上記の先行技術文献において、本出願人が出願して実際に使用した時に用具の不具合が発生した課題について説明をする
特許文献1ではゼンマイバネを延長して股関節から背中付近まで装着して取り付けると、胸ベルトの締付が苦しく又、ゼンマイバネを押さえるベルトの締付が強く胸部へ圧迫する負担が大きいので問題が生じる。
特許文献2では装着すると背中の脊椎の痛みは解消したが、それでもゴムベルト3の肩と脚にかかる負担は大きく治療を継続すると脚に痛みが出て来て治療の継続は難しく、使用時には肩付近の負担が大きく痛みもでたが、ベルト2本で腹圧を上げ、ゴムベルト3を装着して腰部分の運動療法をすると、腰部と脊椎の痛みは解消したが肩と脚にかかる負担は大きく長い時間の装着は出来なかった。
大腿骨頭は身体の奥底に存在しているため血流が滞りやすく、血流障害になりやすい、病気やケガのために股関節骨頭部分に血液が十分に流れなくなると、軟骨が劣化して大腿骨頭壊死症の痛みなどの発生がみられる。
膝関節症における初期の仮面膝痛の症状では、レントゲン撮影しても膝関節に何ら異常なく、原因が分からないままに放置されていることが多く、関節に痛みは出ているものの関節に変形は無く、関節の違和感と痛みが起きる原因は、何らかの事象が起きていることが推測されていて、未病の段階での膝部分の仮面膝痛の痛みは、レントゲン写真では骨と軟骨に摩耗なく異常が見られないのに膝が痛いという症状である。
整形外科医学会の仮面膝痛の一般的診方では平日は痛いのが、休日になると良くなるなど、ストレスや心因性が原因での膝痛と診断しているが、原因の判らないまま膝関節を放置すると膝関節症は徐々に悪化して取り返しのつかない症状になる。
高齢者の膝関節に発生した慢性的な重篤な障害に対応するには、長い期間放置され痛みが出た膝関節は弱い力で長い時間血流を送り続ける事が大切で、長い期間放置された関節の痛みの回復には長い時間がかかるので無理は禁物である。
膝関節の十字靱帯などに発生するガングリオンは進捗状況により、十字靱帯の腫瘤の肥大は歩行時に痛みを伴う生活に支障が出る場合があります。
アイシング治療による、患部の血流障害で起きるマクロファージの減少は、患部の組織の矮小化をもたらし患部の回復には大きな課題である。

図9ではストッキング状サポーターに組み込む2組のゴム紐を図10のAの腰裏と図11のBの腹前から巻き始める2組の巻き付け方法として、2組のゴム紐をそれぞれ3ヶ所、図10のAは腿前(33)、膝裏(34)、脛前(35)でクロスして、図11のBは腰裏下(39)、膝頭(40)、脛後(41)、でクロスさせる、ストッキング状サポーターでAは膝を伸ばす時、Bは膝を縮める時に筋力トレーニングが出来る2つのトレーニング方法を、ストッキング状サポーターにゴム紐ネットを脛又は脚及び足裏まで組み込んだ構成である。
図9で、ストッキング状サポーターに図10のAの腰裏と図11のBの腹前から巻き始めるAとB2つの筋力トレーニングの巻き付け方法をストッキング状サポーターに組みいれる説明をする。
図9で、図10のAによる巻き付け方法のストッキング状サポーターに内蔵するネット状平ゴムベルトは一例として、幅2mmから幅4mm程度の平ゴムベルトは網の目は大きさ1mm程度の大きさのネット状ゴム網に貼りつけたベルト状の構成である。
図9でストッキング状サポーターに内蔵する図10のAの腰裏からの巻き付け方法で平ゴムベルトを卷回する構成を説明する。
図10の巻き付け方法を使用して、例えば幅1mm程度あるネット状のゴム紐ベルトは例えば、幅20mm~50mm位にネット状のベルトなどを貼り合わせ作成して、図8の用具では、図10のAで示した1つ目の巻き付け方法を使用して、腰裏から2方向に回したネット状ゴム紐など又は、ベルト状ゴム紐などのネット状のベルトは、腿前(33)、膝裏(34)、脛前(35)の3ヵ所をクロスさせる構成で膝前部分のゴム紐2本を膝関節後ろ方向に回して膝裏でクロスさせ脛前に戻し下げたのち脛前又は足裏で終わる、ネット状のベルトを脛又は足及び足裏まで組み込む構成のストッキング状サポーターである。
図10にある、Aの1つ目の巻き始めを使用して、腰裏から2方向に回したネット状ゴム紐又は、ネット状ベルトの1本は、腿前(33)、膝裏(34)、脛前(35)の3ヵ所をクロスさせる構成で膝前部分のゴム紐2本を膝関節後ろ方向に回して膝裏でクロスさせ脛前に戻し下げたのち脛前又は足裏(30)で終わるネット状のベルトを腰裏部分で各個人に調整された、腰裏のベルトの紐を左右方向から引き寄せる部材で各個人に合わせる強さの取り付けも可能な装着方法である。
図11で、Bの2つ目の巻き付けを使う、ネット状のゴム紐1本は腰裏の下(39)、膝頭(40)脛裏(41)でクロスする構成のストッキング状サポーターにゴムベルトを脛又は足及び足裏(30)まで組み込む構成のストッキング状サポーターである。

FIG. 9 illustrates how to incorporate two muscle training wrapping methods, A and B, into a stocking-like supporter, which begin wrapping around the back of the waist in FIG. 10A and the front of the abdomen in FIG. 11B.
In Figure 9, an example of a net-like flat rubber belt built into a stocking-like supporter using the wrapping method shown in Figure 10A is a belt-like configuration in which a flat rubber belt with a width of approximately 2 mm to 4 mm is attached to a net-like rubber net with mesh sizes of approximately 1 mm.
FIG. 9 illustrates a configuration for winding a flat rubber belt around a stocking-like supporter by wrapping the belt around the back of the waist as shown in FIG. 10A.
Using the wrapping method of Figure 10, for example, a net-like elastic belt having a width of about 1 mm is made by pasting together net-like belts having a width of about 20 mm to 50 mm. For the device of Figure 8, the first wrapping method shown in Figure 10A is used to wrap the net-like elastic belt in two directions from the back of the waist, or the net-like belt such as a belt-like elastic belt, which is configured to cross three places, the front of the thigh (33), the back of the knee (34), and the front of the shin (35), with the two elastic bands in the front of the knee wrapped behind the knee joint and crossed at the back of the knee, brought back down to the front of the shin, and then ending at the front of the shin or the sole of the foot, to create a stocking-like supporter configured to incorporate the net-like belt into the shin or foot and sole of the foot.
Using the first wrap of A in Figure 10, one of the net-like elastic cords or net-like belts is wrapped in two directions from the back of the waist and crosses three places: the front of the thigh (33), the back of the knee (34), and the front of the shin (35). The two elastic cords in the front of the knee are wrapped behind the knee joint and crossed at the back of the knee, then brought back down to the front of the shin, and the net-like belt ends at the front of the shin or the sole of the foot (30). This is a wearing method that can be adjusted to suit each individual at the back of the waist using a member that pulls the belt cords on the back of the waist from the left and right, and can also be attached to fit the strength of each individual.
In Figure 11, the second wrap of B is used, and a single net-like elastic cord is used that crosses under the back of the waist (39), at the kneecap (40) and the back of the shin (41) to create a stocking-like supporter with an elastic belt that is incorporated into the shin or foot and sole of the foot (30).

図11の巻き付け方法を使用して、例えば、ストッキング状サポーターに内蔵する平ゴム紐又はベルトは、例えば、幅2mmから幅6mm程度の平ゴム紐又はベルトを幅1mm程度のネット状ゴム網に貼って、組み合わせてベルト状などにした構造であり、ストッキング状サポーター用具に合わせたネット状、ゴムベルトである。
図11の巻き付け方法を使用して、一例として幅2mmから幅6mmの平ゴムベルトを幅20mm~50mm位のネット状のゴムベルトとして作製して使い、Bの2つ目の巻き付けは、膝頭のネット状ベルトのクロス部分(40)は膝頭を避け上下に分け膝頭通過後は一つに戻した冷却可能に膝頭部分を開けて作製する。
Bの2つ目の巻き始めは腹前で2つに分けたネット状ゴムベルトを腹前から、腰裏下(39)でクロスに下し膝頭(40)でベルト2枚を膝頭部分開けて作成して、上と下2方向に分け膝頭を冷却可能に開けて膝頭(40)を通した後2枚を結び、脛の裏(41)をクロスして、脛又は足裏ベルト付近(30)で終わる、AとBのベルトが膝を伸ばす時に作用するAと膝を縮める時に作用するBのベルトを脛又は足裏部分(30)で結んだストッキング状サポーターである。

Using the wrapping method of Figure 11, for example, a flat rubber cord or belt built into a stocking-like supporter has a structure in which a flat rubber cord or belt having a width of about 2 mm to 6 mm is attached to a net-like rubber mesh having a width of about 1 mm, and combined into a belt-like structure, such as a net-like rubber belt that is tailored to the stocking-like supporter device.
Using the wrapping method of Figure 11, for example, a flat rubber belt with a width of 2 mm to 6 mm is made into a net-like rubber belt with a width of about 20 mm to 50 mm, and for the second wrapping of B, the cross part (40) of the net-like belt over the kneecap is divided into upper and lower parts to avoid the kneecap, and after passing the kneecap, it is returned to one part, leaving the kneecap part open to allow for cooling.
The second wrap of B begins with a net-like rubber belt that is divided into two in front of the abdomen, crossed under the back of the waist (39), and two belts are made at the kneecap (40) with the kneecap area open. It is then divided into two directions, top and bottom, with an opening to allow the kneecap to be cooled, and the two belts are passed through the kneecap (40) and tied together. 図3で示すように、大腿骨頭壊死症が発症して痛みが出た時の処置は、大腿骨頭と(15)と寛骨臼(16)の合わさり目(19)の股関節に常時血液を大量に流入させることが必要で、大きく曲がっているゼンマイバネ(8)を身体に合わせ直線状に曲げ伸ばしたゼンマイバネ(8)の外側の中心部を股関節の大腿骨頭と(15)と寛骨臼(16)の股関節の収まった合わさり部分(19)の関節に、ゼンマイバネ(8)を曲げ下したゼンマイバネ(1)の力を常時効果的に力を加え続けて腰を前後に揺する様な日常の少しの動きでも長時間血流を送り込む事が可能でバネの作用を最大限引き出し、少しの動作で運動療法が出来るゼンマイバネ(1)の力を最大限持続で常時用具の取り付けで、丸1日以上血液を大量に連続して作り出すことが出来る。

AとBのネット状ゴムベルトのストッキング状サポーター構造用具は、高齢者の膝関節に急に起きた痛みと高齢者の慢性的な重篤な痛みに対応出来る用具で、図10と図11に示した、膝を伸ばす時と膝を縮める時に作用する2つある運動療法のゴムベルトの使用で、外傷性の急激な痛みには迅速に対応して痛みを取り去り解決した。
高齢者の慢性的な重篤な痛みには、それぞれの個人に合わせて、長い時間弱い力で長時間身体に負担なく血流を送り続けて膝関節を曲げる時、伸ばす時に作用する図9の運動療法用具で効果的に対応し2つの構成を組み合わせた、AとBの2組を組み込んだストッキング状サポーターの運動療法用具である。
膝関節内に発症する外傷性の急激な痛みには迅速な対応で膝の前と左右の関節の横に氷を入れる袋(31)を付けたストッキング状サポーターを使い、アイシングと筋力トレーニングとを兼ね合わせた運動療法とアイシング療法を併用して膝関節内の炎症を回避する治療をして完治させる。
膝関節靱帯のガングリオンの発症には膝関節内で進捗状況を見極め、膝関節内に発症するガングリオンの腫瘤肥大化は歩行により痛みが出るおそれがあるので、図8の運動療法用具を使用して膝関節のガングリオンの治療を早期に始める必要あり。

For the development of ganglion in the knee joint ligament, it is necessary to assess the progress within the knee joint. 靱帯の弛みを止め、靱帯や筋肉などの血流を強制的に増やす歩行で効率的に運動療法とアイシング療法を並用する事で靱帯を強化回復して炎症を抑える事が出来る。
悪化する可能性がある変形性膝関節症にはアイシング治療と運動療法は必ず合わせてセットで行う必要がある事が示された。

膝に痛みを感じる治療は冷用湿布薬と図の4の運動療法用具をセットで施し、患部に悪化の場合には、重症化を防ぐため、ストッキング状用具取り付けの氷袋で冷やしアイシング療法による冷却と、運動療法用具のセットで行う事で、患部の血流を増やし膝関節における軟骨のすり減りの防止の運動療法用具で患部の回復が可能である。
膝の皿の損傷は傷ついた直後から膝の皿の損傷部分を氷で徹底的に冷やしぬく事と運動療法用具の併用が必須条件で、アイシング治療と運動療法は必ず合わせてセットで行う必要があることは、著しく改善して実証した運動療法用具である。

股関節部分より上にある腰ベルト(2)は積層されたゼンマイバネ(1)を貫いて止めて、腰ベルト(2)をループ状ループ(4)に通し、股関節下の腿ベルト(3)はゼンマイバネ(1)にゼンマイバネ(1)に合わせてループ(5)を係止取り付けて通し、腰ベルト(2)と腿ベルト(3)でゼンマイバネ(1)の上下を腰に止め係止して、ゼンマイバネ(1)を脊椎から骨盤と太腿に繋いで作用させる構成である。

腿ベルト(3)にとり付けるゼンマイバネ(8)は身体の腰とお尻のラインに沿って曲げ下して身体につけるゼンマイバネ(8)で腰ベルト(2)と腿ベルト(3)でループ(4)ループ(5)にゼンマイバネ(1)を固定する運動療法用具である。

図8に示したゴム紐又はベルト運動療法用具は、ストッキング状サポーターのネット状のベルトで強めの力で加減調整卷回した膝頭の損傷など、膝関節回復困難な重篤な症状に対応するアイシング治療と運動療法治療を併用した膝に氷袋を付けたストッキング状サポーター式運動療法用具である。
図8では図10で示したAの円形状ゴム紐の取り付け方法でストッキング状サポーターに組み込む、Aの巻き付け方法のゴム紐を腰裏から2方向に分け腿前でクロスしたのち膝裏に掛け回してクロスさせた後に下げおろし、足部分で止める巻き付け方法の構造である。
例えば図8で、図10の巻き付け方法でストッキング状サポーターに内蔵した、膝を伸ばす時に筋力トレーニングが出来るストッキング状サポーターに内蔵する平ゴムベルトは幅2mmから幅6mm程度の平ゴムベルトを幅1mm程度の布ネット状にゴム紐に貼り組み合わせたネット状のベルトである。
図10の巻き付け方法を使用し、例えばネット状ゴムに貼り組み合わせた幅2mmから幅6mm程度の平ゴムベルトを幅20mm~50mm位のネット状のゴムベルトとして作成して、巻き始めは腰裏で2つに分けたネット状ゴム紐又はベルトを腿前、膝裏、脛前の3ヵ所をクロスさせる巻き付け構成で、太腿部分でクロスしたゴム紐を膝関節の後ろに回して膝裏部分をクロスに止め脛前で再びクロスさせ、足又は足裏で、終わらせる氷を入れる袋を付けたストッキング状サポーターである。

For example, in Figure 8, the flat rubber belt built into the stocking-like supporter that can perform muscle training when straightening the knee, which is built into the stocking-like supporter using the wrapping method in Figure 10, is a net-like belt made by attaching a flat rubber belt with a width of about 2 mm to 6 mm to a rubber string in a cloth net-like shape with a width of about 1 mm.
Using the wrapping method of Figure 10, for example, a flat rubber belt with a width of about 2 mm to 6 mm is attached to a net-like rubber belt and combined to create a net-like rubber belt with a width of about 20 mm to 50 mm. The beginning of the wrapping is a wrapping configuration in which the net-like rubber cord or belt is divided into two at the back of the waist and crossed in three places at the front of the thigh, back of the knee, and front of the shin. The rubber cords that cross at the thigh part are wrapped around the back of the knee joint, crossed at the back of the knee, crossed again at the front of the shin, and finished at the foot or sole. This is a stocking-like supporter with an attached bag for putting ice.

The crossing part of the belt at the kneecaps is divided into upper and lower parts just before the kneecap to avoid the kneecap, and is returned to one piece after passing the kneecap. The kneecap part is opened to allow cooling, and is crossed again at the soles of the legs. This is a combination of wrapping method A and wrapping method B, in which the wrapping ends at a common place on the foot or sole (30).

This is a device to treat chronic, severe pain in the knee joints of elderly people. For example, in FIG. 9, the flat rubber belt built into the stocking-like supporter is a flat rubber belt or string belt with a width of about 2 mm to 6 mm, and a net-like rubber string with a width of about 1 mm is glued together to suit each person, and wound in a belt shape in the shape of a figure eight.
As an example of the wrapping method shown in Figures 10 and 11, a flat rubber belt with a width of 3 mm to 7 mm is used as a net-like rubber belt with a width of about 20 mm to 40 mm. The beginning of wrapping is performed using the wrapping method of Figure 10, where the net-like rubber cord or belt is divided into two at the back of the waist and wrapped crosswise around three points at the front of the thigh, behind the knee, and in front of the shin. The two rubber cords in front of the knee are turned towards the back of the knee joint and crossed down behind the knee, then crossed again in front of the shin, and wrapped around the foot or sole at a common place for A and B.

高齢者の治療方法では、強い力での治療方法は避けて弱い力で長い時間休まず血流を送り続ける事が大切で、長い間放置された関節の痛みの回復には長い時間を要するので治療を急ぐ様な強めに装着したりする無理は禁物であり、それでもなお痛みが出る場合は膝の前と左右に膝関節横に氷を入れる袋(31)を付けたサポーターでアイシングと筋力トレーニングとを兼ね合わせた2つの構成のゴム紐を組み合わせた膝の前と左右を冷やす袋などの使用して痛みを取り除く筋力トレーニング機能とアイシング機能AとB2組を合わせ持つストッキング状サポーターの運動療法用具である。

FIG. 12 shows a detailed view of a net-shaped therapeutic exercise device in which a net-shaped belt is wrapped around the ankles and behind the knees in an eight-shape up to the waist.

膝関節がポキ、ポキと鳴る膝関節の弛みには痛みは無く、普通の行動が可能である。
膝関節症の初期の症状では、レントゲン撮影しても膝関節に何ら異常なく、原因が分からないままに放置されていることが多く、関節に痛みは出ているものの関節に変形は無く、関節の違和感と痛みが起きる原因は、医療業界では何らかの事象が起きていることが推測されていました。
若い時ソフトボールの試合の時に膝を痛めて、佐野接骨院に行き患部の湿布して治して頂きました。
変形性膝関節症は私が15年ほど前の58歳位の時に、膝関節症ではないと思って山梨市の大竹整形外科病院で院長の守亮三先生から触った瞬間的に変形性膝関節症と診断され驚いて信じられないままに、変形性膝関節症との付き合い方のパンフレットを渡され、膝関節症と付き合う生活の仕方を伝えられました。
これまで、私に変形性膝関節症は発症していないと思っていました
The knee joint may crack and pop, but the loose knee joint is not painful and allows normal movement.
In the early stages of knee osteoarthritis, X-rays often show no abnormalities in the knee joint, and the condition is often left untreated without the cause being identified.Although there is pain in the joint, there is no deformation, and the medical community has speculated that some kind of event is occurring as the cause of the discomfort and pain in the joint.
When I was young, I hurt my knee during a softball game and went to Sano Orthopedic Clinic, where they applied a compress to the affected area and helped it heal.
I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee about 15 years ago when I was about 58 years old. I didn't think it was knee arthritis, but I went to Otake Orthopedic Hospital in Yamanashi City and was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee by Dr. Mori Ryozo, the director, who touched my knee. I was shocked and in disbelief, and was given a pamphlet on how to live with osteoarthritis of the knee and was told how to live with it.
Until now, I thought I didn't have osteoarthritis of the knee.

そのあと又痛みのために大竹整形外科病院に行き診察を受けて、守亮三先生から変形性膝関節症と診断されましたが、今現在(58歳時)は膝に痛みはありません。
私の場合のその後は、膝を痛めたその都度、経皮吸収型消炎鎮痛剤を膝に貼りつけ湿布して、時々膝に図4用具を1組のゴム紐として作り足首付近を起点として8の字状に巻き付け使用して運動療法を行い何度も繰り返し痛みを止めて過ごした。
この事で、加齢により膝関節軟骨は減る事はないという事に気付いたのです。
膝関節を経皮吸収型消炎鎮痛剤や氷で冷やすアイシング治療と筋力トレーニングを併用する効果により、変形性膝関節症が起り始めると骨棘が形成され始めるが、膝関節の変形速度より、骨棘の成長速度が関節症の変形速度を上回るように膝関節は形成されるので、加齢により膝関節軟骨は減る事はないという事に気付きました。
大腿骨頭壊死症で股関節に初めて痛みを感じたのは、膝関節を鍛える運動療法用具をとサポーターを併用使用しての歩行中に右足大腿二頭筋付近が引きつるような痛みを感じたのが、今考えて初めての痛みで、大腿骨頭の壊死の予兆を感じた違和感ではないかと思います。
After that, I went to Otake Orthopedic Hospital again because of the pain, and was examined by Dr. Mori Ryozo, who diagnosed me with osteoarthritis of the knee. However, I no longer have pain in my knee (at age 58).
In my case, after that, whenever I hurt my knee, I would apply a transdermal anti-inflammatory analgesic to my knee as a compress, and occasionally I would use the device shown in Figure 4 to make a set of elastic bands and wrap them around my knee in a figure eight shape starting from near my ankle, using these to perform exercise therapy, which I would repeat over and over again to relieve the pain.
This made me realize that knee joint cartilage does not decrease with age.
I noticed that by combining icing treatment, which involves cooling the knee joint with transdermal anti-inflammatory analgesics or ice, with strength training, bone spurs begin to form when osteoarthritis begins to develop, but the knee joint is formed in such a way that the growth rate of the bone spurs exceeds the deformation rate of the osteoarthritis, so knee joint cartilage does not decrease with age.
The first time I felt pain in my hip joint due to femoral head necrosis was when I felt a sharp pain near the biceps femoris muscle in my right leg while walking using exercise therapy equipment to strengthen the knee joint and a support.Now that I think about it, this was the first pain I felt, and I think it was the discomfort that signaled the onset of femoral head necrosis.

痛みの発生は車の運転の時に腿を上げる時下げる時に左太腿内側の広い部分に発生しましたが、作製済みであった背中部分の運動療法用具を、急きょ腰部分の大腿骨頭の血液を増加させるゼンマイバネと取り付け部材を作り直して大腿骨頭部分にある痛みに合わせバネを股関節の骨頭部分と寛骨臼の上につけるようにした。
この時、痛みのある左腿の上げ下げは、自分でズボンの太腿部分を握りズボンを持ち上げると太腿に痛みは感じなかった。
クラッチペダルとブレーキペダルの間を移動させるだけなので痛みは強くはならなかったが、その時左腰のゼンマイバネによる運動療法の効果は感じられた。
次の痛みは50肩のような痛みを左肩に二日ほど経って右肩にも痛みが発生したがしばらくして痛みは消えた。

The next pain was like frozen shoulder in my left shoulder, and after about two days, pain developed in my right shoulder as well, but the pain went away after a while.

右側の頭骨と頸椎の境に痛みが毎朝発生するが、しばらくすると痛みは消える。
ひと月ほど経つと、一週間に一度位に頭と首の痛みは減った。
つぎに現れた症状は、右脚太腿内側の広い範囲の痛みである。
しかしながら、初めて股関節部分の大腿骨頭に違和感を伴う痛みが感じられたのと、内腿全体に広がる痛みも強めに感じ始めたので、運動療法用具のゼンマイバネの反発力がより強い用具を着用した。
二日ほど用具を着用したが、取り付けが体力的にきびしく少し着用を休んだ。
運動療法用具を二日外した後の動作には脚上げ下ろしの時の痛みはあまり感じない。
それでも、念のため用具を着用した時に脚の曲げ伸ばしや引き上げる動作で膝付近に違和感があり、この病気は潜伏期間が長く分からないのであと、しばらく弱い用具の着用を続けることにした。

After removing the exercise therapy equipment for two days, I no longer feel much pain when raising and lowering my legs.
However, just to be on the safe side, I put on the equipment and felt a strange sensation around my knees when bending, straightening or pulling up my legs, and since the incubation period for this disease is long and unknown, I decided to continue wearing weaker equipment for a while longer.

その後も、毎日力の弱い運動療法用具の着用を続けた。
ひと月ほど運動療法用具を着用して、毎日朝から夜寝るまで続けた。
腰に運動療法用具のゼンマイバネを装着して胡坐すわりして畳んだ脚を伸ばしたり縮めたり、胡坐すわりの両膝の膝を上と下に上げたり下げたり、胡坐すわりの身体を前に倒したり起こしたりして、大腿骨頭部分を使うように、痛みのある方向に動かすとその痛みの程度は少しずつ治まり楽になった。

この病気を発症して、約ひと月今まで毎日用具を朝起きてから、使い続けてきたが今日一日だけ用具を外して生活したいと思う。
用具を外してしばらくの間ゆるい違和感があったがそれも無くなった。
今夜は、もう寝ようと思うが股関節には何の違和感もない。
今日は2月18日頸の痛みはだいたい一月位経つが今はあまり痛くないが、時々朝痛大腿骨頭部分にある痛みに合わせて作成した運動療法用具はそのゼンマイバネを股関節の骨頭部分と寛骨臼の上につけた効果があり、毎日朝から晩までひと月以上続けて車の乗り降りや脚の曲げ伸ばしでも痛みは無く、痛みはほんとうに遠のいた。
また、今まで感じたことのない、初めての痛みをともなう違和感があり、自分で用具を作製して今でも装着中である。

I have pain in the back of my right thigh near the biceps.
Today is February 24th. Yesterday I felt a slight pain in my right biceps femoris. At the same time I also started to feel pain in my left biceps femoris, which wasn't so bad, so I decided not to wear any equipment today.

膝関節靱帯を強化するサポーターは使用頻度が高まると筋肉に違和感を覚えたが、ゴム紐を使用する弛い付け方使用の運動療法用具の着用で治まった。

5月26日
昨日ゴム紐を使用する運動療法用具を外して何も用具を着けずにいて、
夕方マジに右側股関節の骨頭部分に今までにない痛みを感じて、焦りを覚えたが
もうすぐ、寝るので痛みもなく、そのまま休んだ、
翌朝起床とともに股関節に違和感があったので、久しぶりに股関節の板バネによる運動療法用具を着けた夕方頃には、違和感はかんぜんに治まった。
定期的な運動療法用具の装着は無かったので定期的な用具の着用が股関節に大切であると実感した。

股関節にゼンマイバネを4枚合わせた運動療法用具を着けた。
6月3日
お得意様の玄関で転び右膝の皿を階段の角にぶつけて痛めた、痛みは太腿の付け根部分まで及び、この痛みは大腿骨頭壊死症の症状に似ている強い痛みだった。この時ゴム紐の膝部分の運動療法用具があったので、手持ちの氷で徹底的に冷やす事と運動療法を併用した、太腿の付け根部分の痛みは2時間ほどで治まったが膝の痛みは2日ほど氷で徹底的に冷やしたら、痛みは消えて、その後も冷却を続けた。
右膝の傷も6月10日には判らないようになった。

7月23日
右膝の皿を階段の角にぶつけて痛めた膝の皿の段差は残ったが完治した。
痛めた直後に氷で徹底的に冷やすのは本当に大切で大変な苦労がある。
今日は7月24日 今日も股関節の運動療法用具を使用していない、股関節に強い力が加わるあの特別に製造した強い反発力を有すゼンマイバネを重ねた用具は身体への負担が大きく痛みは取れたが身体に負担が大きく出来る事なら使いたくない。
10月29日
股関節にゼンマイバネを4枚合わせた運動療法用具を着けたが、今現在痛みはない。
10月30日
左側の腰にゼンマイバネを4枚合わせた運動療法用具を、半日ゼンマイバネを4枚合わせた運動療法用具を付けた。
夕方にはゼンマイバネを取り外す。

今日も運動療法用具をつけたところ痛みは治まった。
12月7日
膝関節に痛みが出たのでネット状ベルトを脛部分から膝裏を通して腰まで卷回した。
12月8日
膝関節に痛みが続くので今日は経皮吸収がた消炎鎮痛剤を膝に貼り図12のネット状ベルトを着けた。
12月14日
膝の痛みは治まったので左足の膝蓋骨の上にサージカルテープを貼った
12月15日
ガッテンの番組で起きた膝関節を鍛える時のいたみが再発したので膝の冷却治療を始めると痛みは治まった。
3月18日
73歳、膝関節の靱帯が弛み膝関節の上大腿骨と頸骨の間の軟骨が滑って、擦れ当たっている感触があるので、平ゴムベルトを横に6本合わせたネット状のベルトで足首付近から両面テープの片側を重ねてテープの巻き始めを止め、膝裏をクロスに回して8の字状に掛け、巻き終わりは足首部分で巻き終わる運動療法用具にして3日位取り付けてみた。
いつものように2日位で良くなると思う。

On December 14th, the pain in my knee had subsided, so I applied surgical tape over the patella of my left knee. On December 15th, the pain I felt while exercising my knee joint, which I had experienced on the Gatten program, recurred, so I started ice therapy on my knee, and the pain went away.
March 18th, 73 years old. The ligaments in my knee joint have loosened and the cartilage between the upper femur and tibia of the knee joint is slipping and rubbing against each other, so I tried wrapping a net-like belt made of six flat rubber belts joined together horizontally, overlapping one side of double-sided tape around the ankle, wrapping the tape around the back of the knee in a figure eight shape, and wrapping the end of the tape around the ankle. I wore this as an exercise therapy tool for about three days.
I think it will get better in a day or two as usual.

加齢というものは厄介なものだ、若い時にはすぐ回復したのに関節の治りが遅い。
ネット状平ゴムベルトは昼だけ取り付け、数日後ネット状平ゴムベルトを取り外した。
朝、膝関節上から下にサージカルテープを縦方向に貼った。
今は安定している。
6月3日補足
膝の皿を玄関先の階段の角に打ち付け膝蓋骨を割った、この時、大切で肝心な処置は時間をかけずに直ぐに患部のアイシングと筋力トレーニングを併用することである。
出来る事なら、その場で処置をする事、私の場合は移動販売車に氷が積んでありましたので直ぐに手当が出来ました。
事故当日は図4の筋力トレーニングの運動療法用具を持っていたので、直ぐに手当出来ましたが、街中、例えば駅の階段は歩かず氷で冷やし安静して、救済車を待つのが最善です。
私の場合は筋力トレーニングの運動療法用具を着け乍ら、車の運転のために膝に負担が掛からずに車の中だけの仕事のために強い痛みは半日で治まりました。
Aging is a troublesome thing; my joints heal slowly, whereas when I was younger they recovered quickly.
The net-like flat rubber belt was attached only during the day, and was removed after a few days.
In the morning, I applied surgical tape vertically from the top to the bottom of my knee joint.
It's stable now.
June 3rd Update: I hit my kneecap on the corner of the stairs at the front door and fractured my patella. The most important thing to do at this time is to immediately apply ice to the affected area and start strength training.
If possible, treat the injury on the spot. In my case, I had ice in my food truck so I was able to treat the injury right away.
On the day of the accident, I had the strength training exercise therapy equipment shown in Figure 4 with me, so I was able to treat the injury right away. However, it is best not to walk around town, for example on the stairs at a station, but to apply ice to the injury, rest, and wait for a rescue vehicle.
In my case, while wearing strength training exercise therapy equipment, the severe pain subsided within half a day because I was only working in the car and did not put strain on my knees when driving.
