In a fire alarm system, for example, when the smoke density reaches a predetermined fire determination density, a fire signal is sent to a receiver to start accumulation operation, and a fire is determined to have occurred when a predetermined accumulation condition is met. However, before a fire is determined to have occurred, a precursor phenomenon of fire, such as a gradual increase in smoke density as in a smoldering fire, is observed. If this precursor phenomenon of fire can be detected before a fire is determined to have occurred, it becomes possible to deal with both fire and non-fire cases quickly and appropriately.

(Effects of disaster prevention support systems)
According to the disaster prevention support system of the present invention, when a fire detector determines that there is a fire precursor, a support activation signal can be sent via a short-range network to a mobile terminal carried by a person involved in the fire alarm system and the fire prevention object located in its surroundings, causing disaster prevention support information to be displayed. This allows the person involved in the fire alarm system or its surroundings to know the fire precursor determined by the fire detector and take appropriate measures, including on-site confirmation, at the stage of a fire precursor phenomenon.

In addition, the support activation signal from the fire detector is received by the mobile terminal of the fire alarm equipment where the fire detector that has been determined to be a sign of a fire is installed, or by the person concerned in the vicinity, and the support information is displayed and the on-site confirmation is carried out. This makes it possible to quickly take measures including:

(Effect of displaying the relative positions of the fire point and the mobile device)
In addition, the mobile devices of relevant personnel at or near the fire alarm system will display the relative position of the fire that has been determined to be a sign of a fire and the relevant personnel's own device (their own mobile device) as map information on the screen, allowing them to accurately grasp the location of the fire and take appropriate action, such as checking the site.

(Effects of displaying the names of areas with signs of fire and information on how to deal with them)
In addition, the name of the area where the fire detector has been determined to be a fire warning signal and fire warning signal response information will be displayed on the mobile device of relevant personnel who are near the fire alarm system or in its vicinity, allowing them to know where the fire warning signal is located and take appropriate response action in accordance with the fire warning signal response information.

(Effects of on-site confirmation and response transmission)
In addition, the fire alarm equipment and related parties around it should check the scene according to the instructions of the fire warning information and respond to the fire detector with a fire confirmation signal if there is a fire, and a non-fire confirmation signal if there is no fire. Based on this, the fire detector sends a fire confirmed signal or a non-fire confirmed signal to the receiver, and the fire detector detects a fire alarm notification due to a confirmed fire or a non-fire notification due to a confirmed fire as a sign of a fire. This can be done once the decision has been made.

(Effects of acquiring disaster prevention support information)
In addition, disaster prevention support information specific to fire alarm equipment is acquired and stored in advance from a support device connected to a mobile terminal via a wide area network, and disaster prevention support information is transmitted when a fire detector detects a sign of a fire. It can be displayed appropriately.

(Effect of fire sign determination)
In addition, when the smoke concentration or temperature detected by the fire detector is lower than the predetermined fire judgment value and the predetermined fire sign judgment accumulation conditions are met, it is judged as a fire sign, thereby reducing the possibility of a fire. It is possible to reliably detect high-level warning phenomena and determine them as fire warning signs.

[First embodiment of disaster prevention support system]
(Fire alarm system)
As shown in FIG. 1, fire alarm systems 10 (10-1, 10-2, 10-3, ...) are installed in fire-protected structures such as buildings. As shown representatively in fire alarm system 10-1, fire detectors 16 are connected to signal lines 14 that are drawn from a receiver 12, for example, on a floor-by-floor basis in a building.

The fire detector 16 is connected to the receiver 12 via a signal line 14, and is equipped with a wireless LAN communication unit such as WiFi (registered trademark) or Bluetooth (registered trademark), and is connected via an antenna 18 to a mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2, ...) such as a smartphone owned by a person involved in the fire prevention object, via a wireless LAN network that functions as a short-range network.

Here, the communication distance of the WiFi (registered trademark) network is about 100 meters, the communication distance of the Bluetooth (registered trademark) network is about 10 to 20 meters, and the fire alarm equipment 10 (10-1, 10-2, 10- In order to cover the entire area (3...) as a communication area, repeaters are installed as necessary.

In addition, people involved in fire prevention objects who carry mobile phone terminals 20 (20-1, 20-2, ...) include disaster prevention managers and disaster prevention personnel who work at disaster prevention centers and manager's rooms, and fire prevention personnel. This includes security company personnel who patrol the target property, and disaster prevention personnel designated for each floor by the companies that have moved into the building.

(Preliminary fire determination and fire determination)
The fire alarm system 10 of this embodiment is an R-type (Record-type) fire alarm system. A unique address is set to each fire detector 16, and the receiver 12 transmits a batch A/D conversion command signal at a predetermined cycle, for example, every second, to A/D convert the smoke density or temperature detection signals detected by the sensor units of all the fire detectors 16, for example, to hold the smoke density detection value or temperature detection value, and then transmits a call signal sequentially specifying the detector addresses, thereby performing polling to have each fire detector 16 return a response signal including the smoke density detection value or temperature detection value.

For example, when the smoke density detection value reaches a predetermined preliminary fire determination value, for example 3%/m, which is lower than the predetermined fire determination value, for example 10%/m, for determining a fire in the receiver 12, the fire detector 16 determines that a preliminary fire has occurred and transmits a fire interrupt signal to the receiver 12. The fire interrupt signal is, for example, an all-1-bit signal that disables all signals being transmitted and received via the signal line 14.

The receiver 12, which has received the fire interrupt signal from the fire detector 16, transmits a group search command signal specifying the group address, performs a group search to identify the group address that responded with the fire interrupt signal, and then , sends an intra-group search command signal that sequentially specifies the sensor addresses within the searched group address, and sends the address of the fire sensor 16 that responded with a fire interrupt signal, that is, the address of the fire sensor 16 that was determined to be a preliminary fire. and output a cautionary warning (pre-alarm) indicating a preliminary fire.

Subsequently, when the smoke concentration detection value from the fire detector 16 that has determined that there is a preliminary fire reaches a predetermined fire determination value and satisfies a predetermined fire determination accumulation condition, the receiver 12 transmits the signal continuously for a predetermined number of times, for example. When the smoke concentration detection value exceeds the fire judgment value, it is determined that there is a fire, and a fire alarm is output by the main sound ringing or district sound ringing, as well as interlocking control of predetermined smoke prevention equipment, etc., and transfer notification to external equipment. Performs fire alarm operations including output.

(Identification of fire signs and disaster prevention support)
The fire detector 16 detects, for example, smoke concentration when a predetermined fire sign judgment accumulation condition is satisfied in a state where the smoke concentration detection value exceeds a preliminary fire judgment value of 3%/m which is lower than the fire judgment value of 10%/m. When the detected value exceeds the preliminary fire judgment value a predetermined number of times in succession, it is determined that it is a sign of a fire, and a support activation signal is transmitted from the antenna 18 to the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2, 20-2, etc.) via the wireless LAN network. ...). This support activation signal includes the address of the fire sensor 16 that has been determined to be a sign of a fire.

The mobile phone terminals 20 (20-1, 20-2, ...) connect to the support server 30, which functions as a support device, via the mobile phone base station 24, the mobile phone network 22, and the Internet 26.

The support server 30 provides disaster prevention information including the equipment identifiers of the fire alarm equipment 10 (10-1, 10-2, 10-3, . . .) from the mobile phone terminals 20 (20-1, 20-2, . . .). When the support information transmission request signal is received, the disaster prevention support information corresponding to the fire alarm equipment 10 (10-1, 10-2, 10-3, etc.) corresponding to the equipment identifier is transmitted, and the mobile phone terminal 20 ( 20-1, 20-2,...) in advance.

The disaster prevention support information stored in advance in the mobile phone terminals 20 (20-1, 20-2, . . . ) includes map information (floor maps, etc.) of buildings, etc. that are subject to fire protection, addresses of fire detectors 16, etc. It includes at least the name of the district indicating the installation location, and fire sign response information indicating the countermeasures to be taken when a fire sign is determined.

The fire warning response information also includes operational instructions for the relevant person to check the installation site of the fire detector 16 that has been determined to be a fire warning and to transmit a response indicating whether or not there is a fire as a result of the check.

The mobile phone terminals 20 (20-1, 20-2, ...) that have received the support activation signal from the fire detector 16 use the position information of the fire point included in the support activation signal and the disaster prevention information stored in advance. Based on the map information of the building, etc. (floor map, etc.) included in the support information, map information showing the fire point and the own device (positions of the mobile phone terminals 20-1 and 20-2) is displayed on the screen.
[Modifications of the present invention]
(Determining signs of fire)
As another form of determining whether a fire is present using the fire detector 16, the rate of change of the increase in the smoke concentration detection value or the temperature detection value is calculated, and when this rate of change reaches a predetermined preliminary fire change rate which is lower than the fire determination change rate and satisfies a predetermined fire precursor determination accumulation condition, for example when it exceeds the preliminary fire change rate a predetermined number of times in succession, it is determined to be a fire precursor and an assistance start-up signal is sent to the mobile phone terminal 20 or the tablet terminal 100.

(Acquisition of disaster prevention support information)
The storage of disaster prevention support information in the mobile phone terminal 20 may be performed by the support server 30 in advance acquiring longitude and latitude location information using the GPS function of the mobile phone terminal 20, identifying the fire alarm system 10 and the mobile phone terminals 20 located in its vicinity, and transmitting the disaster prevention support information to the identified mobile phone terminals 20 for storage.

(Double fire alarm systems)
In addition to being connected to a conventional receiver via a signal line, fire detectors can also be connected to a support server on the Internet either directly or via a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet. This makes it possible to duplicate the fire alarm system, for example, by providing the support server with fire receiver functionality.

When fire alarm equipment is duplicated, for example, when inspecting receivers, fire monitoring can be performed using the support server and the fire detector equipment system. In addition to this, new functions and usage patterns can be constructed by duplicating fire alarm equipment.

(Transmitter function of mobile terminal)
In addition, in the disaster prevention support system of the present invention, the detected value of smoke concentration, for example, from the fire detector 16 received by the receiver 12 is transmitted to the support server 30, and the support server 30 sends a detected value of the smoke concentration (for example, smoke concentration %/m) or a preliminary fire sign that is a sign of a fire sign (for example, smoke concentration 1.5%/m), the mobile phone terminal located at or near the fire alarm equipment 10-1 20 (20-1, 20-2), and the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2) displays the transmitter image on the screen and sounds a predetermined warning sound if necessary. Output.

The person carrying the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2) knows that a fire warning phenomenon is occurring when the transmitter screen is displayed, and either checks the scene or has already done so. If you notice a fire precursor phenomenon that causes a fire sign or preliminary fire sign, touch the push button of the transmitter image displayed on the screen of the mobile phone terminal 20-1, 20-2, and the support server A fire notification signal is transmitted to the receiver 12 via the receiver 30, and the receiver 12 determines that a fire has been determined and issues a fire alarm.

As a result, when a fire precursor phenomenon is determined to be a fire precursor or a preliminary fire precursor, a virtual transmitter is present in the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2), making it possible to report a fire using the virtual transmitter on the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2) without having to go to a location where an actual fire transmitter is installed.

(Transmitter function of mobile terminal)
In addition, in the disaster prevention support system of the present invention, a detection value of, for example, smoke density detected by the fire detector 16 is transmitted to the support server 30 via the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2), and when the support server 30 determines that there is a sign of a fire (for example, a smoke density of 3%/m) or a preliminary sign of a fire that is a precursor to a fire (for example, a smoke density of 1.5%/m), a transmitter support signal is transmitted to the fire alarm equipment 10-1 or to the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2) located in the vicinity thereof, and the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2) displays a transmitter image on its screen and, if necessary, outputs a prescribed warning sound.

When the transmitter screen is displayed, the relevant person carrying the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2) will know that a fire precursor phenomenon is occurring and will check the site, or if they have already noticed a fire precursor phenomenon that may be a fire precursor or a preliminary fire precursor, they can touch the push button of the transmitter image displayed on the screen of the mobile phone terminal 20-1, 20-2, which will send a fire notification signal to the receiver 12 via the support server 30, and the receiver 12 will determine that a fire has definitely occurred and issue a fire alarm.

In addition, the receiver 12 that has received the fire report signal transmits a fire report response signal to the mobile phone terminal 20 (20-1, 20-2) via the support server 30, and displays the transmitter image displayed on the screen. The response lamp lights up to notify that the receiver 12 has received the message.
