Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記バッテリーセル積層体が収納されるカバーと、
前記バッテリーセル積層体に接触する緩衝部材と、を含み、
前記緩衝部材は、内部の流体が移動可能に設けられることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記緩衝部材は、
第1シートと、
前記第1シートに結合する第2シートと、
前記第1シートと前記第2シートとの間に形成され、流体が充填される複数の流体緩衝層と、
前記流体が前記複数の流体緩衝層の間を移動するように前記複数の流体緩衝層を互いに連結するチャンネルと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1シート及び前記第2シートは、熱接着可能なフィルムシートで設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記チャンネルは複数で設けられ、複数の前記チャンネルは前記流体緩衝層の四方に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のチャンネルのうち第1チャンネルは、前記複数の流体緩衝層を互いに連結し、
前記複数のチャンネルのうち第2チャンネルは、前記複数の流体緩衝層のいずれか一つの流体緩衝層と前記第1チャンネルを連結することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の流体緩衝層は、前記第1チャンネル及び前記第2チャンネルによって全て連通しており、
前記バッテリーセルのスウェリング現象によって前記バッテリーセルが膨れ上がると、前記バッテリーセルから伝達される圧力によって前記複数の流体緩衝層のうち任意の流体緩衝層に存在する流体が前記第1チャンネル及び前記第2チャンネルの少なくとも一つを介して他の流体緩衝層へ移動することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1チャンネル及び前記第2チャンネルは、垂直に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記流体緩衝層は、前記第1シートと前記第2シートの結合部分を基準にして対称形状または非対称形状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
