Abstract
Description
バクテリアセルロースハイドロゲルを水中で分散開繊処理を行うことにより、均一に分散されたバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維水溶液を得ることと、
バクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維水溶液にアルギン酸ナトリウムと亜鉛塩を入れ、加熱処理を行い、ナノ酸化亜鉛を担持したバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維水溶液を得ることと、
アルギン酸繊維スパンレース不織布を、ナノ酸化亜鉛を担持したバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維水溶液に浸漬した後、冷凍乾燥によりナノ酸化亜鉛を担持したバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維/アルギン酸繊維複合材料を得ることと、
を含む、ナノ酸化亜鉛を担持したバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維/アルギン酸繊維複合材料の製造方法を更に提供する。
70℃~100℃の温度で、バクテリアセルロースハイドロゲルを質量分率0.3%~1%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液に2~4h浸漬してから、質量分率1%~5%のラウリル硫酸ナトリウム水溶液に2~4h浸漬し、更に、バクテリアセルロース上の菌体蛋白とセルロース膜に粘着された残留培地を除去し、精製後のバクテリアセルロースハイドロゲルを得るように、中性まで蒸留水で繰り返しフラッシングすることを更に含む。
バクテリアセルロースハイドロゲルを切り身にし、水中に煮沸した後、高速分散機で均質化処理を行うことにより、バクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維水溶液を得てから、
バクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維水溶液の固形分を0.8~2wt%に調整し、その後、高圧ホモジナイザーで均質化処理を行い、
続いて、バクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維水溶液の固形分を5~10wt%に調整し、均一に分散されたバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維水溶液を得ることである。
(1)本発明は分散開繊手段を用いて、本来のバクテリアセルロースの三次元繊維ネットワックを分散して安定で均一なバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維とし、その表面で抗菌性能のあるナノ酸化亜鉛をin-situ合成し、更に、アルギン酸スパンレース不織布との複合により、最終的にナノ酸化亜鉛を担持したバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維/アルギン酸繊維複合材料を得る。このような複合材料は良好な生体適合性、力学性能と吸水性能を有し、傷口被覆材、人体修復材料及び組織工学材料等のバイオメディカル分野に大きな応用の見通しがある。

実施例1で製造されたナノ酸化亜鉛を担持したバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維/アルギン酸繊維複合材料について、以下の性能テストを行った。
本複合材料(実施例1)は、GB/T 20944.1-2007<織物の抗菌性能の評価 第1部:寒天プレート拡散法>に参照し、基準によれば、実験サンプルの抗菌帯の幅が1mm超であると、サンプルが良好な抗菌效果を有すると示した。実験結果から、本発明複合材料(実施例1)は大腸菌(Escherichia coli ATCC 8739)と黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylicoccus aureus ATCC 6538)に対する抗菌帯の幅がそれぞれ、9mmと12mmであったため、サンプルが良好な抗菌效果を有することが明らかになった。

- アルギン酸繊維スパンレース不織布にナノ酸化亜鉛を担持したバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維が吸着されてなる複合材料であって、前記ナノ酸化亜鉛は前記バクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維の表面に均一に分布される、ナノ酸化亜鉛を担持したバクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維/アルギン酸繊維複合材料。
- 前記ナノ酸化亜鉛の粒径は5~20nmであり、
前記バクテリアセルロースマイクロ繊維は、平均直径が30~40nmであり、平均長さが10~20μmであり、結晶度が60%~75%であり、
前記アルギン酸繊維スパンレース不織布のグラム重は40~100g/m2である、
