Claims (4)
- 蓋;
上部に前記蓋が結合され、下部には一定厚さの分離膜が形成され、内部に1次試薬を収容する第1チューブ;及び
前記第1チューブの下部に結合され、内部に2次試薬を収容する第2チューブ;を含み、
前記第1チューブの内部に挿入されるピペットの挿入深さを制限し、反応液の流れを容易にするストッパーが形成されたことを特徴とするサンプル前処理チューブ。 - 前記ストッパーは、前記第1チューブの半径方向の内側に突出形成される複数個のストッパー羽根からなり、前記ストッパー羽根は、放射状に一定間隔で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサンプル前処理チューブ。
- 前記第1チューブは、
前記第1チューブの上部の外側面に第1チューブねじ山が備えられる蓋結合部;
前記第1チューブの下部の内側面に連結ねじ山が備えられる第2チューブ結合部;及び
前記第1チューブの下部の外側面に備えられる取っ手;をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサンプル前処理チューブ。 - 前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブとの間に備えられ、下部には一定厚さの分離膜が形成され、内部に追加試薬を収容する追加チューブをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサンプル前処理チューブ。
