- 前記第1のポリマ樹脂を少なくとも部分的に硬化して複合部品を形成することは、前記金型を選択された温度で選択された持続時間、加熱することを含む、請求項32~37のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のポリマ樹脂を少なくとも部分的に硬化して複合部品を形成することは、前記第1のポリマ樹脂を前記金型の外側で少なくとも部分的に硬化させることを含む、請求項32~39のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合部品を前記金型から取り出すことを更に含む、請求項32~39のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合部品は、航空機、自動車、ボート、又は列車の構成要素の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項32~40のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複合積層構造体であって、
第1の複数の繊維とその上の第1のポリマ樹脂とを含む第1の繊維層と、
第2の複数の繊維とその上の第2のポリマ樹脂とを含む第2の繊維層と、
前記第1の繊維層上に配置された外側ポリマ層であって、複数のグラフェンフレークがその中に配置された外側ポリマ樹脂を含む外側ポリマ層と、

- 前記第1の繊維層は少なくとも80g/m2の密度を有し、
前記第2の繊維層は少なくとも80g/m2の密度を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの追加の繊維層は少なくとも80g/m2の密度を有する、
請求項42~45のいずれか一項に記載の複合積層構造体。 - 熱放出制御された複合構造体を製造する方法であって、
レイアップ成形体であって、第1の複数の繊維及びその上に第1のポリマ樹脂を有する第1の繊維層、前記第1の繊維層の下に配置された第2の繊維層であって、第2の複数の繊維及びその上に第2のポリマ樹脂を有する第2の繊維層、ならびに前記第1の繊維層に配置された外側ポリマ層であって、複数のグラフェンフレークをその中に含む外側ポリマ樹脂を有する外側ポリマ層、を含むレイアップ成形体を形成することと、
前記レイアップ成形体を金型内でプレスすることと、
前記レイアップ成形体を少なくとも部分的に硬化させて複合部品を形成することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記複合部品を前記金型から取り出すことを更に含む、請求項47に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の複数の繊維は、ガラス繊維又は炭素繊維の1つ以上を含み、

前記レイアップ成形体を形成することは、前記少なくとも1つの追加の繊維層を前記第1の繊維層と前記第2の繊維層との間に配置することを含む、

- 前記レイアップ成形体を少なくとも部分的に硬化して複合部品を形成することは、前記第1のポリマ樹脂、前記第2のポリマ樹脂、又は前記外側ポリマ樹脂の1つ以上を前記金型の外側で少なくとも部分的に硬化させることを含む、請求項47~53のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合部品を前記金型から取り出すことを更に含む、請求項47~54のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合部品は、航空機、自動車、ボート、又は列車の構成要素の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項47~55のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- グラフェンフレークを外面に有し、前記外面より内側の部分にグラフェンフレークを実質的に含まない、少なくとも1つの材料を含む熱放出制御された構造体。
- 前記熱放出制御された構造体は、外面にグラフェンフレークを有する熱放出制御されたフォームと、グラフェンフレークを実質的に含まない内部部分とを含む、請求項57に記載の熱放出制御された構造体。
- 前記熱放出制御された構造体は、外面にグラフェンフレークを有する外側ポリマ層と、グラフェンフレークを実質的に含まない内部部分とを含む、請求項57に記載の熱放出制御された構造体。
- 前記熱放出制御された構造体は、複数の繊維及び前記複数の繊維上に配置されたポリマ樹脂を有する1つ以上の繊維層を含む、請求項57~59のいずれか一項に記載の熱放出制御された構造体。
