Description

The present invention relates to a sheet for an assembly type packaging box that can be assembled into a box shape, and an assembly type packaging box.

In recent years, as the world has been working on the SDGs, packaging has been reviewed, and efforts are being made to make containers and packaging more compact and to reduce the amount of plastic and paper used. An increasing number of products are being sold by switching from bottles to pouch containers with spouts to reduce their environmental impact. Furthermore, in the past, many products such as shampoo, body soap, and liquid detergent that were sold in pouch containers with spouts were sold as refill containers that could be refilled into dedicated bottles. However, in recent years, pouch containers with spouts have been used for cosmetics such as men's lotions and emulsions, facial soaps, seasonings such as soy sauce and miso, and alcoholic beverages such as wine and sake. It is becoming more and more common.

Furthermore, with the spread of online shopping, these products can be easily purchased over the internet. These products are often delivered using delivery services such as courier services. For example, when packaging items in glass bottles, a partition is placed inside the box body to separate the bottles. , a packaging box in which a cushioning inner plate is placed on the inner partition and then a lid is placed on the box body has been devised as a packaging box for bottles as disclosed in Patent Document 1. The packaging box for bottles of Patent Document 1 is a packaging box that has a general packaging form used when gifting a bottle containing alcohol, etc., and includes a box body, a lid, a partition, a bottom plate, and a middle plate. It is constructed as separate parts. In addition, a U-shaped pillow is formed at one end of the partition to support the head of the bottle, and by making a Y-shaped notch on the top of the pillow, the head of the bottle is When pressed, the notch opens downward and holds the bottle head in place.

Furthermore, as a corrugated cardboard envelope formed from a single corrugated sheet, a front panel part, a back panel part, a bottom gusset part, a side gusset part, a top gusset part, a side adhesive part, and a top adhesive part are provided. A corrugated cardboard envelope has been devised as disclosed in Patent Document 2, which includes a bottom corner sealing portion, and a top corner sealing portion. The thickness of the cardboard envelope disclosed in Patent Document 2 can be easily adjusted depending on the thickness of the contents to be shipped. In recent years, with the increase in the number of nuclear families and dual-income households, the percentage of people staying at home, especially during the day, has been decreasing. Therefore, as one means to solve the problem of decreased product delivery efficiency, cardboard envelopes such as those disclosed in Patent Document 2 are used, which allows the product to be directly placed in a mailbox or delivered to a mailbox. Additionally, using these mail delivery services has the advantage that shipping costs are lower than that of home delivery.

However, if you try to ship cosmetics or liquid seasonings filled in a pouch container with a spout in a packaging box as in Patent Document 1, even if the container is a small pouch container with a spout. Even so, it is necessary to prepare a member to hold the cap part and a cover member to protect the pouch container part as separate parts, and they must be placed not only inside the outer box but also inside the box to secure the product. A member is required for this purpose. As a result, the packaging material becomes expensive, and the size of the package makes it impossible to put it in the mailbox, so it is necessary to use a courier service, which raises the issue of high delivery costs. Furthermore, in order to reduce delivery costs, a cardboard envelope that can be sent as a mail service has been devised, as disclosed in Patent Document 2. However, since a pouch container with a spout is manufactured by forming a film sheet into a bag shape, for example, if a cushioning material is wrapped around the pouch container and the pouch container is placed in a cardboard envelope devised in Patent Document 2. However, if external pressure is applied, the spout and cap may not be able to withstand the pressure and the liquid inside may leak out. In addition, in order to relieve pressure from the outside, when the pouch container portion is wrapped with a cushioning material and placed in the cardboard envelope devised in Patent Document 2, the thickness of the cardboard envelope increases. There is a problem in that the envelope becomes too large than the specified size and becomes oversized, making it impossible to use the mail delivery service.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, to prevent the contents of the pouch container from leaking due to the impact of external pressure during delivery, and to enable mail delivery using a mail delivery system or delivery to a mailbox. To provide an assembly type packaging box sheet and an assembly type packaging box exclusively for pouch containers with spouts.

Further, on the opposite side of the front plate side top plate 4b from the bottom plate 1, a front side plate 4c is formed which further extends from the side opposite to the bottom plate 1. Further, on the side opposite to the bottom plate 1 of the side plate 4c on the side of the front plate, there is a front plate side that further extends from the side opposite to the bottom plate 1 and comes into contact with a part of the bottom plate 1 when folded inward and assembled. It forms a bottom plate 4d.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, an edge plate 5a extending from the side opposite to the bottom plate 1 is formed on the side of the rear plate 5 opposite to the bottom plate 1. Further, a folding piece 5b is formed extending from one of the two left and right sides of the rear plate 5, and from one side excluding the above-mentioned side, the folding piece 5b has the same shape as the second side plate 3 and the second side plate A plywood board 9 overlapping with 3 is formed. Further, on the opposite side of the plywood 9 from the top plate 8, a second intermediate plate 7 extending from the opposite side to the top plate 8 and having the same shape as the first intermediate plate 6 is formed. Further, a pair of insertion pieces 7a are formed on the left and right sides of the second intermediate plate 7, extending from the left and right sides of the second intermediate plate 7 and facing each other.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. Cuts 11 are formed in parallel positions along the curve 10 to allow the insertion pieces 6a, 7a to be inserted from the outside. Furthermore, a notch 11 is formed at a parallel position along the folding line 10 between the first side plate 2 and the first middle plate 6, into which the large insertion piece 8a can be inserted from the outside.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a cutout 4i is formed from a part of the bottom plate 4d on the front side to a part of the side plate 4c on the front side. Further, on the side of the cutout 4i in the direction of the bottom plate, a rectangle having the same width as the cutout 4i and a rectangle with different lengths of long sides that are wider than the same width as the cutout 4i are connected by a taper. A bent piece 4h is formed. Furthermore, an abutment plate 4g having the same width as the lower end of the bent piece 4h is formed on the lower end side of the bent piece 4h.

2 and 3 are enlarged views of the r portion shown in FIG. 1, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, between the bent piece 4h and the abutting plate 4g, A folding line 10 is formed which can be bent inward. Further, a folding line 10 that can be bent inward is formed between the abutting plate 4g and the top plate 4b on the front plate side.

As shown in FIG. 2, the length a in the vertical direction of the bent piece 4h is preferably formed to be equal to the length a' shown in FIG. Further, when the length b in the vertical direction of the abutment plate 4g is determined by subtracting the thickness of the sheet from the length b' shown in FIG. It can be assembled so as to overlap with the upper side of the bottom plate 4d on the plate side.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the horizontal width c of the upper end of the bent piece 4h is formed shorter than the horizontal width c' of the lower end of the bent piece 4h. By connecting them with a taper, when the bent piece 4h is bent inward, a neck hanging piece 4f is formed. As a result, when trying to set the spout pouch container B with a cap in the assembly type packaging box of the present invention, since the neck hanging piece 4f is formed, the spout Bb portion of the spout pouch container B with a cap is The neck part can be easily fitted and set, and the neck part can be held while being caught on the neck hanging piece 4f.

Now, the process of assembling the assembly type corrugated box sheet A of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 5 to 20. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the sheet A for an assembled corrugated box according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. When the plate 4 is bent inward, it becomes as shown in Fig. 5.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, bend the side plate 4c on the front side inward while following the folding line 10 at the boundary between the top plate 4b on the front side and the side plate 4c on the front side, Then, the bottom plate 4d on the front side is sequentially bent inward while following the folding line 10 at the boundary between the side plate 4c on the front side and the bottom plate 4d on the front side. Furthermore, by folding the folding piece 4a inwardly along the folding line 10 at the boundary between the front plate 4 and the folding piece 4a, it becomes as shown in FIG.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the front plate side top plate 4b is bent inward along the folding line 10 at the boundary between the front plate 4 and the front plate side top plate 4b. become that way. From the state shown in FIG. 8, the bending piece 4h is bent inward while following the bending line 10 at the boundary between the abutting plate 4g and the bending piece 4h, resulting in a state as shown in FIG.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, when the abutting plate 4g is bent inward along the folding line 10 at the boundary between the top plate 4b on the front side and the abutting plate 4g, the bent piece 4h It can be assembled so that the surfaces that rise above the bottom plate 4d on the front plate side are in contact with each other, as shown in FIG. 10.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, when the rear plate 5 is bent inward following the folding line 10 at the boundary between the bottom plate 1 and the rear plate 5, the plywood connected to the rear plate 5 9 also rises in the same way, resulting in the state shown in FIG. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, by bending the edge plate 5a and the folding piece 5b connected to the rear plate 5 inward, it becomes as shown in FIG.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the first side plate 2 is bent inward following the folding line 10 at the boundary between the bottom plate 1 and the first side plate 2, and connected to the first middle plate 6. By bending the insertion pieces 6a on the two sides inward along the folding lines 10, the state shown in FIG. 13 is obtained.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, while bending the first middle plate 6 inwardly while following the folding line 10 at the boundary between the first side plate 2 and the first middle plate 6, By fitting into the notch 11, the first intermediate plate 6 can be assembled and held without using any fixing means such as adhesive tape.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the plywood 9 can be bent inward along a folding line 10 at the boundary between the rear plate 5 and the plywood 9. As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the second intermediate plate 7 is bent inward while following the folding line 10 at the boundary between the plywood 9 and the second intermediate plate 7, and the second intermediate plate 7 As shown in FIG. 16, while bending the insertion piece 7a on the two sides connected to the insertion piece 7a inward along the folding line 10, the insertion piece 7a is fitted into the notch 11 as shown in FIG. The state shown in 17 is reached.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the top plate 8 is bent inward while following the folding line 10 at the boundary between the second side plate 3 and the top plate 8, and the difference between the top plate 8 and the top plate 8 is By folding the large insertion piece 8a inward while following the folding line 10 at the boundary with the large insertion piece 8a, and fitting the large insertion piece 8a into the notch 11 as shown in FIG. As shown in 20, the assembled packaging box Aa is completed. The assembly type packaging box Aa according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a box size of 225 mm x 155 mm x 30 mm, which falls within the specified size that allows for mailboxing and mailbox delivery. Note that the size of the assembly type packaging box Aa is not limited to the size of the packaging box, as long as it is within the size of 340 mm x 250 mm x 30 mm that can be sent by mail.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the x portion of FIG. 1, and FIG. 21 is an enlarged view of the y portion of FIG. 19. As shown in FIG. By cutting the guide 11a so that notches are made on three sides to form a U-shape, a guide 11a whose three sides rise upward and protrude when assembled into a box shape is formed, as shown in FIG. Thereby, the large insertion piece 8a can be fitted while following the guide 11a, so that the large insertion piece 8a can be easily inserted into the notch 11.

Further, after the large insertion piece 8a is fitted, the guide 11a holds the large insertion piece 8a, so that it also serves to prevent the top plate 8 from lifting up. Note that if the height at which the guide 11a protrudes upward is too high, the size may be outside the standard size for mail delivery, so the height at which the guide 11a protrudes should be greater than or equal to the thickness of the packaging box sheet. It is best to make a cut so that it stands up at less than twice the thickness of the packaging sheet.

Furthermore, in the same way as the large insertion piece 8a and the guide 11a, a notch 11 provided between the front plate 4 and the top plate 4b on the front plate side shown in FIG. A similar effect can be achieved by similarly forming a cut in which the guide 11 is provided in the cut 11 provided between the edge plates 5a.

22 and 23 are conceptual diagrams showing a state in which the spouted pouch container B is set in the assembly type packaging box Aa of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, When assembled, a cap storage space 4e and a container storage space 1a appear. Further, FIG. 24 shows an enlarged view of the z portion in FIG. 23, and between the cap storage space 4e and the container storage space 1a, as shown in FIGS. 24 to 26, the neck of the spout Bb is However, it can be held between the left and right sides by the neck hanging piece 4f.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 24 to 26, the neck hanging piece 4f has a cutout having the same width as the width c of the upper end of the bent piece 4h, in accordance with the size of the neck of the spout Bb. Sheet A for an assembly-type packaging box that can accommodate various types of pouch containers B with spouts by changing the width c' of the opening 4i and the lower end of the bent piece 4h, and assembly-type packaging A box Aa can be provided.

Furthermore, the structure allows the pouch container with a spout to be accommodated in the assembly type packaging box Aa of the present invention as long as it falls within the size of the bottom plate 1. Specifically, FIG. 27 is an image diagram showing a state in which spouted pouch containers B1 of different sizes are set in the assembly type packaging box Aa of the present invention. The broken line shows how the cap Bc and pouch container Ba are stored in the box, but the part that is not visible from the opening window of the cap storage space and shown by the broken line is the actual cap. It becomes the size of Bc. Even a horizontally long oval cap Bc can be stored. Further, the portion that is not visible from the opening window of the container storage space and is indicated by a broken line is the actual size of the pouch container Ba, and the lower end of the pouch container Ba can be stored up to a position close to the rear plate 5. It looks like this. Furthermore, both left and right ends of the pouch container Ba can be stored up to positions close to the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3.

Further, FIG. 28 is an image diagram showing a state in which spouted pouch containers B2 of different sizes are set in the assembly type packaging box Aa of the present invention. B2 is set in the assembly type packaging box Aa of the present invention. It becomes possible to hold the cap Bc by hooking the neck hanging piece 4f near the lower end thereof. In this way, it is possible to produce and use multiple types of assembly packaging boxes Aa that match the size of the neck of the spout Bb, but even if there are various sizes of caps Bc, pouch containers Ba, etc., only one type of packaging box Aa can be used. If there is an assembly packaging box Aa of a certain size, it is possible to use it for multiple purposes.

FIGS. 29 to 33 show a second different embodiment of an assembly type packaging box sheet A1 and an assembly type packaging box Ab of the present invention. The assembly method is the same as that described in Embodiment 1, but Embodiment 2 has a configuration in which three spouted pouch containers B can be stored at the same time. Although three spouted pouch containers B are shown in FIGS. 32 and 33, the number of assembly type packaging box sheets A1 and assembly type packaging boxes Ab of the present invention that form the cap storage space is limited. However, three or more cap storage spaces may be provided on the top plate 4b on the front plate side. Furthermore, although not shown, the cap storage space 4e is not only provided on the front plate side top plate 4b but also on the rear plate side in the same manner as the front plate side top plate 4b. By forming this, it becomes possible to store four or more spouted pouch containers B.

The assembly type packaging box Ab, which is the second embodiment of the present invention, has a box size of 305 mm x 255 mm x 30 mm, which is within the specified size that allows mailboxing and mailbox delivery. The size of the assembly type packaging box Ab may be within the size of 340 mm x 250 mm x 30 mm that can be sent by mail, and is not limited to the size of the packaging box.

In addition, in this embodiment, the explanation has been made using the assembly type packaging boxes Aa and Ab that use the rectangular bottom plate 1, but the shape of the bottom plate 1 is not limited to the rectangular shape. May be used.
