Claims (15)
- 収納空間を備えた第1ケースと、
正極端子が上向きになるように前記収納空間に直立状態で収納された複数の電池セルと、
前記電池セルの正極端子の付近に位置する一つ以上のバスバーと、
前記電池セルと前記バスバーとを電気的に連結するワイヤと、
前記電池セルの上部に位置するリブ構造体であって、前記ワイヤを保護するために上方に突出したリブ及び前記ワイヤが通過する開放口を備えたリブ構造体と、
前記電池セルの上部に充填された樹脂層と、
を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記樹脂層の上部には、前記第1ケースと固定される第2ケースをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記樹脂層の上面は平坦面である、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記樹脂層は、前記電池セルの上面、前記バスバー、前記ワイヤ、及びリブ構造体と完全に密着するように充填されている、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブの高さはボンディングされたワイヤの高さ以上である、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記樹脂層の高さは前記リブの高さ以上である、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記樹脂層と前記第2ケースとの間にはパッドが位置する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記パッドは熱伝導性材質を含む、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記パッドは伸縮性及び圧縮性を有する材質を含む、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記樹脂層の上面とパッドの下面とは密着した状態で位置する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記パッドの上面と第2ケースの下面とは密着した状態で位置する、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記パッドには複数の空間部が形成されており、前記空間部はパッドを貫通する形状を有する、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記空間部は前記電池セルの垂直方向の延長線上に位置する、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記空間部は前記電池セルと同数で形成されている、請求項13に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
