Claims (16)
- 一側が開放された電池缶;
前記電池缶の底部に形成された貫通孔を通じてリベットされた電極端子;および
前記電池缶と前記電極端子との間に介在するガスケットを含み、
前記電極端子は、
前記貫通孔に挿入された胴体部;
前記電池缶の底部の外部面を通じて露出された前記胴体部の一側の周りから前記外部面に沿って延びた外部フランジ部;および
前記電池缶の底部の内部面を介して露出された前記胴体部の他側の周りから前記内部面に向かって延びた内部フランジ部を含み、
前記胴体部と前記外部フランジ部とは互いに連結された内部空洞を有し、
前記内部フランジ部は、前記内部空洞と連結され、前記電池缶の内側方向に開口した開口部を有するものである、電極端子のリベット構造。 - 前記外部フランジ部の内部空洞の少なくとも一部の内径は、前記胴体部の内径より大きい、請求項1に記載の電極端子のリベット構造。
- 前記外部フランジ部の内部空洞の少なくとも一部の内径は、前記電池缶の外側から内側方向にいくほど小さくなる、請求項1または2に記載の電極端子のリベット構造。
- 前記電極端子の胴体部の側面の厚さは、前記胴体部の内面の間の最大距離の5%以上40%以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電極端子のリベット構造。
- 前記外部フランジ部の外面の最大長さは、電池缶の底部の最大長さを基準として10%以上から40%以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電極端子のリベット構造。
- シート状の第1の電極と第2の電極とが分離膜を介在した状態で巻き取られ、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極の両側端部から延びて露出された前記第1の電極の無地部と前記第2の電極の無地部を含む電極組立体;
前記電極組立体を収納し、前記第2の電極と電気的に接続された電池缶;
前記電池缶の底部に形成された貫通孔を介してリベットされ、前記第1の電極と電気的に接続された電極端子であって、前記貫通孔に挿入された胴体部;前記電池缶の底部の外部面を通じて露出された前記胴体部の一側の周りから前記外部面に沿って延びた外部フランジ部;及び前記電池缶の底部の内部面を通じて露出された前記胴体部の他側の周りから前記内部面に向かって延びた内部フランジ部を含み、前記胴体部と前記外部フランジ部は、互いに連結された内部空洞を有し、前記内部フランジ部は、前記内部空洞と連結され、前記電池缶の内側方向に開口された開口部を有するものである電極端子;
前記第1の電極の無地部と電気的に接続される第1の集電板;
前記電極端子と前記貫通孔との間に介在したガスケット;および
前記電池缶から絶縁可能に前記電池缶の開放端部を封止する密封体を含む、二次電池。 - 前記第1の電極の無地部は、前記第1の集電板と溶接されて電気的に接続される、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の集電板は、前記電極端子の内部フランジ部の開口部を介して前記電極端子の胴体部および外部フランジ部の内部空洞に挿入して嵌められるようにする締結部をさらに含み、
前記第1の集電板の締結部は、前記電極端子の胴体部の内面の少なくとも一部と電気的に接続されている、請求項6または7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1の集電板は、前記電極端子の内部フランジ部の内面と電気的に接続されている、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の集電板の締結部は、前記電極端子の外部フランジ部の内面の少なくとも一部と電気的に接続されている、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子の外部フランジ部の内部空洞の少なくとも一部の内径は、前記電極端子の胴体部の内径より大きく、
前記第1の集電板の締結部の少なくとも一つの端部は、前記外部フランジ部の内部にリベットされるように突起が形成されている、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1の集電板の締結部の外径は、前記電極端子の胴体部の内径より大きい、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の集電板の締結部の外径と前記電極端子の胴体部の内径の比は、1:1~1.01:1である、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の集電板の締結部の突起が設けられた部分の最大外径と前記電極端子の胴体部の内径の比は、1.005:1~1.1:1である、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項6~14のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池を複数個含む、バッテリパック。
- 請求項15に記載のバッテリパックを少なくとも1つ含む、自動車。
