- 電池であって、
第一の方向(X)に沿って並んで配置される複数の電池セル(1)であって、交差して設置される第一の壁(11)と、第二の壁(12)とを含み、前記第一の壁(11)には前記電池セル(1)の内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達した時に作動して前記電池セル(1)の内部圧力を逃すための放圧機構(111)が設置される複数の電池セル(1)と、
前記複数の電池セル(1)を収容するための筐体(2)と、
前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)と前記筐体(2)の内壁との間に設置される防護部品(3)であって、前記放圧機構(111)が作動している時、前記電池セル(1)からの排出物による前記電池セル(1)の第二の壁(12)と前記筐体(2)の内壁との電気的な接続を防止するための防護部品(3)とを含む、ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記防護部品(3)は、前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)及び/又は前記筐体(2)の内壁に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記防護部品(3)は、前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)及び/又は前記筐体(2)の内壁に接着して固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は、固定バンド(4)をさらに含み、前記固定バンド(4)は、前記複数の電池セル(1)の外周を囲んで設置され、且つ前記固定バンド(4)は、前記防護部品(3)を前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)に固定するために用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電池。
- 前記防護部品(3)は、別体に設置される第一の防護部品と、第二の防護部品とを含み、前記第一の防護部品は、前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)に固定的に接続されるために用いられ、前記第二の防護部品は、前記筐体(2)の内壁に固定的に接続されるために用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記防護部品(3)は、前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)及び/又は前記筐体(2)内壁に塗覆される絶縁コーティングである、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記筐体(2)内には、前記筐体(2)の内部空間を複数の収容キャビティに仕切るための構造梁(21)が設置され、各前記収容キャビティは、少なくとも一つの前記電池セル(1)を収容するために用いられ、前記防護部品(3)は、前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)と前記収容キャビティのキャビティ壁との間に設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記防護部品(3)の厚さは、0.1ミリメートル以上であり、且つ1ミリメートル以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記防護部品(3)の融点は、摂氏100度よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記防護部品(3)の第二の方向(Z)に沿う寸法は、2ミリメートル以上であり、且つ前記電池の前記第二の方向(Z)での寸法以下であり、前記第二の方向(Z)は、前記第一の方向(X)に垂直である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)と前記筐体(2)の内壁との間隔は、3ミリメートルよりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は、
前記複数の電池セル(1)を前記筐体(2)に固定するための接着剤をさらに含み、前記接着剤の少なくとも一部は、前記電池セル(1)の排出物による前記電池セル(1)の第二の壁(12)と前記筐体(2)の内壁との電気的な接続を防止するように、前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)と前記筐体(2)の内壁との間に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 前記電池セル(1)の前記第二の壁(12)と前記筐体(2)の内壁との間に位置する前記少なくとも一部の接着剤の厚さは、2ミリメートルよりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の電池を含み、前記電池は、電気エネルギーを提供するために用いられる、電力消費装置。
