Claims (11)
- エアロゾル生成装置において、
エアロゾル生成物質を加熱するヒータと、
前記エアロゾル生成装置の外部から流入されるか、前記エアロゾル生成装置の内部から漏れた液体によって短絡(short)された場合、浸水信号を生成する少なくとも1つの浸水検出モジュールと、
前記浸水信号に基づいて前記ヒータの動作を制御する制御回路と、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記浸水検出モジュールは、
前記制御回路が実装された基板上で前記制御回路の周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 外部のデバイスとの通信を遂行するか、前記エアロゾル生成装置のバッテリを充電するためのコネクティングポートをさらに含み、
前記浸水検出モジュールは、前記コネクティングポートの周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
受信された前記浸水信号に基づいて、浸水お知らせ、前記ヒータの加熱動作の制限及びバッテリの電力供給の遮断のうち、少なくとも1つを遂行する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記浸水検出モジュールは、
第1極及び前記第1極と離隔して配置された第2極を含み、前記第1極と前記第2極との間の領域を侵透する液体によって前記第1極と前記第2極とが電気的に連結されるとき、浸水信号を生成する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記浸水検出モジュールは、
電気的に短絡されることにより、前記浸水検出モジュールに流れる電流の強度、前記浸水検出モジュールのキャパシタンス及び前記浸水検出モジュールのADC(Analog-to-Digital Conversion)値のうち、少なくとも1つが変化し、
前記浸水信号のサイズ(level)は、前記電流の強度、前記キャパシタンス及び前記ADC値によって異なリ、
前記制御回路は、
前記浸水検出モジュールから受信される信号を周期的にモニタリングし、前記浸水検出モジュールから受信された信号のサイズが既定のしきい値(threshold)を超える場合、浸水信号が受信されたと判断する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記浸水信号のサイズが第1しきい値以上でああり、第2しきい値未満である場合、前記浸水信号のサイズが前記第1しきい値以下に落ちるまで前記ヒータの加熱動作を制限し、
前記浸水信号のサイズが前記第2しきい値以上である場合、バッテリ電力供給を遮断する、請求項6に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 少なくとも1つの浸水検出モジュールは、他の位置に配置される複数の浸水検出モジュールを含み、
前記複数の浸水検出モジュール液体によって短絡されるとき、互いに異なる大きさの浸水信号を生成し、
前記制御回路は、
互いに異なる大きさの浸水信号に基づき、前記複数の前記浸水検出モジュールのうち、短絡された浸水検出モジュールの位置を判断する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記浸水検出モジュールは、外部に露出されない前記ヒータの隠された部分の縁部に配置され、
前記制御回路は、
前記浸水検出モジュールから受信された前記浸水信号に基づいて前記ヒータを加熱して液体を気化させる、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第1極及び前記第2極は、
前記制御回路が実装された基板上で前記制御回路の縁部と対応する形状を有し、前記制御回路の縁部に配置される、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - エアロゾル生成装置の動作方法において、
前記エアロゾル生成装置の外部から流入されるか、または前記エアロゾル生成装置の内部から漏れた液体によって、前記エアロゾル生成装置の浸水検出モジュールが短絡されるとき、浸水信号を生成する段階と、
前記浸水信号が受信されたと判断に基づいてヒータの加熱動作を非活性化するための制御を遂行する段階と、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置の動作方法。
