Claims (14)
- 発光デバイスであって、
動作時に、光を発する少なくとも1つの光源と、
当該発光デバイスによって照らされるべき表面に向かう第1の方向に前記少なくとも1つの光源によって発せられる光を向けるように構成される少なくとも1つの自由形状屈折レンズ要素であって、前記自由形状屈折レンズ要素は、前記照らされるべき表面に向かう方向に向く第1の端部及び前記照らされるべき表面から離れる方向に向く第2の端部を含む、自由形状屈折レンズ要素と、
少なくとも1つの第1のTIR要素であって、前記第1のTIR要素は、前記照らされるべき表面から離れる第2の方向に前記少なくとも1つの光源から発せられる光を平行且つ下方方向に伝搬する光にコリメート及びリダイレクトするように構成されるコリメーティングTIR要素であり、前記第1のTIR要素は、光インカップリング面及び光アウトカップリング面を含み、前記第1のTIR要素の前記光インカップリング面は、前記自由形状屈折レンズ要素の前記第2の端部に配置される、第1のTIR要素と、
前記第1のTIR要素によってコリメートされ、リダイレクトされる光を、前記照らされるべき表面に向かう方向に伝搬し、前記自由形状屈折レンズ要素によって向けられる光の強度ピークとアラインされる広角に2つの強度ピークを有する強度分布を有する光にリダイレクトするように構成される少なくとも1つの第2のTIR要素であって、前記少なくとも1つの第2のTIR要素は、前記第1のTIR要素の前記光アウトカップリング面に配置され、前記光アウトカップリング面は、前記第1のTIR要素が終わり、前記第2のTIR要素が始まる位置を示す、第2のTIR要素と、
を含む、発光デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第2のTIR要素は、非対称要素又は傾斜プリズム状要素又は前記照らされるべき表面に垂直な垂直平面において鏡面対称であり、前記照らされるべき表面を横切る直交方向において非対称である要素である、請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のTIR要素は、複数の光アウトカップリング要素を含み、前記光アウトカップリング要素は、プリズム状、円錐状、又はプリズム状及び円錐状の組み合わせである形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のTIR要素は、複数の光アウトカップリング要素を含み、前記光アウトカップリング要素は、三角形、非対称三角形及び二等辺三角形のいずれかである断面形状を有する、又は前記光アウトカップリング要素は、湾曲又はスプライン形状を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のTIR要素は、表面テクスチャ、表面コーティング又は反射防止コーティングを備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの自由形状屈折レンズ要素、前記少なくとも1つの第1のTIR要素及び前記少なくとも1つの第2のTIR要素は、一体に設けられている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの自由形状屈折レンズ要素、前記少なくとも1つの第1のTIR要素及び前記少なくとも1つの第2のTIR要素は、射出成形又は鋳造又は成形又は3D印刷又は圧縮成形又はエンボス加工されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 当該発光デバイスは、光源のアレイと、前記光源のアレイの各光源に関連付けられる、自由形状屈折レンズ要素、第1のTIR要素及び第2のTIR要素とを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 当該発光デバイスは、ユニットのアレイを含むレンズプレートを含み、各ユニットは、自由形状屈折レンズ要素、第1のTIR要素及び第2のTIR要素を含む、請求項8に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記レンズプレートは、一体に設けられている、請求項9に記載の発光デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイスを含む、照明器具。
- 当該照明器具は、ポールを含み、前記平行な、下方方向は、前記ポールの長手方向延在部と平行、前記ポールの長手方向延在部と5度の角度内、又は前記ポールの長手方向延在部と30度の角度内である、請求項11に記載の照明器具。
- 当該照明器具は、吊り下げ構成を含み、前記平行な、下方方向は、垂直と平行、垂直と5度の角度内、又は垂直と30度の角度内である、請求項11に記載の照明器具。
- 当該照明器具は、産業照明器具、トンネル照明器具、道路照明照明器具、ウォールウォッシング照明器具又は街路照明照明器具である、請求項11乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の照明器具。
