Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- フラクチャリングポンプ用システムであって、
フラクチャリングポンプに接続されたギヤボックスに接続されたタービンと;
フラクチャリングポンプ用システムを制御するための制御装置と;
前記タービンに入る空気を処理するための空気濾過システムと
を備え、
前記タービンを用いて前記フラクチャリングポンプに動力を供給すること;および
前記タービンが、前記制御装置によって制御されるOEM制御装置を備えること
を特徴とするシステム。 - 1台のトレーラーに設置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 外部電力を必要としない、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 空気濾過システムをさらに備え、該空気濾過システムが、少なくとも1つのベーンを備えた濾過管を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記空気濾過システムが、濾過した微粒子を収集するための収集カップを有する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記空気濾過システムを4つ備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記濾過管が固定されており、前記空気濾過システムがフィルタを備えていない、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記ギヤボックスが、マウントを介して前記トレーラーに接続されており、該マウントがエラストマー部材を備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ギヤボックスと前記フラクチャリングポンプの間にドライブシャフトをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ドライブシャフトが、所定のトルクで向きが変わるピンを備える、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記ドライブシャフトがフローティングドライブシャフトである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 天然ガスにより前記タービンに動力が供給される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フラクチャリングポンプが多連プランジャーポンプを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 360度カメラをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数のポンプを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記タービンに接続された排気システムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記排気システムが排気管を備え、該排気管がその全長にわたって均一な直径を有していない、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記タービンが第1のファンを備え、該第1のファンにより第2のファンに動力が供給され、該第2のファンが出力シャフトに接続されており、該出力シャフトにより前記フラクチャリングポンプに動力が供給される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のファンと前記第2のファンが機械的に接続されていない、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記フラクチャリングポンプがパワーフレームを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
