The gutter support material of the present invention is a member that is attached to the eaves of a building and supports the side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side, and the gutter support material is a sloped member that includes a fixing part that is attached to the eaves of an exterior base or the eaves of a building. a vertical piece having a mounting part to which the upper end of the side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side is attached, and a support part to which the lower end of the side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side is supported; It is characterized by being formed by bending a plate material.

In addition, "the eaves of an exterior base or the eaves of a building" to which the sloped piece (fixed part) of the gutter receiving material is attached refers to the base located on the back side of the roofing material, and the latter refers to the base located on the back of the roof material. It refers to an existing roof or the like to which the material is attached, as long as it consists of a "plane" when viewed from the eaves, and the base may be horizontal or sloped.

In addition, various forming methods such as roll forming, press processing, and bender processing are known as the "bending process" by which the gutter receiving material is formed, but any method that can bend the metal plate may be used. .
For example, the illustrated embodiment (Example 1) described later shows a mode in which it is fixed to the eaves of an exterior base or the eaves of a building, but it can be easily bent into an appropriate shape. be able to. In addition, the characteristics of forming the material by bending in this way allow for easy shape adjustment even on site (high workability), and the material is lighter than extruded materials or the like.

As mentioned above, the gutter receiving material of the present invention has an inclined piece part provided with a fixing part, and a vertical piece part provided with an attachment part and a support part, and each of them will be briefly explained below.
The inclined piece is a part that is attached along the eaves of an exterior base or the eaves of a building, and includes a fixing part that is fixed by driving a fixing tool such as a screw from above or from the side.
The vertical piece part is a part to be attached along the side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side, and the mounting part provided at the upper end is a part to which the upper end of the side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side is attached, It may also be in the form of a groove that is open at the bottom, as in the illustrated embodiment described later. In this case, the upper end (upward facing piece) of the plug-in side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side is inserted from below and stably attached.
The support part is provided at the lower end of the vertical piece, and is a part that supports the lower end of the side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side, and may be in the form of a horizontal piece facing the side as in the illustrated embodiment described later. good. In this case, the lower end of the corner-shaped side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side can be stably supported in an engaged manner.

As long as the eaves gutter supported by the gutter receiving material of the present invention has a drainage channel for rainwater etc. inside, the material and dimensions, especially the shape of the bottom and both sides, etc. are limited. However, it is desirable that a supported part supported by the supporting part of the gutter receiving material is formed at the lower end of the side surface on the building side, and a supported part supported by the supporting part of the gutter receiving material is formed at the upper end of the side surface on the building side. It is desirable that an attached part is formed that can be stably attached to the attachment part. The supported part may be, for example, a corner-shaped or corner-shaped part as in the illustrated embodiment described later, and the attached part may be, for example, a corner-shaped part or a corner-shaped part as in the illustrated embodiment described later. An example is a double-sided (upward facing piece) type, but they can be formed as appropriate depending on the support part and attachment part of the gutter receiving material.

Furthermore, the present invention also proposes an eaves structure characterized by using the above-mentioned gutter receiving material, in which the upper end of the side surface on the eaves side of the eaves gutter is the lower end of the cover material covering the upper surface of the eaves gutter. The upper end of the cover material is directly or indirectly fixed to the exterior base.
By covering the open upper surface of the eaves gutter, this cover material also acts to prevent snow from accumulating inside, fallen leaves from entering and accumulating, and birds from building nests. is a member in which a water inlet, for example, a small-diameter slit hole, is formed to guide rainwater into the interior, and it also functions to guide only rainwater into the eaves gutter.
In addition, a desirable aspect of this cover material is that its lower end is attached to engage with the tip of the eaves of the eaves gutter, and its upper end is fixed directly or indirectly to the exterior base as shown in the illustrated embodiment described later. can be installed. At the lower end of this cover material, as shown in the illustrated embodiment described later, a substantially U-shaped engagement part bent downward and further inward is provided, so that the eave tip of the eaves gutter located on the back side of the engagement part is provided. This cover material acts as an arm to hold the load of the eaves gutter because it engages and holds it in a pulled manner toward the building.

The eaves structure using the gutter receiving material of the present invention can be applied to new or existing buildings such as general houses and apartment complexes, or the eaves structure thereof, and is particularly applicable to the eaves structure of existing buildings.
Fig. 1(c) shows an eaves structure using such a gutter receiving material 1 and eaves gutter 2, which can be applied to a newly built eaves structure, and can also be applied to an existing roof structure by constructing a new eaves structure or It can also be applied as a renovation, in which the eave tip 221 of the eaves gutter 2 is engaged with the lower end 32 of the cover material 3 that covers the upper surface of the eaves gutter 2, and the upper end 33 of the cover material 3 is directly or Fixed indirectly.
This cover material 3 is a member that prevents snow from accumulating inside the eaves gutter 2, fallen leaves, etc. from entering and accumulating, and birds from building nests inside the eaves gutter 2. A plurality of small-diameter slit holes are formed as water inlets 311 that guide rainwater inside, and a lower end (engaging portion) 32 formed in a substantially U-shape is connected to the eave tip 221 of the eaves gutter 2 at the lower end. A fixed part 33 is formed near the upper end of the fixed part 33, and the fixed part 33 is fixed to the extending piece 41 of the eave arabesque 4 fixed to the eave end of the exterior base 5B, thereby fixing the exterior base 5B. It is indirectly fixed to 5B.
The engaging portion 32 extends obliquely upward from the tip of the eaves of the decorative surface 31, and is formed into a substantially U-shape with the tip bent downward and the lower end bent inward. A drain groove 312 recessed downward is formed at the boundary between the decorative surface 31 and the engaging portion 32, and water guide ports are formed at predetermined intervals.
The fixing part 33 is a part located near the building side end of the decorative surface 31, and in the first embodiment, it is fixed to the extending piece 41 of the eaves arabesque 4 with screws 3b.

The frame 5A is an H frame forming a roof slope, and on the upper side thereof, a field material 5B made of a wood wool cement board or the like is provided, and furthermore, an exterior material 6A and a heat insulation backup material 6B are arranged on the upper surface. ing.
A waterproof sheet 6D is laid on the front surface (upper surface) of the field material 5B, and an eave arabesque 4 is fixed to the upper surface of the eaves with screws 4b.

The exterior material 6A is a horizontal roofing material with a backing material attached to the back side, and the exterior material 6A is a horizontal roofing material with a backing material attached to the back surface side, and the exterior material 6A has a flow pattern on the surface side of the insulation backup material 6B fixed to the upper surface of the field material 5B. The exterior materials 6A, 6A adjacent to each other in the direction are laid so as to be engaged with each other. Note that the fixture 6c for fixing the heat insulating backup material 6B and the fixture 6e for fixing the exterior material 6A are each long screws, and are driven so as to reach the frame 5A.

The eaves arabesque 4 also includes an extending piece 41 that extends toward the eaves side and follows the fixing part 33 provided at the upper end of the cover material 3, and an attachment fixing part 42 to the exterior base 5B of the building. , an engagement attachment part 43 that engages the exterior material 6A on the furthest side of the eave, and an attachment support part 44 that supports the end of the heat insulating backup material 6B on the furthest eave side.

In this way, the gutter receiving material 1 of Example 1 can be easily installed without any restrictions on the angle of the eaves of an existing roof or the eaves of a new roof, and can easily and reliably install the eaves gutter 2 in the appropriate position. Can be installed in any position. In particular, in this embodiment 1, since the eaves of the exterior base material such as the field material 5B (eaves arabesque 4) are fixed at two fixing parts 11, 11, the attachment of the gutter receiving material 1 is also fixed to the eaves of the eaves gutter 2. Installation can also be done more stably.

Furthermore, since the gutter receiving material 1 is formed by bending such as roll forming, it can be easily applied to various new or existing roofs. In addition, the fact that it is formed by bending means that it can be slightly deformed and finely adjusted on site, so even if deformation occurs during transportation to the site, it will not be possible to The inclined piece part 16 can be disposed by finely adjusting the angle so that the vertical piece part 15 extends perpendicularly to the slope of the roof. In this way, it can be easily used for renovation according to the slope of the existing roof, and the renovation work can be easily carried out.

In addition, in this embodiment 1, in addition to the gutter receiving material 1, the eave arabesque 4 and the cover material 3 are used as described above, so the eave gutter 2 is placed on both sides, that is, on the building side and on the eave tip side. It can be held stably.

The gutter receiving material 1 of Example 2 shown in FIG. ) can be attached in two places. Note that they are also common in that a screw 2b shown by a dashed line is driven into the same position on the vertical piece 15, but the screw 2b only attaches the side surface 23 of the eaves gutter 2 on the building side to the gutter receiving material 1. .

The fixing parts 11, 11 of the gutter receiving material 1 in this second embodiment are two fixing parts 11 to the eaves of the exterior base 5B, and are provided on the inclined piece part 16, as shown in FIG. 2(b). Since it is fixed with screws 1b, 1b, it is stably attached.

The eaves structure using the gutter receiving material 1 of Example 2 is a structure in which there is no fascia wall itself, as shown in FIG. 2(c), but other structures of the building itself are also Since the structure of the cover material 3 and the like is also completely the same, the same reference numerals are given in the drawings and the explanation thereof will be omitted.
In this Embodiment 2, as mentioned above, there is no fascia wall itself, so Embodiment 1 is superior in installation stability. Since the gutter receiving material 1 itself is lightweight and is provided at two locations, the installation of the gutter receiving material 1 and the eaves gutter 2 can be done more stably, which is exactly the same as in Example 1 above. It is.

The gutter receiving material 1' of Example 3 shown in FIG. Since the eaves gutter 2 is also the same, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the explanation thereof will be omitted.

The eaves structure using the gutter receiving material 1' of Example 3 has a structure in which the cover material 3' extends largely (long) toward the water side, as shown in FIG. 3(b), and the extending end 34 is attached so as to be inserted into the connecting portion between the exterior members 6A' and 6A'. Note that this cover material 3' has the same structure as the cover material 3 in Example 1, etc., except that it extends long toward the water side as described above, and the water inlet 311 etc. are omitted from the illustration. There is.
Further, in this third embodiment, the roof structure formed on the surface side of the field material 5B is different from those in the first and second embodiments. That is, on the upper surface of the H frame 5A forming the roof slope, a field material 5B made of a wood wool cement board or the like is arranged, and a waterproof sheet 6D is laid on the surface side, and a suspender 6f is placed on the upper surface of the field material 5B. An exterior covering material 6A' is disposed, and an eaves arabesque 4' is fixed to the upper surface of the eave end of the field material 5B with screws 4b.

The exterior material 6A' is similar to the exterior material 6A in Example 1 in that it is a horizontal roofing material with a backing material attached to the back side, but the exterior material 6A' is a horizontal roofing material with a backing material attached to the back side. It is laid in a state where it is held by a hanger 6f attached with a screw 5g.
Further, the eaves arabesque 4' is composed of a horizontal piece 46 extending horizontally from the surface side of the field material 5B, and a vertical piece 47 extending downward from approximately the center of the horizontal piece 46, A space 48 is formed between the vertical piece 47 and the horizontal piece 46 that curve toward the eaves.

In this third embodiment, by extending the cover material 3' largely toward the water side, the fixed part of the exterior material 6', which can be placed furthest below the water, is hidden, for example, without using a separate member (decorative material). At the same time, even if there is rainwater that enters through the fixing device (screw 3b), it can be guided into the eaves gutter 2. In addition to fixing the cover material 3' by driving the screws 3b, the extending end 34 of the cover material 3' is attached so as to be inserted into the connecting part between the exterior materials 6A' and 6A', so that negative pressure caused by blow-up etc. It has strong durability.
In addition, since the eave arabesque 4' used has the above-mentioned space 48, even if rainwater infiltrates through the screw 4b, it can be reliably guided into the eaves gutter 2.

The gutter receiving material 1" of Example 4 shown in FIG. 2 is also similar, so the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the explanation will be omitted.

The eaves structure using the gutter receiving material 1" of Example 4 can be easily achieved by attaching the diagonal piece 16 of the gutter receiving material 1" to the lower end of the existing roof exterior material 6" so as to overlap. The constructed eaves structure has a structure in which the cover material 3'' extends further (longer) toward the water side, as shown in FIG. 4(b), and the extending end 34 The structure in which the cover material 3' is attached so as to be inserted into the connecting portion between the exterior materials 6A" and 6A" is the same as that of the cover material 3' in the third embodiment.
Further, in this embodiment 4, the roof structure formed on the surface side of the field material 5B is different from the above-mentioned embodiments 1 to 3. That is, on the upper surface of the H frame 5A that forms the roof slope, a field material 5B made of wood wool cement board etc. is arranged, a waterproof sheet 6D is laid on the surface side, and an exterior material 6A'' is further arranged, A housing material 4C is fixed to the upper surface of the eave end of the field material 5B together with a cover material 3'' using screws 3b.

The exterior material 6A'' is similar to the exterior material 6A in Examples 1 and 2 and the exterior material 6A' in Example 3 in that it is a horizontal roofing material with a backing material attached to the back side. However, the exterior material 6A'' is laid in a state where it is directly fixed to the field material 5B with screws 6h.
The holding material 4C is a member formed by bending like the gutter receiving material 1'', and includes a horizontal piece portion 491 extending horizontally from the surface side of the field material 5B. It consists of an eave end portion 492 which is the tip of the eave of the horizontal piece portion 491 pushed back, and an extension portion 493 that extends downward from the eave end portion 492.

In Example 4, as in Example 3, by extending the cover material 3" largely toward the water side, for example, the exterior material can be placed furthest below the water without using a separate member (decorative material). 6" fixed part is hidden, and even if there is rainwater that enters from the fixing tool (screw 3b), it can be guided into the eaves gutter 2. In addition to fixing the cover material 3' by driving the screws 3b, the extending end 34 of the cover material 3' is attached so as to be inserted into the connecting part between the exterior materials 6A' and 6A', so that negative pressure caused by blow-up etc. It has strong durability.
In addition, in this Embodiment 4, unlike the above-mentioned Embodiment 3, the cover material is fixed with long screws 3b" without using the screws 4b for fixing the eaves arabesque (filling material 4C) or the screws 1b for fixing the gutter receiving material 1". The gutter receiving material 1", the exterior material 6A", and the housing material 4C are fixed to the upper end of the fascia wall 5C in this order, with the material 3" facing the outermost surface.

In the gutter receiving material 1E of Example 5 shown in FIG. 5(a), since the slope of the existing building (folded plate roof 7D) is gentle, the sloped piece portion 16 is disposed approximately horizontally. However, the vertical piece portion 15 is substantially the same as in Example 1, except that it is arranged substantially vertically as in the other examples, and the eaves gutter supported by the gutter receiving material 1E is 2 is also similar, so the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the explanation will be omitted.

The fixing parts 11, 11 of the gutter receiving material 1E in Example 5 are two fixing parts 11 to the eaves of the exterior base 5B, and are provided on the inclined piece part 16, as shown in FIG. 5(c). The eaves arabesque 4" is fixed in series with screws 4b and 4b, so it is stably attached.

The eaves structure using the gutter receiving material 1E of Example 5 is a modified structure in which the eaves gutter 2 is attached to the eaves of the folded plate roof 7D where the gutter material 7A extends in the flow direction, as shown in FIG. 5(c). Therefore, the gutter receiving material 1E, the cover material 3" shown by the dotted line in FIG. 5(a), and the eave arabesque 4" shown in FIG. Install the eaves gutter 2 using the
In this Example 5, in the folded plate roof 7D in which the gutter material 7A extends in the flow direction, the gutter material 7A continuous in the flow direction is fixed by the support member 7B (fixing device 7c), and the adjacent gutter material 7A, It has a structure in which a heat insulating material 7E is disposed between 7A, and the lower end of the gutter material 7A is folded down so that rainwater etc. can smoothly fall into the eaves gutter 2.

The folded plate roof 7D is a vertical roofing material that continues in the flow direction, and has a structure that is engaged and held by a support member 7B that fixes the gutter material 7A, and has a base material 5B' and a base material 5B' on the back side. A fascia wall 5C' and the like are arranged, but since they are not related to the gutter receiving material 1E, their explanation will be omitted.
The eaves arabesque 4'' also includes an extending piece 41 extending toward the eaves side and along which the fixing part 33 provided at the upper end of the cover material 3'' is attached, and an attachment fixing part 42 to the field material 5B. An inclined piece that is composed of an engagement attachment part 43 that engages the lower end of the vertical roofing material 6D and a vertical piece part 47 that extends downward, and that connects the lower end of the vertical piece part 47 and the fixing part 42. In this configuration, a space portion 48 is formed above the portion.

In this fifth embodiment, various types of eaves gutters 2 can be easily attached to the eaves of the folded plate roof 7D in which the gutter material 7A extends in the flow direction. It can be easily flowed down. More specifically, rainwater is guided from the lower end of the gutter material 7A to the mounting and fixing part 42 of the eave arabesque 4" and the space 48, and is caused to fall into the eaves gutter 2.
In addition, rainwater etc. flowing down the folded plate roof 7D itself is basically guided to the gutter material 7A, but even if there is rainwater flowing down the folded plate roof (vertical roofing material) 7D itself, the lower end of the water will be guided to the gutter material 7A. It can be reliably guided from the cover material 3'' to the eaves gutter 2.

The gutter receiving material 1F of Example 6 shown in FIG. The gutter receiving material 1F is supported except that the inclined piece part 16 is formed through the L-shaped part 17 that extends to the side (downward sloped shape) and is bent at a right angle (upward sloped shape). Since the eaves gutter 2 is also the same, the same reference numerals are used in the drawings and the explanation thereof will be omitted.
The inclined piece part 16 in this embodiment 6 is provided with a fixing part 11 (screw 1b) to the exterior base 5B, and also serves as a decorative part that covers the eaves of the existing roof (such as a drainer).

The eaves structure using the gutter receiving material 1F of Example 6 has the same base structure (existing roof) as the eaves structure using the gutter receiving material 1'' of Example 4, and with respect to this existing roof, The same applies to the point where the inclined piece 16 of the gutter receiving material 1F is attached so as to overlap the water bottom end of the exterior material 6", but in that case, the L-shaped part 17 is attached to the water bottom of the housing material 4C and the exterior material 4A". The gutter receiving material 1F is arranged so as to be located on the side.
Further, in the sixth embodiment as well, the fixing portion 11 of the gutter receiving material 1F is attached so as to be covered with a cover material 3'' that covers the upper surface of the eaves gutter 2, and is fixed with screws 3b'.

The gutter receiving material 1G of Example 7 shown in FIG. The gutter receiving material 1G is not supported except that the inclined piece part 16 is formed through the L-shaped part 17' which extends to the side (downward sloped shape) and is bent at a right angle (upward sloped shape). Since the supported eaves gutter 2 is also the same, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the explanation thereof will be omitted.
The difference between this gutter receiving material 1G and the gutter receiving material 1F of Example 6 is the presence or absence of a water return piece 18 at the upper end of the vertical piece 15 that slopes toward the L-shaped portion 17'.
The inclined piece part 16 in this embodiment 7 is provided with a fixing part 11 (screw 1b) to the exterior base 5B, and also serves as a decorative part that covers the eaves of the existing roof (drainers, etc.).

The eaves structure using the gutter receiving material 1G of Example 7 has the same base structure (existing roof) as the eaves structure using the gutter receiving material 1'' of Example 4, and with respect to this existing roof, The same method is used in attaching the inclined piece 16 of the gutter receiving material 1G to the lower end of the exterior material 6" so as to overlap it, but in this case, the L-shaped portion 17' is attached to the water of the housing material 4C and the exterior material 4A". The gutter receiving material 1G is arranged so as to be located on the lower side.In particular, the water return piece 18 of the gutter receiving material 1G is placed on the water side of the extension part 493 of the storage material 4C as shown in the dotted circle in FIG. 7(b). It is desirable that the
