Claims (15)
- 電池パックを収納できるように上部に向かって所定深さだけ陥没した収納部が備えられ、前記収納部の上部には第1ウォータータンクが装着された、車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記第1ウォータータンクは、前記車両用アンダーボディーに一体型で装着された、請求項1に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記第1ウォータータンクの下側には、一つ以上の電池モジュールを含む電池パックが位置する、請求項2に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記第1ウォータータンクは、上部胴体、所定形状の貫通口が設けられた下部胴体、及び前記貫通口に備えられるシーリング部材を含み、
前記シーリング部材は、所定温度に加熱されるときに溶融又は破断される素材からなる、請求項3に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。 - 前記電池モジュールは、モジュールケース及び一つ以上の電池セルを含み、前記モジュールケースは、一部が開放された形状である、請求項3又は4に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記モジュールケースは、電池セルスタックの両側面にそれぞれ位置する一対の側面板、及び前記一対の側面板を互いに固定するための一つ以上のストラップを含み、
前記側面板には、前記車両用アンダーボディーの所定部位とボルト又は溶接で固定できるように羽根部が備えられた、請求項5に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。 - 前記モジュールケースは、電池セルスタックの両側面にそれぞれ位置する一対の側面板、並びに前記一対の側面板を互いに連結する下面板及び上面板を含み、
前記側面板には、前記車両用アンダーボディーの所定部位とボルト又は溶接で固定できるように羽根部が備えられ、
前記上面板には、一つ以上の貫通ホールが形成された、請求項5に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。 - 前記第1ウォータータンクと前記電池パックとの間には熱伝導性接着部材が位置する、請求項3に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記第1ウォータータンクと前記電池パックとの間には第1緩衝パッドが位置する、請求項3に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記収納部を開放又は閉鎖するためのカバー部材がさらに備えられた、請求項3に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記電池パックと前記カバー部材との間には第2ウォータータンクが位置する、請求項10に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記電池パックと前記第2ウォータータンクとの間には熱伝導性接着部材が位置する、請求項11に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記第2ウォータータンクはヒートシンクである、請求項12に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 前記第1ウォータータンクはヒートシンクである、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の車両用アンダーボディー。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の車両用アンダーボディーが備えられた電気自動車。
