Claims (12)
- 液状のエアロゾル発生基材を吸収する多孔性ウィックと、
吸収された前記液状のエアロゾル発生基材を加熱する伝導性ビード層と、
前記伝導性ビード層に加熱のための電力を伝達する端子部と、を含む、エアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。 - 前記伝導性ビード層は、前記多孔性ウィックの一面に複数の伝導性ビードが積層された層である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。
- 前記伝導性ビード層は、前記端子部から伝達された電力により前記多孔性ウィックの一面に積層された伝導性ビードが発熱する面状発熱層である、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。
- 前記伝導性ビードは、伝導性金属ビード、表面が伝導性物質でコーティングされたビード、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるものである、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。
- 前記複数の伝導性ビードの平均直径は、50から200μmである、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。
- 前記伝導性ビード層の平均厚さは、0.1から1.5mmである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。
- 前記伝導性ビード層(B)に対する前記多孔性ウィック(A)の平均厚さの比(A/B)が0.1から5である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。
- 前記多孔性ウィックは、多孔性ビードを含む構造体であり、
前記多孔性ビードは、ガラスビード、セラミックビード、アルミナビード及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるものである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。 - 前記端子部は、前記伝導性ビード層の両側端部にそれぞれ別々に位置する第1端子及び第2端子を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体を製造する方法であって、
(1)焼成された前記多孔性ウィックの一面上に伝導性ビードを積層して、前記伝導性ビード層を形成する段階と、
(2)前記伝導性ビード層が形成された前記多孔性ウィックをさらに焼成する段階と、
(3)前記伝導性ビード層の両側端部のそれぞれに第1端子及び第2端子を接着する段階と、を含む、方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体を製造する方法であって、
(a)伝導性ビード集合体を焼成させて前記伝導性ビード層を形成する段階と、
(b)前記伝導性ビード層を焼成された前記多孔性ウィックの一面に接着し、さらに焼成する段階と、
(c)前記伝導性ビード層の両側端部のそれぞれに第1端子及び第2端子を接着する段階と、を含む、方法。 - 液状エアロゾル発生基材を貯蔵する液状貯蔵部と、
エアロゾル発生基材を加熱してエアロゾルを生成するエアロゾル発生部と、
使用者の吸入により生成されたエアロゾルを排出するマウスピースと、を含み、
前記エアロゾル発生部は、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成用面状発熱体を含む、エアロゾル発生装置。
