Claims (15)
- プロセス容器内の流体を加熱又は冷却する流体プロセス熱交換棒を備えた装置において、
閉鎖遠位端及び開放近位端を規定する軸に沿って伸び、内腔が規定された細長いポリマー外側ジャケットと、
前記外側ジャケットの近位端に付着するマニホールドであって、前記内腔と流体連通する2つのコネクタを有し、第1コネクタが前記マニホールドを通る中心線からオフセットされ、第2コネクタが前記中心線に沿って配置されるとともに前記外側ジャケットと位置合わせされた、マニホールドと、
前記内腔内に位置する細長いポリマー分流器であって、前記分流器は、前記内腔において前記閉鎖遠位端との間に遠位空間が形成されるように、前記マニホールドから前記閉鎖遠位端から離れた点まで伸び、前記分流器は、中心内孔を有し、該中心内孔は、前記分流器の長さに沿って伸び、かつ前記第2コネクタと流体連通して前記第2コネクタと前記遠位空間を流体接続し、前記分流器はまた、外面を有し、該外面は、前記分流器の長さに沿って伸びるとともに、前記外側ジャケットに接触するようにその内径にほぼ等しい外径を有する少なくとも1つの螺旋状フルートによって規定され、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋状フルートは、前記外側ジャケットの内径から内側に離れた少なくとも1つの螺旋溝を規定し、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋溝は、前記分流器と前記外側ジャケットの間に、前記第1コネクタと前記遠位空間を流体接続する少なくとも1つの螺旋流路を形成する、分流器と、を含み、
前記熱交換棒は、前記第2コネクタに流入した流体が、遠位側に前記内孔を通過して前記遠位空間に到達し、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋流路を通過して前記遠位空間から近位側に前記第1コネクタに戻り、前記第1コネクタに流入した流体が、遠位側に前記少なくとも1つの螺旋流路を通過して前記遠位空間に到達し、前記内孔を通過して前記遠位空間から近位側に前記第2コネクタに戻るように構成されるため、熱交換棒を流れる流体が、プロセス容器内の流体を加熱又は冷却するのに適する、装置。 - 少なくとも前記外側ジャケット及び前記分流器は、熱伝導率が23℃で少なくとも0.50W/mKのポリマーで射出成形される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも前記外側ジャケット及び前記分流器は、熱伝導率が23℃で少なくとも0.90W/mKのポリマーで射出成形される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマーは、透明である、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリマーは、ポリプロピレン系樹脂である、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記分流器には、2つの平行な螺旋溝を規定する2つの平行な螺旋状フルートが形成される、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記細長いジャケットは、線状かつ筒状であり、閉鎖遠位端が半球状である、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 流体を保持するのに適するプロセス容器を更に含み、前記プロセス容器は、上壁を有し、前記熱交換棒は、前記外側ジャケットの閉鎖遠位端が前記プロセス容器の本体部の底部に向かって下向きに伸びて、前記プロセス容器内の流体に浸されるように、前記プロセス容器の上壁に取り付けられる、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス容器は、大きい本体部と、前記上壁を形成する、上方に傾斜した肩領域とを有するフラスコであり、前記熱交換棒は、前記外側ジャケットの閉鎖遠位端が前記プロセス容器の本体部の底部に向かって下向きに伸びるように、前記上壁に形成された孔を貫通して取り付けられる、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換棒は、トライクランプアセンブリ又はねじ接続により、前記上壁に形成された孔を貫通して着脱可能に取り付けられる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換棒は、接着剤又は接合/溶接により前記上壁に固定される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス容器と前記熱交換棒は、単一の小売ユニットとして組み立てられ、そのように出荷され販売される、請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス容器は、混合器を含み、前記混合器は、前記プロセス容器の下底部の真上に位置するとともに、垂直軸を中心として回転するように軸支された羽根を有する、請求項8~12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記混合器は、外部磁気ドライブにより回転を可能にするように、下底部に対向する磁石を内蔵している、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換棒の外側ジャケットは、閉鎖遠位端が前記容器の下底部に接近し、かつ前記混合器に隣接するように、下方に前記プロセス容器内に伸びるのに十分な長さを有する、請求項13又は14に記載の装置。
