ears and the scalp of the user, the area where the sideburns of the beard that grow in succession from under the ears to the chin are located, and the area where the downy hairs at the nape of the neck are located, which is the hair on the neck from the concave point at the back of the neck, and the hairline may differ depending on the condition of the top of the user's head and the hair. For example, a "partial wig for hairline" in the present invention may be a partial wig that can be attached and detached to the interface between the forehead and hair, the interface between the skin on the side of the ear and hair, the interface between the back of the neck and hair, the area where the sideburns are located, the area where the downy hairs at the nape are located, etc.

In the present invention, "vellus hair" refers to hair that is relatively thin and short among the user's hair, and mainly refers to hair that is located on the hairline. The dictionary definition of vellus hair refers to a few short, fine hairs that fall out from the head.

In this invention, "user's hair" refers to the hair of the user who wears the wig. Also, "artificial hair" is a term that refers to hair made using human hair (human hair) or artificial hair or fake hair (artificially made artificial hair).

Therefore, the use of the term "artificial hair" should not exclude wigs made from human hair from the scope of protection.

Figure 1 shows (a) an actual photograph and (b) a plan view of a partial wig for the hairline that uses an elliptical skin layer according to the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, the partial wig for hairline according to the present invention includes a skin layer 10 including a line portion (A), a first hair portion 20 planted in a first direction on the skin layer 10, and a second hair portion 30 planted in a second direction on the skin layer 10. The first hair portion 20 is planted for the purpose of creating the appearance of downy hair, and the second hair portion 30 is connected to the user's hair by being bonded together with the user's hair, so that it can be naturally created as back hair.

The skin layer 10 may be a transparent material that has a similar texture and color to the skin tissue of the human body, and may be a material that is flexible and stretchable due to the characteristics of its material and shape.

In particular, the skin layer 10 is an ultra-thin skin layer with a thickness of about 1/10 of the thickness of existing thick artificial skin, and when attached to the skin of the user, it can create a perfect forehead line. The skin layer 10 of the present invention has the effect of perfectly adhering to the skin by using ergonomic technology. In addition, unlike existing thick net wigs, the skin layer 10 of the present invention can perfectly reproduce the skin color of the user with a natural transparency and create a natural hairline.

As such, the skin layer 10 of the present invention is made of a new material with high strength and high elasticity, and by providing a natural adhesive action between the skin and scalp, it naturally adheres to the part of the user's body that it is attached to, making it comfortable to wear, and has the advantage that it can be used in a variety of styles, including slicked-back hairstyles and sports hairstyles, which were not possible with existing wig products.

The transparent skin layer 10 is made of soft resin containing one or more of urethane resin, carbonate resin, ethylene resin, and silicone resin, or made of a special mesh of ultra-fine threads, which allows it to exhibit excellent flexibility and elasticity.

The special mesh made of ultra-fine threads refers to a mesh made of threads with a thickness of 0.1 denier or less. Preferably, the thickness is 0.01 to 0.1 denier, and more preferably, 0.05 to 0.1 denier.

The special mesh of ultra-fine threads with a thickness of 0.1 denier or less ensures excellent ventilation and remembers the shape of the top of the user's head, providing excellent comfort when worn. The skin layer, which uses ultra-fine threads, is a high-strength material with excellent durability, and has the advantage of being able to create a natural scalp and skin color and even hairstyles with little or short hair.

The skin layer 10, made of a resin material or ultra-fine thread material, has excellent flexibility and elasticity, so when it is put on or taken off around the forehead adjacent to the curved hairline, there is no problem of the skin being tight, and it is easy to put on and take off around the skin. In addition, it can show the maximum naturalness around the curved hairline.

In addition, the skin layer 10 is made of silicone resin and has a waterproof function.

The shape of the skin layer 10 can be produced in various shapes depending on the user's hairline, and can be made relatively smaller than existing full wigs.

The length of the longest side of the skin layer 10 may be approximately 35 cm or less, preferably 1 to 30 cm, more preferably 5 to 25 cm, or 10 to 20 cm.

By making the length of the skin layer 10 35 cm or less, the objective of the present invention, which is to "create a natural appearance of fine hair, improve comfort, and be easily removable depending on the shape of the upper part of the head and forehead," can be more easily achieved.

The skin layer 10 has an ultra-thin thickness, such as a nano-thickness. The thickness of the skin layer 10 may be 0.2 cm or less, preferably 0.05 to 0.2 cm, and more preferably 0.05 to 0.1 cm.

By making the thickness of the skin layer 10 0.2 cm or less, when it is attached to the skin, it can create a perfect forehead line and has the effect of adhering perfectly to the skin. In addition, the natural transparency perfectly reproduces the skin color of the user, and can create a natural hairline and fine hairs, which has the effect of improving comfort.

Conversely, if the skin layer 10 is too thick, it may feel like a foreign object when applied to the skin or may not look natural. Also, if the skin layer 10 is too thick, there may be a problem with the edges of the skin layer lifting when applied to the skin.

As shown in Figure 2, the skin layer is made of transparent resin material with a thickness of less than 0.2 cm, which ensures perfect forehead lines and adhesion.

Therefore, it is preferable that the skin layer 10 be formed with the thinnest possible thickness.

The pattern of the skin layer 10 can be formed in various patterns, such as a circle, a triangle, or a rectangle. Specifically, the skin layer 10 may include shapes such as an ellipse, a triangle, a triangle with one side extending in one direction, a rod, or a bent rod.

Here, "bent" can mean a "U" shape depending on the shape of the top of the user's head or forehead, or a shape in which both ends of the skin layer contract toward the center at a specified angle.

In Figure 2, an elliptical skin layer is shown, but this corresponds to one embodiment, and the skin layer may have various shapes, as shown in the drawings described below.

An adhesive tape may be placed on the lower surface of the skin layer 10 to adhere to the user's hairline, or an adhesive liquid may be applied to the lower surface of the skin layer 10 to adhere to the user's hairline.

The adhesive tape and adhesive liquid may each contain one or more of a urethane-based adhesive, an acrylic-based adhesive, and a silicone-based adhesive. These adhesive components have excellent elasticity and adhesive strength, and are gentle on the human body, so they can actually exhibit excellent adhesive strength to the skin and can be reused repeatedly. They also have the advantage of being less toxic to the skin.

The first hair part 20 and the second hair part 30 may each contain at least one type of hair including natural hair, which is actual human hair, and artificial hair made of synthetic resin material, but are not limited thereto.

The first hair section 20 refers to a plurality of first hairs, and the first hair section 20 includes a plurality of first hairs.

The second hair section 30 refers to a plurality of second hairs, and the second hair section 30 includes a plurality of second hairs.

The first and second hairs to be planted on the skin layer 10 can be planted one by one in a color that matches the scalp hue. This has the effect of creating a natural scalp hue when the skin layer 10 with the first and second hairs planted is attached to the user's skin, and creating a natural parting style when observed visually.

In addition, the special method of planting each hair individually without knots maximizes ventilation in the areas where the hair is planted, ensuring a comfortable fit at all times.

It is preferable that the first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 implanted in the skin layer 10 have different thicknesses, lengths, implantation directions and areas.

The first hair section 20 is hair intended to represent the user's downy hair.

The first hair section 20 includes hair that is thinner than the thickness of hair that typically corresponds to bangs.

The second hair part 30 can be connected to the user's hair to create a natural look with hair at the back. The second hair part 30 can also be tied together with the user's hair depending on the user's hairstyle.

It is preferable that the first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 are planted in different areas based on the line section (A) of the skin layer 10.

Line portion (A) does not have an actual displayed line. Line portion (A) indicates a line or empty space that naturally occurs when the first hair portion 20 and the second hair portion 30 are separated into both. Line portion (A) may be, but is not limited to, a "-", "V" or "U".

When the area where the first hair part 20 is to be planted is defined as the first area, and the area where the second hair part 30 is to be planted is defined as the second area, the area of the first area may be smaller than the area of the second area. The first hair part 20 reinforces the open area of the M-shaped line, or is attached to the hairline on the forehead side, the beard line, and/or the nape line at the back of the neck, thereby giving the user a relatively youthful look.

The first hair section 20 serves as the downy hair that hangs down next to the user's face and has a relatively low density.

The second hair section 30 is mixed with the user's back hair to create the effect of back hair, so that the boundary of the skin layer 10 is not visible. Here, the boundary refers to the frame line, or edge line, of the skin layer 10.

The second hair section 30 is preferably relatively dense so that it can be blended with the user's back hair to create a natural look.

Therefore, the density of the first hair section 20 is lower than the density of the second hair section 30.

The first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 are planted in different areas based on the line section (A), so that the second hair section 30 can be presented as back hair together with the user's own hair, which has the effect of creating a more natural looking downy hair.

In addition, by placing the line portion (A) adjacent to the user's hairline, it has the effect of creating a more natural looking downy hair. Furthermore, it is possible to make the boundary between the user's head and the partial wig less easily discernible.

The first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 can be planted in different directions based on the line section (A). The first direction of the first hair section 20 and the second direction of the second hair section 30 are different directions when the angle between the individual strands included in the first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 is 10° or more, preferably 15 to 185°, and more preferably 15 to 160°. To create the appearance of fine hair, the average length of the first hair section 20 may be shorter than the average length of the second hair section 30. In other words, the average length of the multiple first hairs may be shorter than the average length of the multiple second hairs.

For example, the length of the first hair section 20 may be 0.5 to 10 cm, 1 to 7 cm, or 2 to 5 cm. By making the length of the first hair section 20 0.5 to 10 cm, a more natural looking downy hair can be created.

Conversely, if the length of the first hair section 20 is outside the range of 0.5-10 cm, it may not be sufficient to naturally represent the user's downy hair, and it may be difficult to distinguish it from the second hair section 30, making it difficult to achieve the desired style.

The length of the second hair section 30 may be 7 cm or more, and may be preferably 7 to 20 cm, 10 to 20 cm, or 13 to 28 cm. By making the length of the second hair section 30 7 cm or more, it can be blended naturally with the user's back hair, minimizing the unnaturalness of wearing the wig. In addition, waves can be created in the second hair section to create a variety of hairstyles.

In order to create a natural looking vellus hair, it is preferable that the average thickness of the first hair section 20, which includes a plurality of first hairs, is thinner than the average thickness of the second hair section 30, which includes a plurality of second hairs.

The average thickness of the first hair portion 20 may be approximately 40 μm or less, and may preferably be 1 to 35 μm, 3 to 30 μm, 5 to 25 μm, or 10 to 20 μm.

By ensuring that the average thickness of the first hair section 20 is 40 μm or less, a more natural looking downy hair can be created.

Conversely, if the average thickness of the first hair portion 20 exceeds 40 μm, it will tend to create the illusion of thick hair, such as in the front and back hair, rather than creating the illusion of fine hair, which may cause the hair on the hairline side to look unnatural when viewed visually.

The thickness of the second hair portion 30 may be approximately 40 μm or more, and may preferably be 43 to 100 μm, 45 to 95 μm, 50 to 90 μm, or 50 to 85 μm.

By making the thickness of the second hair section 30 approximately 40 μm or more, the second hair section can be mixed with the user's back hair and presented as back hair, creating a more natural hairstyle.

In this way, the partial wig for the hairline of the present invention can be freely attached and detached from the user's hairline, and has the effect of creating a natural look with fine hairs in the desired area.

In addition, partial wigs for hairlines are made in multiple pieces and can be attached to the parts of the user's hairline that require a wig, and can be attached symmetrically and naturally.

The partial wig of the present invention can also be attached to the area of the user's M-shaped hair loss, which has the effect of eliminating complexes. It can also be easily used because it can be attached and detached to the user's hairline using adhesive tape and adhesive liquid without fastening members such as snap buttons or pins.

Figure 3 shows how the partial wig for hairline using the elliptical skin layer according to the present invention is intended to be realized when attached to the user's hairline.

Referring to Figure 3, by attaching an oval-shaped skin layer to the hairline of the user's forehead, M-shaped hair loss can be covered, and it can be made to look like natural vellus hair without being distinguished from the user's own hair.

Figure 4 is a plan view of a partial wig for the hairline that uses a triangular skin layer according to the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4, the first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 are planted in different areas based on the line section (A), so that the second hair section 30 can be presented as back hair together with the user's own hair, which has the effect of creating a more natural looking downy hair.

In addition, by placing the line portion (A) adjacent to the user's hairline, it has the effect of creating a more natural looking downy hair. Furthermore, because the skin layer has a thin thickness, it has the effect of making it difficult to distinguish the boundary between the user's head and the partial wig.

Figure 5 is a plan view of the partial wig of Figure 4 with the hair direction changed. Figure 6 shows the appearance of the partial wig of Figure 5 when attached to the user's hairline.

Referring to Figures 5 and 6, the direction of the second hair portion in the triangular skin layer can be changed to create a sense of volume in the front or side hair.

For example, the direction of the second hair section may be the same as the direction of the first hair section or may be tilted at an angle of about 0 to 60 degrees from the direction of the first hair section, but is not limited thereto.

By changing the direction of the second hair section, the planted knot maintains a certain distance from the skin layer, creating a sense of volume. When the partial wig that creates a sense of volume is attached to the M-shaped line of the user's forehead, it is not distinguished from the user's own hair and can complement the bald area.

Also, the second hair section is made to be 20cm or longer, which is advantageous in that it can be slicked back. Here, slicked back means that the hair is slicked back without a part.

Figure 7 is a plan view of a partial wig for the hairline, made in accordance with the present invention, in which the direction of the hair has been changed, using a triangular skin layer with one side extending in one direction.

An extended triangular shape means a triangular shape with one side extending in one direction. In an extended triangular skin layer, the first hair part 20 may be planted on one side extending in one direction, i.e., on the surface extending in one direction, and the second hair part 30 may be planted at a high density in the area where the first hair part 20 is not planted. The direction of the second hair part 30 may be the same as the direction of the first hair part or a direction inclined at about 0 to 60 degrees based on the direction of the first hair part, but is not limited thereto.

By changing the direction of the second hair section and attaching the partial wig to the M-shaped line on the user's forehead to create a sense of volume, it can complement the bald area without being distinguished from the user's own hair.

In addition, the second hair section is made to be 20 cm or longer, which is advantageous in that it allows for an all-back hairstyle. Here, an all-back hairstyle is one in which the hair is slicked back without a part.

Figure 8 shows how the partial wig of Figure 7 looks when attached to the user's hairline. As shown in Figure 8, by attaching a partial wig to the user's hairline, the height of the forehead can be reduced, which has the advantage of creating an egg-shaped forehead line. Also, the empty area can be covered by the M-shaped line.

Figure 9 is a plan view of a partial wig for the hairline that uses a rod-shaped (straight-line) skin layer according to the present invention, with the hair direction changed.

The first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 are attached in different areas based on the line section (A). By changing the direction of the second hair section and attaching the partial wig with a voluminous look from the center of the user's forehead to the left and right or to the inside toward the ears, it is possible to create a natural look of downy hair that is not distinguished from the user's own hair.

The second hair section is made to be 20cm or longer, which has the advantage that it can be styled all-back. Here, all-back means that the hair is slicked back without a part.

Figure 10 shows how the partial wig of Figure 9 is attached to the user's hairline. As shown in Figure 10, by attaching the partial wig from the center of the front hair to the left and right or to the inside toward the ears, the height of the forehead can be lowered and the bald area in the M-shape can be covered.

Figure 11 is a plan view of a partial wig for the hairline that uses a bent rod-shaped skin layer according to the present invention, with the hair direction changed.

The first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 are planted in different areas based on the line section (A). The curved rod-shaped skin layer is attached to the entire hairline from a point next to the ear to a point next to the opposite ear, and can cover the forehead line and temple points.

In Figure 11, two protrusions are shown on the bent rod, but it can also be formed as a bent rod only without the protrusions. Here, the protrusions serve to complement the area of the user's hair removal.

Figure 12 shows how the partial wig of Figure 11 looks when attached to a user's hairline. As shown in Figure 12, the partial wig is attached to the entire hairline from one side of the ear to the other side of the ear, covering the forehead line and temples.

Figure 13 shows how the partial wig for hairline according to the present invention is worn. As shown in Figure 13, the direction of the planted second hair part 30 can be adjusted toward the direction of the first hair part 20 to create voluminous side hair. In this case, when observed visually, the direction of the second hair part 30 may be different from the direction of the first hair part 20.

Figure 14 is a plan view of a partial wig for hairlines that uses a bent rod-shaped skin layer according to the present invention.

Figure 15 shows how the partial wig in Figure 14 is intended to be embodied when attached to the user's hairline.

Referring to Figures 14 and 15, the partial wig has a shape that corresponds to the hairline on the forehead. The curved rod-shaped skin layer fits perfectly to the hairline on the user's forehead, and unlike existing thick net wigs, it perfectly reproduces the user's skin color with a natural transparency, creating natural bangs and a sense of volume.

The rod-shaped (straight-line) type shown in FIG. 16 may have two of the opposing longer sides curved. Here, curved refers to a shape that is more concave from both ends of the rod to the center. The shape of the rod-shaped skin layer is not limited to this, and can be made into various shapes depending on the attachment location, such as the user's hairline on the forehead or the nape of the neck.

The first hair section 20 and the second hair section 30 are attached in different areas based on the line section (A).
