The present invention relates to an auction-type interview matching system that matches entertainers active in various fields such as business, culture, entertainment, and sports with people who wish to have an interview with the entertainers.

In recent years, celebrities active in various fields such as business, entertainment, culture, and sports have been proactively disseminating information. Many of these celebrities are able to sympathize with and gain support from the public through the information they disseminate.

Some of the people who support these celebrities hope to talk directly with them to obtain information, which will lead to self-improvement, etc. However, without any contact with the celebrity, it is extremely difficult to realize such a dialogue. According to the method described in Non-Patent Document 1, people who wish to have an interview with a celebrity can place a bid in an auction and win the right to have an interview with the celebrity. On the other hand, the celebrity can earn revenue from the winning bid paid by the successful bidder, so this method is beneficial for both parties.

However, with the method described in Non-Patent Document 1, if a celebrity were to hold an auction for the right to have a talk, they would have to prepare and run the auction themselves, which would involve a lot of work and cost. For this reason, at present, there are only a few celebrities who are actively interested in providing people with the opportunity to have a talk.

Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide an auction-type interview matching system that makes it easier for entertainers to provide people with the opportunity to have an interview with them, and that matches entertainers with people who wish to have an interview by selling the right to have an interview as a product in an auction format.

The means adopted by the present invention to solve the above problem is an auction-type interview matching system that presents information about a talent input to a server to a user terminal operated by a user via the Internet, accepts bid price information from the user terminal for the right to have a conversation with the talent for a specified period of time, determines the highest amount in the bid price information as the successful bid price after the specified period has elapsed, and determines the user who sent the bid price information related to the successful bid price to the server as the successful bidder for the right to have the conversation.

The present invention is an auction-type interview matching system that sells the right to interview a celebrity in an auction format on the Internet, matching celebrities with people who wish to have an interview, and allowing the interview to take place.

Figure 1 shows an auction-type interview matching system 100 (hereinafter simply referred to as system 100). System 100 is configured by a server 101 and a user terminal 102 connected to the Internet N to enable two-way communication. The user terminal 102 displays a software execution screen sent from the server 101 on a web browser, and the user terminal 102 transmits bid price information and the like input by the user to the server 101.

Figure 2 shows the processing operations of the system 100. First, information about the talent who will be hosting the auction and information about holding the auction are input into the storage unit of the server 101 by the system administrator (step S1). The input information is made available to the user terminal 102 via the Internet N, and when the auction start time arrives, the system starts receiving bid price information sent from the user terminal 102 (steps S2, S3).

A user who accesses the server 101 from a user terminal 102 checks the various information stored in the memory, then inputs bid price information into the user terminal 102 and transmits it to the server 101 (step S4). When the server 101 receives bid price information from multiple users, it extracts the bid price information indicating the highest amount from the bid price information and transmits it sequentially to the user terminal 102 for presentation (step S5). The user checks the presented highest amount, and if he or she wishes to make a bid above this highest amount, he or she can update the highest amount by inputting and transmitting new bid price information into the user terminal 102 (step S6).

When the time for the auction to end arrives, server 101 stops receiving the bid price information and notifies all users that the auction has ended by displaying the information on user terminal 102 or sending an email. Server 101 also extracts the highest price at the end of the auction from the bid price information, identifies the user who sent the bid price information for the highest price, and determines this user as the successful bidder for the right to the interview (step S7).

The user who is determined to be the successful bidder transmits information that can verify his/her identity from the user terminal 102 to the server 101, and simultaneously with this, or promptly thereafter, pays the successful bid price (steps S8 and S9). Payment can be made from the user terminal 102 by online payment using a credit card or internet banking, or by bank transfer using an ATM.

After confirming the registration of the successful bidder's information and the completion of payment, the system administrator contacts the successful bidder to arrange the date, time, and location of a meeting with the talent who hosted the auction. This completes the matching, and the meeting takes place (steps S10 and S11). The system administrator may collect a portion of the payment from the successful bidder as a system usage fee from the talent.

According to the system of this embodiment, the right to have a talk with a celebrity is treated as a product and sold in an auction format, making it possible to provide an opportunity to have a talk with a person who wishes to have a talk but does not have any contact with the celebrity. In addition, the auction can be held at low cost with minimal effort on the part of the celebrity, from holding the auction to matching. Furthermore, the celebrity can receive the money paid as the winning bid as revenue, so the holding of the talk can be used as a business.
