Claims (13)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルが収容されたケースと、
前記ケースに結合されるカバーと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを冷却するように前記ケースと前記カバーとの間に配置された冷却パイプと、
前記冷却パイプを支持し、前記冷却パイプの形状に対応するように可変的に設けられた支持構造と、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カバーには複数の収容溝が形成されており、
前記支持構造は、前記複数の収容溝にそれぞれ結合されるように突出部が形成された複数の支持ブロックを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の収容溝は予め設定された形状に並べられており、
前記複数の支持ブロックは、前記複数の収容溝の少なくとも一部に結合されて流路パスを形成しており、
前記冷却パイプは前記流路パスに嵌入している、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却パイプが前記流路パスに嵌入すると、前記複数の支持ブロックが前記冷却パイプに接触して前記冷却パイプを支持する、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の収容溝に結合される前記複数の支持ブロックの数と位置に応じて、前記流路パスは可変的に設けられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルが収容されるケースと、
前記ケースに結合された電装部材と、
前記電装部材を冷却するように前記電装部材に配置された冷却パイプと、
前記冷却パイプを支持し、前記冷却パイプの形状に対応するように可変的な支持構造と、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記電装部材は、
電装品が収容された電装ケースと、
前記電装ケースに結合された電装カバーと、
を含み、
前記冷却パイプは、前記電装品を冷却するように前記電装ケースと前記電装カバーとの間に配置されている、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記電装カバーには複数の収容溝が形成されており、
前記支持構造は、前記複数の収容溝にそれぞれ結合されるように突出部が形成された複数の支持ブロックを含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の収容溝は予め設定された形状に並べられており、
前記複数の支持ブロックは、前記複数の収容溝の少なくとも一部に結合されて流路パスを形成しており、
前記冷却パイプは前記流路パスに嵌入している、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却パイプが前記流路パスに嵌入すると、前記複数の支持ブロックが前記冷却パイプに接触して前記冷却パイプを支持する、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の収容溝に結合される前記複数の支持ブロックの数と位置に応じて、前記流路パスは可変的に設けられている、請求項10に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
