Description

The present invention relates to an article cutting device used to cut long articles, including edible seaweed such as kelp.

By the way, the cutting of dried kelp, including not only the first cutting but also the second cutting, is often carried out by the producer himself at the site where the kelp was harvested or collected.
However, in the kelp cutting device as disclosed in Patent Document 1, the casing is equipped with a drive source in addition to an inlet conveyor, a heating section, a stack section, and an unloading conveyor, so the entire device including the casing becomes large. It happened. As a result, a large area is required to install the device, and the casing and the device as a whole are heavy, making it difficult to move and put away the device when it is not being used to cut kelp. There was a problem that the space could not be used effectively.
Moreover, the equipment used to cut kelp can only be used for a short period of time after drying the harvested or collected kelp, and the equipment is expensive despite the relatively short operating time required to cut kelp. It was also a problem to become
Therefore, instead of the drive-type kelp cutting device as disclosed in Patent Document 1, it may be possible to cut the dried kelp using a manual push-cut cutter. However, in this case, dried kelp in particular has a wavy shape, so stacking multiple sheets of dried kelp in a layer increases the thickness, so cutting with a manual push-cut cutter is difficult. There was also the problem that only a few sheets could be stacked, the cutting operation was difficult, and the cut surfaces were easily disturbed, significantly reducing the commercial value.
Under these circumstances, there is a need for an article cutting device that is compact and lightweight as a whole and is easy to clean up when not in use.

In order to solve such problems, the article cutting device according to the present invention comprises a receiving table having a placement surface on which a long article is placed, a cutting blade that is movably arranged toward the placement surface, and a drive unit that moves the cutting blade toward the placement surface in a direction intersecting the placement surface, and the receiving table has a feed surface that is formed so as to extend along the placement surface in the longitudinal direction of the long article, and a stopper that detachably or deformably attaches the feed surface to the placement surface, and is characterized in that the stopper switches between an expanded state in which the feed surface is continuous with the placement surface and forms a feed path for the long article from the feed surface toward the placement surface, and a stored state in which the feed surface is discontinuous with the placement surface.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the article cutting device A according to the embodiment of the present invention is used for cutting long articles B made of edible seaweed such as kelp, other seafood products, or similar processed products. The cutting device or machine used. As a specific example, if the long article B is dried kelp that has been harvested or collected and first cut into a predetermined length, an available cutting device is available for second cutting into the desired length. It can also be used as a cutting machine.
To explain in detail, the article cutting device A according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a receiving table 1 having a placing surface 11a on which a long article B is placed, and a cutting device provided movably toward the placing surface 11a. The main components include a blade 2 and a drive unit 3 provided to move the cutting blade 2 toward the mounting surface 11a.
Further, a control section 4 and an operation section 5 provided for controlling the operation of the drive section 3 are provided.
In the illustrated example, the long article B is placed on the placement surface 11a of the pedestal 1 such that the cutting blade 2 faces vertically, such as up and down, with respect to the placement surface 11a of the pedestal 1. The long article B is separated in the longitudinal direction by being cut by the vertical movement of the cutting blade 2 while feeding the long article B in a lateral direction such as horizontally. Here, the thickness direction of the long article B, which is the longitudinal direction, will be referred to as the "Z direction" hereinafter. The longitudinal direction of the elongated article B that intersects with the Z direction is hereinafter referred to as the "X direction", and the width direction of the elongated article B is hereinafter referred to as the "Y direction".

The receiving table 1 is made of a hard material such as metal or synthetic resin, and is composed of a frame 1a which constitutes the main body of the device, a cover 1b, etc. The receiving table 1 has a placement surface 11a on which the long object B is placed, a feed surface 12a provided along the placement surface 11a, and a stopper 13 provided for attaching the feed surface 12a to the placement surface 11a.
The mounting surface 11a is formed on the smooth surface of a thin mounting plate 11, and the mounting plate 11 is placed on the top of the frame 1a so that the mounting surface 11a faces a cutting blade 2, which will be described later.
Moreover, it is preferable that the mounting surface 11a has a blade contact portion 11b that comes into contact with the blade portion 2a formed at the tip of the cutting blade 2. In other words, by moving the cutting blade 2 to a position where the blade portion 2a abuts against the blade contact portion 11b of the mounting surface 11a, the long object B is sandwiched between the blade portion 2a and the blade contact portion 11b, and the blade portion 2a is pushed into the long object B to cut it. This simplifies the cutting structure for the long object B by simply controlling the position of the movement of the cutting blade 2 by the drive unit 3 (described later) until the blade portion 2a abuts against the blade contact portion 11b of the mounting surface 11a.
Furthermore, at least the blade contact portion 11b of the mounting surface 11a is preferably made of an elastically deformable rubber-based material such as synthetic rubber or elastomer resin, so that the blade portion 2a can be softly contacted with the mounting surface 11a and is also suitable for sterilization and disinfection processes such as chemical application.

The feed surface 12a is formed on the smooth surface of a thin-plate-like feed plate 12 made of plywood with thinly sliced multi-layered veneers glued together, other wood, synthetic resin, metal, or the like, and the feed plate 12 is attached so that the feed surface 12a is continuous with the placement surface 11a of the placement plate 11. The feed surface 12a of the feed plate 12 is formed in a rectangle (a quadrilateral with right-angled corners, including a rectangle and a square) extending in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long item B toward the placement surface 11a of the placement plate 11, and by making the feed surface 12a continuous with the placement surface 11a, a feed path R for the long item B from the feed surface 12a to the placement surface 11a is formed.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the feed surfaces 12a are arranged in a pair in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long item B on either side of the loading surface 11a, with one of them being a first feed surface 12a' on the loading side and the other being a second feed surface 12a" on the unloading side. In this case, the feed path R is divided into a first feed path R' on the loading side and a second feed path R" on the unloading side, on either side of a cutting position P on the loading surface 11a by a cutting blade 2 described later. It is preferable to provide a display unit (not shown) such as a tape measure to assist in measuring the cut (secondary cut) length of the long item B.
In addition, it is preferable to provide a fixing bracket 1c such as an L-shaped angle on the top of the frame 1a in order to attach the feed plate 12 and the mounting plate 11. In addition, it is preferable to provide a caster 1d such as a caster that is grounded on the installation surface G on the bottom of the frame 1a.

The stopper 13 is an instrument used for attaching (installing) the feeding surface 12a of the feeding plate 12 to the mounting surface 11a of the mounting plate 11 in a separable or deformable manner.
As an example of the stopper 13, when the feeding surface 12a is separably attached to the mounting surface 11a, fastening parts 13a such as bolts and nuts are used as shown in FIGS. 1(a), 1(b) to 4. It is preferable.
As another example of the stopper 13, when the feeding surface 12a is deformably attached to the mounting surface 11a, connecting parts 13b such as a link 13b', an arm, a rod, or a stopper 13b'' are used as shown in FIG. It is preferable to use
By operating the fastening parts 13a and the connecting parts 13b, which serve as the stoppers 13, the article cutting device A can be placed in the unfolded state as shown in FIGS. It becomes possible to switch to the storage state as shown in FIG. 5(b).
The unfolded state is a state in which the feeding surface 12a and the mounting surface 11a are flush with each other. Therefore, when used to cut the long article B, the article cutting device A is used in the unfolded state, thereby forming a feeding path R for the long article B from the feeding surface 12a to the placement surface 11a.
Moreover, the stored state is a state in which the feeding surface 12a is separated from the mounting surface 11a, or a state in which the feeding surface 12a is deformed from the mounting surface 11a to be discontinuous. Therefore, when the long article B has been cut and is not in use, the article cutting device A can be used in the stored state, thereby making it possible to put it away compactly.
Although not shown as another modification of the stopper 13, other parts may be used in place of the fastening part 13a and the connecting part 13b.

Furthermore, the sizes of the loading surface 11a and the feed surface 12a are set to be larger than the size of the long item B that is loaded from the feed surface 12a to the loading surface 11a in the unfolded state shown in Figures 1(a) (b) to 3 and 5(a).
More specifically, the overall length of the long item B in the longitudinal direction (X direction) on the placing surface 11a and the feeding surface 12a is set to be longer than the longitudinal dimension of the long item B, and the overall width of the long item B in the width direction (Y direction) on the placing surface 11a and the feeding surface 12a is set to be wider than the width dimension of the long item B. This makes it possible for the long item B to be fed and moved in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long item B along the placing surface 11a and the feeding surface 12a.
In other words, when a pair of feed surfaces 12a are arranged in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long item B on either side of the placement surface 11a, an operator can set the long item B on the first feed surface 12a' on the carry-in side (first feed path R' on the carry-in side) and move the item along the feed path R toward the placement surface 11a (cutting position P by the cutting blade 2) or the second feed surface 12a" on the carry-out side (second feed path R" on the carry-out side). In the illustrated example, the long item B is a stack B1 made up of multiple sheets of dried kelp that have been smoothed out and cut (primary cut) to a predetermined length (approximately 1 m) as shown in Figures 1(a)(b) to 2(a)(b).
As a specific example of a method for feeding and moving the long items B, the simplest method is for an operator to manually push the long items B along the feed path R. Alternatively, other possible methods include feeding and moving the stack B1 in a state where the stack B1 is bound in advance with a binding device (not shown) such as a band, string, or tape to prevent the stack from falling apart, or feeding and moving the stack B1 in a state where a part of the stack B1 is temporarily secured with a holder (not shown) to prevent the stack B1 from falling apart.

The cutting blade 2 is made of metal such as carbon steel or stainless steel or ceramic, and is formed into a strip shape, and has a blade portion 2a at the tip facing the placement surface 11a of the pedestal 1. It is arranged so as to cross the surface 11a in the width direction (Y direction) of the elongated article B, and is supported so as to be movable in the thickness direction (Z direction) of the elongated article B.
The full width size of the blade portion 2a is set wider than the width dimension of the elongated article B. Further, when the mounting surface 11a has the blade contact portion 11b, the blade portion 2a is preferably a double-edged blade having blades on both the front and back surfaces of the cutting blade 2. As another example, it is also possible to change the blade portion 2a to a single blade.
In the case of the illustrated example as a support structure for the cutting blade 2, a pair of sliders 21 arranged in parallel in the width direction (Y direction) of the long article B are connected to the mounting surface 11a of the mounting plate 11 and the frame of the pedestal 1. 1a, and is supported by a bearing 22 so as to be able to reciprocate in the thickness direction (Z direction) of the long article B. The slider 21 has both ends of the blade portion 2a attached to the slider 21 over the upper end exposed from the frame 1a of the pedestal 1 above the mounting surface 11a. As a method of attaching the blade part 2a to the slider 21, it is preferable to fix both ends of the blade part 2a so as to be adjustable and movable in the Z direction using fixing fasteners 23 such as bolts.
A drive unit 3, which will be described later, is linked to the lower end of the slider 21 that is inserted into the interior of the pedestal 1 below the mounting surface 11a. 2a is reciprocated in the Z direction.

The drive unit 3 is composed of an actuator that moves the cutting blade 2 in a linear motion, and the operation of the drive unit 3 is controlled by the control unit 4 .
The control unit 4 is a controller having a control circuit (not shown) electrically connected to the drive unit 3, sensors (not shown) such as limit switches that detect the position of the cutting blade 2, the operation unit 5, etc. The controller serving as the control unit 4 controls the operation of the drive unit 3, etc. based on an operation signal from the operation unit 5.
The operation unit 5 is installed near the placement surface 11a at a location that does not interfere with the feeding movement of the long object B, and has at least a start switch 5a for starting the movement of the cutting blade 2 by the drive unit 3, and a stop switch 5b for emergency stopping the movement of the cutting blade 2 by the drive unit 3. In addition, it is preferable that the operation unit 5 has a lock switch 5c for stopping the cutting blade 2 at the lower limit position where the blade portion 2a abuts against the blade contact portion 11b of the placement surface 11a and holding it immovable, and a reset switch 5d for returning the blade portion 2a to the upper limit position to enable the movement of the cutting blade 2.
As an example of the drive unit 3, as shown in Figures 1(a)(b), 2(a)(b), and 5(a)(b), a hydraulic cylinder 31 is installed from the frame 1a of the pedestal 1 to the slider 21, and a hydraulic unit 32 serving as a drive source for the hydraulic cylinder 31 is provided at the lower end of the frame 1a as shown in Figures 3 and 4. As an example of the control unit 4 and operation unit 5, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, a control panel (not shown) incorporating a control circuit is provided at the lower end of the frame 1a together with the hydraulic unit 32, and a start switch 5a, a stop switch 5b, a lock switch 5c, and a reset switch 5d are provided as the operation unit 5 on the surface of the pedestal 1 near the mounting surface 11a.
As another example (not shown), it is also possible to use an actuator other than the hydraulic cylinder 31 or hydraulic unit 32 as the drive unit 3, and to change the configuration and installation locations of the control unit 4 and the operating unit 5.

As a specific example of the operation control of the drive unit 3 by the control unit 4, in the expanded initial state shown in FIGS. It is kept on standby at a position (top dead center) away from the mounting surface 11a (blade contact portion 11b). At this time, the operator feeds and moves the long article B that has been cut into a predetermined length (primary cutting), and moves the long article B from the cutting position P by the cutting blade 2 on the mounting surface 11a to the tip of the long article B in the feeding direction. Check that the side has protruded by the desired length (the length corresponding to the secondary cutting) toward the second feeding surface 12a'' on the unloading side (second feeding path R'' on the unloading side) using a tape measure, etc. If the feed movement is stopped at the time of confirmation on the display, the feed movement work is completed.
Subsequently, when the hydraulic cylinder 31 is extended by manual operation of the operating part 5 (start switch 5a) by the operator, the cutting blade 2 moves toward the mounting surface 11a, and as shown in FIGS. ), the blade portion 2a is brought into contact with the mounting surface 11a (blade contact portion 11b), and the cutting (secondary cutting) of the long article B is completed.
After that, the operation of the hydraulic cylinder 31 is automatically switched and shortened by a sensor such as a limit switch, and the blade part 2a of the cutting blade 2 is separated from the mounting surface 11a (blade contact part 11b), as shown in FIG. 1(a). ) Return to the initial state shown in (b) and wait.
That is, the movement setting of the cutting blade 2 by the driving part 3 is set so that the movement of the cutting blade 2 is stopped at the moment when the blade part 2a hits the mounting surface 11a (blade contact part 11b) and returns to the initial state.
In addition, when the long article B has been cut (secondary cutting) and is not in use, the operator manually operates the operating section 5 (lock switch 5c) to move the cutting blade 2 so that the blade section 2a touches the mounting surface 11a. If the article is stopped at the lower limit position where it abuts the portion 11b and held immovably, the cutting blade 2 will not move unexpectedly even if the article cutting device A is moved, making it possible to safely put it away.
In order to return the stored state of the article cutting device A to the above-mentioned initial state, the operator manually operates the operating section 5 (reset switch 5d) to return the blade section 2a to the upper limit position and stop the movement of the cutting blade 2. need to be made possible.
After that, the above-described operation is repeated.

Next, an article cutting device A1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, an article cutting device A2 according to a second embodiment that is a modification thereof, and an article cutting device A3 according to a third embodiment will be described.
The article cutting device A1 of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1(a), (b) to FIG. It is installed.
The mounting plate 11 of the first embodiment is installed so that its front and rear end surfaces 11c do not protrude from the top of the frame 1a in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B. A concave locking portion 1e is formed adjacent to the front and rear end surfaces 11c of the holder 11. The feed plate 12 of the first embodiment is attached with a fastening member 13a so that one end thereof is engaged with the locking portion 1e and the feed surface 12a is continuous with the mounting surface 11a flush with the feed surface 12a. The fastening component 13a consists of a bolt that protrudes from the back surface of one end of the feed plate 12 through the fixing metal fitting 1c, and a nut that is screwed onto the protruding portion of the bolt.
Therefore, in the unfolded state shown in the figure, the operator can remove the nuts from the bolts of the feed plate 12, which serve as the fastening parts 13a, to remove the feed plate 12 from the frame 1a of the pedestal 1, and the feed plate 12 can be separated. As a result, although not shown, in the stored state with the feed plate 12 removed from the frame 1a, the overall size of the article cutting device A1 is shortened in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B by the amount by which the feed plate 12 is removed. , the occupied space becomes smaller. In particular, when the feeding surfaces 12a of the pair of feeding plates 12 are arranged in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B with the loading surface 11a of the loading plate 11 in between, the overall size of the article cutting device A1 can be significantly shortened in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B.

The second embodiment of the article cutting device A2 shown in Figure 4 differs from the first embodiment described above in that legs 14 are provided on the back surface of the feed plate 12, but the other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
It is preferable that the legs 14 are suspended from the other end of the feed plate 12 remote from the mounting plate 11 toward the installation surface G and grounded. In the exploded perspective view of the illustrated example, the legs 14 are foldably attached to the back surface of the feed plate 12.
Therefore, in an unfolded state in which the feed surface 12a of the feed plate 12 is flush with the mounting surface 11a of the mounting plate 11 (not shown), the feed surface 12a of the feed plate 12 is grounded to the installation surface G via the legs 14, so that even if a load acts on the feed surface 12a, it is stable and rattling is prevented. In particular, when the legs 14 are foldably attached to the back surface of the feed plate 12 as in the illustrated example, in a storage state in which the feed surface 12a of the feed plate 12 is removed from the mounting surface 11a of the mounting plate 11 and is discontinuous, the legs 14 are folded along the back surface of the feed plate 12, so that it can be stored compactly.
In the illustrated stored state, the cutting blade 2 is movable with the blade portion 2a in the upper limit position. Alternatively, as described above, the cutting blade 2 can be stopped in the lower limit position where the blade portion 2a abuts against the blade contact portion 11b of the mounting surface 11a by operating the lock switch 5c.

The third embodiment of the article cutting device A3 shown in Figures 5(a) and (b) differs from the first and second embodiments described above in that the feed surface 12a is attached to the loading surface 11a in a foldable and deformable manner by the connecting part 13b of the stopper 13, but the other configurations are the same as those of the first and second embodiments.
The loading plate 11 of the third embodiment is installed so that its front and rear end faces 11c protrude from the fixing brackets 1c in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long item B. The feed plate 12 of the third embodiment is provided with a hinge 13c extending from the back surface of one end thereof to the back surfaces of the front and rear ends of the loading plate 11, and is attached by connecting parts 13b so that it can rotate freely in the thickness direction (Z direction) of the long item B and so that the feed surface 12a is continuous and flush with the loading surface 11a. The connecting parts 13b consist of a plurality of links 13b' spanning from the back surface of the feed plate 12 to the front and rear faces 1f of the receiving table 1, and stoppers 13b" provided at the movable connection sites of the plurality of links 13b'.
Therefore, in the unfolded state shown in Figure 5 (a), an operator can fold the feed plate 12 from the mounting plate 11 of the receiving table 1 and deform it by removing the stopper 13b" from the movable connection portion of the multiple links 13b' that serve as the fastening parts 13a. As a result, in the stored state shown in Figure 5 (b) with the feed plate 12 folded from the mounting plate 11, the overall size of the article cutting device A1 is shortened in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B by the amount of the folded feed plate 12, and the occupied space is reduced. In particular, when the feed surfaces 12a of a pair of feed plates 12 are arranged in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B on either side of the mounting surface 11a of the mounting plate 11, it becomes possible to significantly shorten the overall size of the article cutting device A1 in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B.

According to the article cutting device A according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the cutting blade 2 has been moved by the drive unit 3 to complete cutting of the long article B and is not in use, the article cutting device A can By separating or deforming the feeding surface 12a with the stopper 13, the feeding path R of the long article B from the feeding surface 12a toward the placement surface 11a is shortened in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B. Therefore, the space occupied by the feed plate 12 is reduced.
Therefore, by separating or deforming the feeding surface 12a by the stopper 13, it is possible to provide an article cutting device A that can reduce the size and weight of the entire device and is easy to put away when not in use.
As a result, the entire device including the casing is larger and heavier than the conventional device, and when not in use after the long article B has been cut, the feeding surface 12a can be moved relative to the receiving table 1 by operating the stopper 13. Since it can be easily separated or deformed, the entire device does not need to occupy a large area and can be easily cleaned up and moved. Therefore, the work space can be used effectively in accordance with the annual cutting schedule for the long articles B, which is highly convenient. Moreover, the structure of the device is simplified and costs can be reduced. In addition, if casters 1d such as casters are provided at the bottom of the pedestal 1, the entire lightweight device can be more easily put away and moved, resulting in excellent workability.
Furthermore, compared to cutting dried kelp using a manual push-cut cutter, the cutting operation is extremely easy and the cut surface is less likely to be disturbed, resulting in excellent work efficiency and preventing a significant drop in product value.

In particular, it is preferable that the feed surface 12a has a first feed surface 12a' and a second feed surface 12a'' which are linearly arranged in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long object B with the placement surface 11a in between.
In this case, by attaching the first feed surface 12a' on the loading side and the second feed surface 12a'' on the unloading side with fasteners 13 so that they can be separated or deformed across the loading surface 11a of the receiving table 1, a feed path R for the long item B can be formed in an even balance on both sides of the loading surface 11a.
Therefore, the pair of feed surfaces 12a (the first feed surface 12a' and the second feed surface 12a'') can be assembled to the receiving base 1 in an even balance with the placement surface 11a being the center.
As a result, even if the receiving table 1 has a simple structure, a feed path R of sufficient length for cutting the long article B to a desired length while feeding and moving it can be ensured with an ideal weight balance.

Moreover, it is preferable that the mounting surface 11a has a blade abutting part 11b that comes into contact with the blade part 2a of the cutting blade 2.
In this case, when the long article B has been cut and is not in use, the entire device may be moved while maintaining the state in which the blade portion 2a of the cutting blade 2 is in contact with the blade contact portion 11b of the mounting surface 11a. This prevents the cutting blade 2 from moving unexpectedly even if vibrations occur due to movement of the entire device.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent accidents caused by unexpected movement of the cutting blade 2 when cleaning up the entire device.
As a result, safety is improved and the entire device can be put away without causing injury.

Further, it is preferable that the feeding surface 12a is detachably attached to the mounting surface 11a by means of a stopper 13 (fastening component 13a).
According to the article cutting device A1 of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and the article cutting device A2 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, when not in use, the feeding surface is 12a is removed and separated by the stopper 13 (fastening part 13a), the feeding path R of the long article B is shortened in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B by the amount by which the feeding surface 12a is removed. This reduces the space it occupies.
Therefore, by attaching and detaching the feeding surface 12a from the mounting surface 11a using the stopper 13, the entire device can be made smaller and lighter.
As a result, the entire device can be easily cleaned up by a simple operation of attaching and detaching the feeding surface 12a.

Further, it is preferable that the feeding surface 12a is attached to the mounting surface 11a so as to be deformable and foldable using a stopper 13 (connection component 13b).
According to the article cutting device A3 of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5, when not in use (storage), the feeding surface 12a is folded and deformed by the stopper 13 (connecting part 13b) with respect to the mounting surface 11a of the receiving table 1. As a result, the feeding path R of the long article B is shortened in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the long article B, and the occupied space is narrowed by the amount of folding of the feeding surface 12a.
Therefore, by folding the feeding surface 12a with respect to the mounting surface 11a using the stopper 13, the entire device can be made smaller and lighter.
As a result, the entire device can be easily put away by simply folding the feeding surface 12a.

Note that in the illustrated example of the embodiment described above, the long article B is cut by vertical movement of the cutting blade 2 while being fed in a lateral direction such as horizontally, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the weight of the long article B can be used. The long article B may be cut by moving the cutting blade 2 while feeding the long article B in a vertical direction such as an inclined direction or an up and down direction.
Furthermore, although the elongated article B is an aggregate B1 in which a plurality of sheets of dried kelp are stacked, the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be edible seaweed other than dried kelp, other foods, or a strip-shaped article.
Further, although the long article B is manually fed and moved along the feeding path R, the present invention is not limited to this. Alternatively, the elongated article B may be automatically fed and moved along the feeding path R using the following method.
