Claims (12)
- ラミネーションシートからなる電池ケースに電極組立体を収納する段階;
前記電池ケースの外周辺を1次シーリングする段階;及び
前記1次シーリングされた外周辺の少なくとも一部を2次シーリングする段階;
を含むパウチ型電池セルの製造方法であって、
前記1次シーリング及び前記2次シーリングは、シーリングツールで上部ケース及び下部ケースを加圧する工程で行われ、
前記1次シーリングのシーリング温度は、前記2次シーリングのシーリング温度よりも高い、パウチ型電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記1次シーリング温度は、130℃超~250℃以下であり、前記2次シーリング温度は、50℃以上~200℃未満である、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記1次シーリングは、前記電池ケースが密封されるように電池ケースの全外周辺を密封する工程である、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記2次シーリングは、前記電池ケースの長軸方向シーリング部のうち少なくとも一部、短軸方向シーリング部のうち少なくとも一部、及び角の一部のうち、少なくとも一方をシールする、請求項または2に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記2次シーリングは、前記電池ケースの長軸方向シーリング部の中心をシールする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記2次シーリング時間は、前記1次シーリング時間よりも長い、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記2次シーリング時間は、5秒以上である、請求項6に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記2次シーリングの加圧力は、前記1次シーリングの加圧力よりも大きい、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法によって製造されたパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記パウチ型電池セルは、外部樹脂層、金属層及び内部接着層を含むラミネートシートを電池ケースとして含み、
前記1次シーリング及び前記2次シーリングの両方が行われたシーリング部におけるポリボールの厚さは、前記1次シーリングのみ行われたシーリング部におけるポリボールの厚さの60~70%である、請求項9に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記パウチ型電池セルは、外部樹脂層、金属層及び内部接着層を含むラミネートシートを電池ケースとして含み、
前記1次シーリングのみ行われたシーリング部におけるポリボールの厚さは220μm~290μmであり、前記2次シーリングまで行われたシーリング部におけるポリボールの厚さは150μm~170μmである、請求項9または10に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記電池ケースにおいて前記1次シーリング及び前記2次シーリングされたシーリング部の密封力は、前記1次シーリングのみ行われたシーリング部の密封力よりも低い、請求項9~11のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
